Faleen couldn’t say she wasn’t expecting this, but she would be stupid to say she wasn’t nervous. Putting any physical discomforts she had to the side as she made sure to keep up with the Rocket who was escorting her to a part of the HQ that she had never seen before, one of the upper levers, The Grunt could guess what was there.
Lifting her gaze up as the elevator stopped, the doors opened and the Rocket stepped out, she followed. Glancing around quietly.

The Rocket escort was rather nondescript. He said nothing as he led Faleen down the hallway and to a door that was marked with, "Elite Agent Seth". This floor only held Elite quarters and private offices.
"He's expecting you," the Rocket told her, giving a brief knock on the door which was answered with a grunted response.
The Rocket opened the door and allowed Faleen to enter, not following. He simply waited outside the door, waiting to escort her back.
What awaited Faleen was a decent sized office. Not small, but by no means large either. It was much like Seth's tiny office in the tech division, mostly barren of decoration and used for practical purposes. A sleek black desk with a computer and a couple chairs before it were the focal point. A small window behind it providing a view of the desert.
There was, however, one wall of the room that housed a few items. Such as a rather intricate chess set, among other things. It was all clean and neat, meticulously so.
As Faleen entered, a pair of blue eyes lifted and Seth sat back in his chair, scowling at her.

Glancing to the escort Rocket when he held the door for her, not wasting time, she stepped quietly in. Taking only a moment to glance around the office she'd never been in before, folding her hands behind her back until her eyes met the Elite's and the less then pleasant look he was giving her.
Her head bowed slightly, but she didn't dare look away from him, something that was quite difficult. "Sir" she spoke quietly, stopping where she stood in the middle of the office.

Tapping a pen against his palm, Seth just scowled at her for a few moments before speaking up.
"How's the wound?" He asked, knowing she had been the most critically injured of the grunts during the mission.
However, judging by the look in his eyes, he clearly didn't call her up here just to know how she was doing.

Her eyes drifted over to the pen in his palm, waiting in silence for him to say something, when he finally spoke, it wasn't what she expected to hear. Taking a moment to look down on her side at the question, only to return her eyes to him "... Its fine, Sir" she answered, keeping it simple, she knew thats not why she was here, and she wasn't going to pretend like it was.

As soon as she answered, Seth griped the pen in his palm and his glare intensified.
"Good. I can now stomp your a** in clear conscience!" The elite snapped as he suddenly rose to his feet. "Sit down!" A finger pointing at the chairs in front of his desk.
"Would you mind explaining what the hell you were thinking?! Do you have any idea what could have happened because of your stupidity?!"

Blinking sharply, her gaze snapping down when it because much to difficult to look him in the eyes, moving as quickly as she could, jarring her side as she swiftly and silently took at seat as he instructed. "I don't have an valid excuse for my actions, Sir" she answered quickly, her voice stiff. "I created unnecessary risk, I didn't mean-" cutting herself off there, trying to look back up at him, but every time she made eye contact her eyes would just as quickly return to the desk surface.

Seth narrowed his eyes as his glare remained on Faleen. The grunt not really giving much of an answer.
"It seems you have a lack of respect for authority. TRP gave you clear orders and you blatantly ignored them! I do not take disobedience lightly."
The elite huffed and folded his arms across his chest, still standing there behind his desk.
"That's why I'm going to send you out to Sky Peak. An agent recently lost her backpack out there under several feet of snow. You are going to retrieve it."

She didn't dare contradict him. not looking like you had respect was practically the same as not having respect, that conclusion made her feel so much shame. her mouth closed very tightly, trying to keep her face strait, though it couldn't hide the disappointment she felt in herself.
Glancing back up at him when Sky Peak was mentioned, she blinked softly. she was quiet for a moment, something about that rung a bell. "... from the avalanche sir?"

"Yes..." Seth grunted with a tone of irritability.
He then snorted, returning his full focus to the matter at hand.
"Until you can prove to me that you have respect for authority, this is the kind of crap you will be doing. And you will be taking another grunt, Damon, with you."
He too had chosen to disregard orders.
Finally sitting himself back down, Seth's gaze was now level with that of Faleen's.
"Even you can't mess this up. And if you do, they won't find your frozen corpse till spring! Do I make myself clear?"
There was nothing too important in that backpack. This was just an excuse to... give Faleen a taste of what the rest of her life in Team Rocket would be like if she didn't shape up.

"Very clear Sir" she confirmed, firmly.
she listened, and understood, but when she was given a moment to think, several things occurred to her, she still wasn't fully recovered, depending on how soon they were expected to go... going into the mountains searching in the snow was going to be extremely difficult, not that it wasn't already going to be difficult, searching for a backpack buried in the snow, somewhere in the mountains. She didn't know this Grunt Damon, or at least she didn't think she did. In the end none of that mattered, this is what she got for disobeying orders, and she would do what it takes to show she -was- committed to the Rockets, and its commanders.
"I won't let you down again Sir."

Seth huffed as he pulled out a paper and wrote his signature on it before sliding it across his desk to Faleen. That would allow her access to the things she would need.
"You're only allowed the basic gear... and a metal detector. That's it."
Otherwise they were on their own in finding the pack. It was a monumental search to say the least.
"I hope not, for your sake. Now get out of my sight."

Leaning forward a little to take the paper that was slid over to her, scanning over it while he spoke. nodding quietly in understanding.
when she was told to leave, she pushed herself to her feet, bowing her head a little. "Thank you sir" she wasn't sure how yet, but she had to find a way to get this mission complete without getting killed, or killing the other grunt. folding the paper neatly as she turned to head toward the door, so the Rocket can escort her back to the lower levels.

Seth said nothing more and went back to what he was doing before she came. In his mind she was lucky. To him that was a slap on the wrist.
The Rocket that had escorted Faleen there, opened the door for her and saw that she got back.
