Raaze made his way through new lands. Well not too new for him. He had followed a pretty leopardess this way. Twice he had ran into her, and twice she made him wonder. Confused feelings, he had to know more about her. Almost for a second forgetting about the one he was originally looking for. Something told him to forget her, and move on with this one he knew was right here. He was half wanting to agree with it.
At least for now, he'd enjoy her company. To get to know her and see what life would bring him. His goal of finding the female he once loved, but didn't know her name, or where she would be was beginning to become as if he was following a dream that was never there. It made things even worse to think about. His mind was it's own puzzle, that he couldn't for the life of him figure out. A frown was set upon his face. He was determined to do something right... That something, had to be this.
Though, he knew nothing of the pride that the female was in, he wanted to learn more. He really wasn't a bully of any type. Just stand offish, and didn't trust others that well. For his own reasons, of course.
Takumi was frankly not amused at all. His life had gotten better, yet worse at the same time. How was that possible? He wasn't sure. His father seemed to be having more and more kids. At least more and more of them that were in the pride that looked a lot like his father. On the other hand he was with the one who had always held his heart. While he was growing up, she was his only friend. She was always there for him and he slowly grew to love her.
She even stuck threw with him when he thought he, himself, was a female. Which was an embarrassing thing to remember. He'd have to make sure his children never hear about that one. Oh no... He didn't want them to hear about it, that was for sure. He shook his head trying to get that particular thought out of his head. He didn't want to have to remember it either.
Then, something came with in his sights. His curiosity kicked in, slowly moving towards the other at hand. He wasn't sure what it was until he adjusted his eyes a bit. An unfamiliar leopard coming towards him. Takumi wasn't sure about this, but since he was out here, he might as well do his job in the pride. Well, at least make it known that there was a pride close and how it was a bad idea to just go wondering in like the male was doing. Even though he looked quite determined.
Raaze noticed something gray coming towards him, oddly enough it also had pink. Another leopard? A male leopard? It was strange to see a leopard of his color, though he looked as if maybe he could be realities to Nona. Only thing that was wrong, was his colors. He moved towards him, now, determined to actually meet this other and demand, nicely, certain information he needed.
It took a few moments before the two actually met up. Both stopping a slight distance away from the other. Both a little wary of the other. "I don't intend to hurt you, I'm just looking for someone. " Raaze spoke first. He wanted to make sure the other was on the same page he was. He was looking for someone, and needed to find her. It was driving him crazy. At least to say. "I'm looking for a leopardess that goes by the name, Nona" He continued when the other made no motion of anything. He was kinda feeling a bit weird about asking someone about her.
"I'm just wondering if you know her, or know where she is anyways"
Takumi really frowned now. He didn't like it when other's asked about people he knew. Let alone the few decent ones that were in the pride. She was his cousin, though it wasn't like they were close. She took care of Nande mostly, who was another good hearted soul in a tainted world. Takumi found everything messed up. The best of creatures were trapped in the corruption and tainted of places. It made him upset to think about this type of stuff. "I know of her.... Why are you looking for her?"
He wanted to glare at the other, but he seemed to be a generally nice guy. But Takumi feared the other would hurt or worse... steal her from the pride that has so few like her. He Signed and just listened for the other's reply. Closing his eyes for the moment.
"We are friends" Of course that seemed odd, if he didn't know where she lived. But that was another thing. "I have been meaning to catch up with her, and stuff" He said, which in doing so made him feel rather stupid. He didn't know what else to say to that. The male frowned, in doing so made Raaze frown. He didn't like this one bit.
He could feel the uncomfortable tension between the two of them. A stand off of both of them. Raaze, not wanting any trouble, and the other having whatever issue he was having. He wasn't sure.
Takumi nodded. He was sure she had friends, and wasn't one to care about that. "I don't think you want to go to the pride in which she's in." He started There wasn't much else he wanted to say. It really was up to the other if he REALLY wanted to see her. But it was his job to make sure they at least, knew what they were getting into.
"It's a pride that isn't taking lightly." He started. "They are full of leopards, lions, and cheetahs that will rip apart anyone who give them a reason to." He added. "Walking in these lands can be as dangerous as walking into a mother's den to steal cubs." He wanted to get the point across but he wasn't that good at really describing how it'd be.
Raaze raised a brow. "I think I can handle myself pretty good." he was sure of it anyways. "I don't try to cause trouble for anyone." Though he wasn't going to stand back if someone said anything to him mean. Perhaps it wasn't a good idea to do this. But he came this far, might as well go all the way and see what life being Nona was. He had to make up his mind, and this was the only way to do it.
"Just point me in the right direction, and I'll try to behave myself." He said with a sigh. "Or you could go get her for me, though I'd feel weird making you do that." He said now thinking that why he even asked and all.
Takumi shook his head. "I'm not a messenger boy. But I will tell you where to find her." He said with shaking his head some more. "Don't say I didn't warn you, but enjoy your stay in the pride. " What else was he to tell the other. "If you continue to go that way behind me, you'll eventually end up at the pride."
"Watch out for someone who looks like me, but is orange with green hair. " he warned the other carefully. "He's the king, and the worse of them all. He might seem harmless, but he's far from it." He nodded. "I tell you not because I care if you live or die, I tell you because I don't feel like cleaning up the mess after it."
Raaze didn't like the sound of the pride already, but that was too late now. "Well, I guess this is good bye then." He chuckled an unsettling chuckle. So this was the start of a new life, or the end of an old one. Who knew? Or maybe it was just a side task to the real one he had set in mind many ages ago. Only now would he find out. He moved past the other without saying another word. Took a deep breath and continued on his way. He was going to do this....
Takumi shrugged, and let him walk by. He hoped this wasn't a mistake on his part. It probably was, but it was too late now. He turned and watched the male go about that way. Takumi almost felt like he should walk with the male, but that might make things worse for him. Takumi wasn't exactly the best one out of the bunch. He shook his head, he needed to just let it go and move on. He started back on his walk. Going the way he had started to go before seeing the male leopard. Still, it dug in the back of his mind on what would actually happen.
