This is a follow up from the announcement ^^;
Hey guys, Trace here.
Sorry about not being around lately *ANYWHERE*
My computer is being screwy.
As is my phone and my internet.
I'm glad I was able to sneak to a friend's house to use the net for a minute.
Seriously though- a whole spring break without Gaia- let alone the internet? Awful.
Anywho, stuff that's kind of important.
Easter Event. I haven't been able to talk to our dear Boss Lady for a while, but when we did talk, we came up with a fairly solid event plan.
Unfortunately there's the lateness.
So I propose *without any other warning to anyone* that we scratch out most of April, and have our event either on the 30th of the month or the first of the next month!
But anyway, the event revolves around teams, and is kinda like a mini zOlympics. Teams are most likely going to be in groups of two or three.
If I remember correctly, the event is set up as such:
Each group goes on different Courses of games *most will be a simple version of Hide and Seek, but I don’t want to cancel other games outright* in several areas. If we can pull it off, we want to cover as much of zOMG! as possible! =D
Runs are going to be run on several days before the main meet up. You’ll have to sign up for a certain time slot, but really- anybody could come around at that time. You just have to wait your turn, unless we have multiple versions open.
Yeah, that version thing. In an effort to keep everything fun and manageable *if we have a large amount of groups that want to go on a certain day* we are having different ‘Course Routes’ if you will of each round.
Oh, each group will be ranked according to their performance in each round. Most likely you’ll be awarded points for better ranks. Like on Mario Kart! ^_^
On the main meet-up, we’ll have several games and we’ll have many different prizes to give out for winners. There will be non group events so anybody could still win a prize, no matter what! We’ll even give out Individual Points to everyone, and have an Individual winner, as well as a Group winner.
That’s just a general overall look of things, but hopefully you guys will give us some insight as to how we can make this better, what you want to see happen, or just yell at us for being so darn unhelpful!

Behold! *another quick amount of time on the computer!*
^^' Yeah, it is a little complicated. But hopefully we'll get everything sorted out soon!
Really, all you guys have to worry about is maybe finding teams, or at the very least finding out if you are free a few times during that week.
Most of the game stuff will be sorted out and told 'Officially' in the games forum... Probably all shiny and fixed around a week before the runs start.
o=o' Hopefully we can get everyone to participate!
Seriously, chat guys!
I need your input and whether or not you can attempt to attend!
Oh, and if anything needs to be clarified, also ask here. So I can try and make it clear. ^^;

then to the event, i don't really plan my schedual ahead of time, most of my events/plans are sparodic, but i just might be there.

XD Okay, since *coughlazycough* people keep asking for a summary:
Lost and Found Members will be in small teams, of two or three.
Teams sign up for different times (mini-meets) to meet a week or so before the Final Meet Up.
Teams will arrive at a mini meeting place where they will meet up with a game Moderator, and join their crew.
That crew will have the Meet-Up Mod and a Hiding Mod *especially for 'Private' Crew Areas like Dead Man's Pass or Shallow Seas *and on**
The team will have to participate in a game or two.
Games Vary
Then they'll have to go to another area, or wait for another mini meet time.
All teams will be ranked. Best to Worst-ish.
Final Meet up with everyone *including non teams* will have games and the Team finals.
Prizes. Hopefully Lots.
Prizes for both Teams and Individuals.
Oh, and Bring Your Friends. ;D
That okay enough?
Oh, and I've been thinking about direct team vs team events (one team hides, other seeks) too, but those are fairly straightforward.

We'll make this our "graduation" party of sorts in the beginning of June with an Easter theme instead. I want us to wear this item on our avis. C: I think it's pretty cute.
