Well green means you have a complete lack of control. This can mean you either can't activate your powers, ie. Aurora couldn't break the bottle very easily. Or you can't stop using your powers, as in there's no shut-off switch, ie. Otto can't keep from causing electronics to break and lights from flickering.
Zack is a pretty good example of a character stepping outside of the green level boundaries. You can say that because he's able to choose when he changes and what he does, hence he's more upper level sophomore or junior level power control.

Well, if its fire you control and your like Otto with no off switch for your power then there's a couple things you could try.
A. You could pick a different power, but I doubt you will fire is fun.
B. Try getting a pocket guide, though this'll only help if your constantly angry and your anger is what triggers your power.
C. Ninotchka's power collars, just say you have one and it'll help control your powers through suppression. This can still fail though.
D. In addition to a power collar, there are pills you could take, those are safer but there's the possibility that you can't use your powers when you need them.
E. Learn control with Ninotchka while using her collars.

Of course you can use the collar! I'm not so sure about class though, I'm waiting for more people to post profiles and ask about taking it before a post another power control class. But you could head over to the field and talk to Ninotchka, she can teach you how to help control yourself in a rage just not help you learn complete control at the moment. Understand?

I was put in charge of posting it, it was an odd job to do but it was fun!

Essentially we'd divide the year into three parts. The two main parts with the majority of the classes would most likely be ranging from september through the end of june with a third being during summer. That way, the teachers would have a definite class starts here and ends here however we might extend into here etc.
You just reminded me of something I need to add to the list of things I need to do. sweatdrop
Also for the credits, the guild is still under construction and eventually we'll assign crew jobs and refine the way we hand out credits and things.
