Kondo knocks on the door as he enters
" Sorry, im new here and i couldnt help but notice the school has no 'official' dojo. Im a transfer student from japan and its a little off for me. If the school has it in the budget i'd like to revamp the Extracurriculars room into a dojo. I can build it myself to save on costs if you'd like."
Kondo properly sat in a chair adjacent to the principles and awaited a reply.

Kondo stood and bowed.
" Thank you, ill begin working on it after school untill it is complete."
Kondo turned and calmly walked out of the room and headed to the depot after classes had been dismissed.

A few days later Kondo knocked entering the Principles office.
" cuse' me. I came to report the dojo is completed. Dont fret at the looks. i dipped into my personal savings to do the decorating and finishing touches."
