• You may teach your Custom Jutsu to others IF your elements and or jutsu types coincide. [If your custom is taijutsu and your student cannot learn taijutsu they cannot learn your technique.]

Description: The technique takes five posts to set up. Gathering a huge amount of chakra from each body of the Rinnegan, the Deva realm will fly up fifty meters above a desired area. Using it's ability to control gravity, the Deva realm will use the collected chakra to create an epicenter of destruction. The epicenter will create a gravitational wave that will push out from the epicenter leveling everything within a hundred meters. The end of this technique leaves a hundred meter crater in length and width.

Unique Class Raijingan Raijin clan  Raijingan
The Raijingan is an Dojutsu type bloodline.The bloodline was born form a clan who praised the great god Raijin and practiced his great skills. They had a plan to bring the rebrith of their god so they killed an Rinnegan users and form learning his power crated their own bloodline it contained the combined powers of their god and some of the powers of an Rinnegan.
Requirements:
Must be twins that look somewhat alike and have the Dojutsu in plated in both their foreheads.
Traits:
• Activating the Raijingan is dormant state while not fighting, it cost an E rank to activate.
• With the Raijingan The users learns Raiton one post faster.
• Once active the eye will glows with an lighting aura
• Just like Raijin they are both born with an Weapon made with the power of lighting.
Rules
• Owners must have 'Raiton' as an element
• Both Raijingan twins may only have one other element
• Both Raijingan twins must pray to Raijin each week
• Each Twin gains one weapon that are grow stronger as they do gaining one passive skill per rank

Hireki [Reveal]

• Awakens the power of the Raijingan allowing them to gain the passive powers of the dojutsu.
• Raijingan allows them to see in each others Raijingan.
• Raijingan improves reflexes and combat methods with each other.
• Each Raijingan users Can talk to each other in thoughts and they can't be read by anyone.
• Kai is used in them form of an EMP and cost an -1 the rank of the genjutsu cast
(only one emp is need for both twins to be out )

If any one of them dies and the others is still alive the one that is alive and can revive the others body form the dead with a burst of lighting form the heavens.
• Raijin Lighting Aura
Gives one twin the powers to coat his body in a small lighting aura. Given him a speed boost of one rank this works on his hole body even with weapon strikes
once give it can't be changed.
• Raijin Thunder Aura
Give one twin the power to gain a strong control when it comes to lighting reducing the cost of charaka for lighting jutsu one rank.

while fighting together they have the power of a lighting god giving their lighting jutsu a power up making it + one rank in power.

Lighting Oni is for those who have Raijin Thunder Aura this jutsu letting them gain horns made of lighting on their head. allowing them to do lighting jtusu with no hand seals.
Lighting Angle is for those who have Raijin Lighting Aura this jutsu with no hand seals allows them to Gain wings made of lighting that can block attacks ( 4 times ) and allow them to glide
(gains more at next rank )

Description: After working up a sweat, Ishikawa is able to transfer his fire element throughout his entire visage, giving him a dark red skin tone. By doing so, he generates a massive amount of internal heat, and ultimately increases the durability and strength of his physical form. It is only because of his years of training under literal fire pressure that his body is able to withstand the effects of this technique. Although the benefits of Overheat seem great, there are various drawbacks and restrictions that prevent it from being used for long durations. The major restriction being: if active for too long, the effects may become permanent and the user will slowly but surely crisp from the inside out.
• Requires 3 posts of fighting with effort before activating
• While in this state, fire ninjutsu effects increased by 25%
• While in this state, muscle strength increased by 50%
• While in this state, not effected by hot or cold climate
• While in this state, physical attacks apply a burning sensation
• While in this state, immune to muscle disabling attacks

When this wave of invisible chakra strikes the target, the sound vibration disrupts the body making it vibrate disturbing the nerves system and making the person paraylzed for two posts. The other effect is ear bleeding. One who can see chakra such as the sharingan or byakugan can see the attack coming. The distance covered is the same as one can hear another

Dont make it paralyze them for 2 posts, have it so their hindered or whatever...for like 3...
So, they're slowed and unable to see straight...something along those lines

Effect: This jutsu is one that is used to seal a battle feild so that the users prey can not escape and so that no one can enter . to use the users will start with hand seals then put both hands on the ground using charaka to crate a mass of Tendril threading it makes a a large Square dome over an area to fight This is not just an normal barrier it is living if it is broken or hurt it will repair it self and with the Threads being as hard as steel their not much going in or coming out with out the master saying so. note the Repairs happens in an instance so their is no enter with out who is ever inside killing the users. )
