yes you can but dont steal jutsu from people some you can but others you cant

I'm just throwing this out and all but if I owned this guild I'd have you choose your type (fire, water, earth, wind, lightning) and allow you to choose one and any jutsu affiliated with it like if you were a earth type u could only use earth but as you gain ranks u can have more than one type, I don't know it just seems more realistic that way, it's just a suggestion though

The old Honkage and the new one are the same person, she's just playing two parts for now to get the guild going... but the new Honkage's name is Azuma(in character) out of character it's Ninja Sam... also our guild master... and you'd have to talk to your village Kage about rank and missions...

I beleive it is a hiden jutsu and has no element

This is a good idea. Although some characters already posses several elemental powers...so I am not sure we can change the rules. But we could look further into it.
I think it'll help with confusion...and also help with people god-modding and controlling everything.
