Rinfala moved about the festivities with a relaxed air, still dressed casually. Her one concession was to let her ebony hair down loose, hanging straight. She toyed with the scarf about her wrist as she walked.

Kahlin moved slowly about the crowd slightly nevouse Sonia wrapped around his neck like a sparkling green collar the flits. He only good thing was Father was to busy to come and Grandma had taken him to the festivities now if he could only find R'ael..crowds made him nevouse and hopefully seeing a friendly face would help.

R'ael, his own bronze back at the weyrling barracks to try and keep the flit (very well fed in advance) happy and...comparatively out of trouble. His thick brown hair is tied back in a short braid instead of worn partialy loose as normal, and he's wearing some of his better clothing. He's not quite sure how this whole playing waiter thing is going to work out, and fears dropping dishes or otherwise creating havoc. He raises his chin in greeting to Kahlin as he catches a glimpse of the other young man moving through the crouds and smiles. "Kahlin! Planning on finaly having a little fun? Or maybe just see how many plates I can break in one go?" He chuckles.

Kahlin turned and smiled at R'ael. "I was thinking on seeing if I could get you to dance." He said easily. He was wearing his better closing a darkish shade of blue that went with his eyes. Two strands of his hair to the left had been strung with small beads that clinked as he moved. "But it seems you being a waiter. You be fine R'ael just don't trip over anything."

T'nel stood awkwardly off to the side, uncomfortable with his role as a waiter at today's festivities. As a former runner, he was used to minimal contact: drop of an item, deliver a message, spend a minute or two talking about nothing, then be off to his next run. Falmanth, however, was enjoying the experiance; there were many people here, and many other dragon's to meet.
You should be having fun, mine. Falmanth said, in a surprisingly reproving tone for such a young dragon.
The dragonet's tone made him smile, and he gently patted the blue. "I'm sure I'll have fun, Fallie." he reassured, scanning the crowd, waiting for one of the older dragonriders to need something.

Caleten made her way to the gather tables, Dem'or trotting at her heels. Looking for a waiter, she was pleased to find one, and one she knew. Rasing a hand she called out calmly, "Waiter." Then waited, siting straight back and just as proud though she did lighten up some.

Nevaeh walked about the Turnover festivites a bright smile on her face. She had been rather cheerful since she came to this Weyr. Making the transfer had been a rather good idea. As she walked about Nevaeh spotted a familiar face and waved to Rinfala who seemed to be heading her way. "Hey Rinfala!" Nevaeh called out walking over to the brown rider smiling brightly.

"Yeah...." he sighs slightly, glancing out over the growing gathering. "I think it'll be a while before I do any dancing that doesn't include navigating a croud with a tray in my hands...but that shouldn't stop you from having a good time." He winks. "Or Dancing, yourself. Should keep an eye out, might turn up my brother around here somewhere. All the Weyrlings are playing waitstaff today...so much fun." He chuckles, rolling his eyes slightly. "I left Rikk in the barracks to reduse the damage he could cause to a minimum of things that people didn't put away...besides I think I've found all his stash spots for the moment."
"I'd better get that..." He adds, as Caleten's voice comes across the croud...I'll be right back...." it's not until he gets a little closer though that he fully recognizes the voice... "Nice to see you're having fun...Can I get you something?"

Kahlin smiled. "It not that bad to play waiter it rather easy." He had waited on his fathers friends before. " I might dance but this crowd makes me rather uneasy." He scratched Sonia skin gently. "I can't leave her at home. Father hasn't learned about her thankfully."

((Yaaaaay, I'm here!))
Jessmet made her way down to the Weyrbowl, bronze Az curled around her neck. She was dressed rather nicely, a dark leather bodice emphasizing a slim waist and small breasts. Her dark blue skirt fell just short of the floor. The girl had even made an effort with her hair, which was brushed sleek and slightly curled at the ends. It wouldn't last long, but for the moment, she seemed to fit her rank of Holder's daughter. Green eyes sparkling with good humor, she peered around for her brother. L'mur had been scarce lately, with weyrling training and his studies.

Caleten did something that she'd bet Rayale, she didn't know his name changed, probably would never have suspected. She smiled at him, a small smile but that was defiantly a smile, "Yes, water and a juicy bone for my friend here." She gestures to the puppy sitting at her feet.
Since she was reacting positively, Dem'or took it that this person was okay and wagged his tail barking in greeting.

Rinfala grinned and waved. "Hey there, Nevaeh. Been doing alright?" It was interesting, how most of the friends she'd made were transfers like herself. She wasn't quite sure how to interpret that. With a mental shrug she dismissed the thought.
