first global warming gets debunked now there trying to claim all climate change is bad.......seriously......anyone else here see its just a cheap money makeing sceme that ignores real enviromental issues........i mean come on carbon dioxide isnt a deadly gas......*not to be confused with monoxide.*

anyone else feel furstrauted???or anything to say about the enviromental movement.....

i think solar panels/other alternate energy and recycleing are key to good enviroment......and to rid the world of strofoam

people ice takes up more space then water........it would actually LOWER sea level.....
need proof fill a cup with ice and water and put a line on it......wait for it to melt and see where the water level is

and oooohhhh right the fact that they must argure about the fact that there stolen emails mean nothing BECASUE IT WAS STOLEN FROM THEM and they discuss how bad it is is suspicious THEY ADMITTED IT WAS THERE E-MAILS.

co2 is what plants breath in its a liiiiiiieeeeeee that its bad for them.......well fine exipirment......grow some plants in an air tight place where no co2 can get to it.......see how long it lives.

and chu Yanueeh, im furstruated by the fact youve been bought into those coperate lies......you should be better then that

what about the toxic waste???????? real pollution?????? problems like styrofoam. chemicals, gene splicing, GMMO plants and foods, chemicals in the food, steriods, horomones in the meat.

Amen. Time for people to use their own eyes, ears, common sense, and do their own research!!!!

I have the advantage over most of you of having lived longer and seen more things. I didn't grow up believing that everything presented in the name of Science was correct, and common sense and your own experience will teach you a lot.

I'm not saying that we should trash the earth, any more than you should trash your house. They should both be kept clean and managed wisely. Period.

Umm, high levels of CO2 can warp or kill plants. I know this, I have done the experiments. If you don't believe me try another experiment. We breathe oxygen...go suck on 100% oxygen...please.

i think were all ignoreing the fact that plants and animals need EACHOTHER, nature flows, nothing is singluar,

we all need water, carbon ,oxigen and sunlight. there the building blocks of life.

without even one life cannot exist.

you need everthing for life to exist,

people who dwell on one thing to make or break a point annoy me.
especially those who draw there info from people who mislead you to make them richer through there carbon tax scemes.

Personally, I believe these are all problems, but maybe we should just take it one step at a time. Break down each problem and work to find solutions and actually apply them. Most of the population will have to take on some major lifestyle changes, but every small action does make a big difference.

and many of the taxes posed on citizens are bullshit anyways. I dont think they should take out more hard earned money just for all the CO2 in the air, there are other ways of addressing this issue... for instance, we can stop killing the forests, and work to "rebuild" them, so to speak...

i havent heard them speak of deforestion or what there doing to china and third world countrys, things that were outright BANNED in america when that lake caught on fire for like the eigth time

and besides we let them do there politics on it there gonna buy the right to pollute, with there carbon credit privalages.

leaveing poorer companys who cant afford the indulgences unable to make there products because they dont have the right to ''pollute''

what we need to support is real alternate technologys, by buying our own. like anyone can have there own wind, and solar.
heck if you live near a river get a wheel.

im sick of real issues being left out to dust away from somthing thats a natural part of the planet, the sun, moon dictate climate.

now you hear them blameing eathquakes on climate change....as if tetonic plates are actually effected by the climate on the earths surface

I am tired hearing about false claims and all the debunking of global warming just as I'm tired of PETA handing me fliers telling me to stop eating my omelet.

Much of the things they tell us to do are small scaled improvements but that only lessons the overall problem by how much? Minuscule And many people who practices these practices, very likely have done so for many years. . Like you said there are some larger and bigger problems we need to take care of. Deforestation, Factory Wastes, and large corporate disposal practices are the larger issues that need to be taken care of first and foremost. When they fix their issues it's easier for the normal person to change their habits because alteration of the major problem ends up alternating consumer use.

Yes....and we exhale CO2. It's all mixed up out there for a reason......things just need to be balanced.

Hearing only the thing about ice taking up more space than water.

Yes, it does, but it can build up vertically, and a lot of it isn't floating. And the cool water entering the ocean changes the direction of the Atlantic currents.

...
And then reading on
Human beings become ill from prolonged exposure to pure oxygen, for that reason, pure oxygen is generally mixed with something else. An overabundance of CO2 may cause plants to call upon resources they don't have.... I'm not entirely certain of this though. Plants need balance, though.

And calling upon someone to try to grow a plant in a vacuum, when they claim that too much CO2 is a bad thing must be some sort of logical fallacy, but I can't even rationalize it enough to classify it.

To people wishing to argue.
