Training guitars are incredibly scary in my opinion. They are guitars for beginners, but without actual strings! They have buttons in the frets that light up when you press them xd
No bends possible! I tried one yesterday and it was scary... THEY HAVE NO HEADS!! I have no idea how people frigging tune them! Hehe, Sorry, this has become more of a rant than a discussion thread. Anyhoo, I really dont like training guitars...

you dont have to tune them....they are electronic...they are programed to say in tune

We use that at school, as a MIDI guitar for DI into Cubase. Helps all the people who don't know piano. Aside from that, I think they are quite pointless.

I didn't think so, but my cousin was like "Its probably out of tune" I have no idea wheter you do or no, it just sounded incredibly wrong...

Well, that isn't really a problem for beginners. People who haveonly been playing for a little while will be playing solos with 2 and a half step bends.

theyre expensive and they dont replicate real guitars at all. you would be better off with a good book and a basic nylon stringed one
