Eira was heading home from running errands and obtaining some groceries for her little den when the bag she had her groceries and such suddenly ripped and everything was scattered about her. She did her best to gather her purchases when a can of food began to roll down the hill she had just climbed. She was torn as to what she should do....go after the can or remain with her stuff....or maybe ask someone for help? She looked around her carefully.

Ruru was out taking his daily walk. He loved his daily walk it was a good opportunity to stretch his muscles. Normally he didn't see anybody out on his daily walk but today was different. In the distance he saw someone struggle with what looked like bags. He heard a loud bang and suddenly a large can came flying towards his head.

Eira watched as the can went flying down the hill and cringed as she saw it nearly hit a handsome male fox before it landed and came to a stop. "Oh my god, are you okay down there?" Eira called out with concern. "I hope I didn't hurt you...I am so sorry". Eira then began to bite her lip with worry.

ruru felt air pass his check as the can came flying by. He was now officially peeved. How dare that can fly at him he was more angry at fate then the fox who dropped the can. He grabbed the can and ran up the hill.

Eira saw the male fox rush up the hill towards her with the can she dropped. "Hi....I am so sorry that my can almost hit you...my bag broke and everything fell on the ground" She explained rapidly as he came to a stop next to her.

ruru panted from his race up the hill. He glared at the riped bag laying on the ground. "Fate hates me doesn't it" he whispered to himself. Noticing the female fox he hoped she didn't hear him talking to himself.

Eira glanced at the male fox as he panted hoping he was alright. She heard his comment about fate hating him and felt really bad for him. She made it appoint not to show how she felt on her face so he thinks she didn't hear what he said under his breath.

Ruru took a deep breath and dropped the can at the feet of the female. Taking a good luck at her he noticed she was very pretty.

"Hi...it is nice to meet you." Eira blushed at his comment. "Usually my bags don't break and I make it home okay, but this time the bag broke..."Eira blushed deeper with embarrassment.

Eira quickly covered the last bit of distance to her den. Her den was large with flowers on either side of the front door. Also she had little boxes of flowers below her windows. The den reminded her of a little cottage. She was very proud of her home. Balancing her purchases she opened the door and then held the door open for Ruru. "Thank you so much Ruru...you can put the purchases on the table in the kitchen" She told Ruru as she closed the door behind them. As she set down her items she turned to Ruru: "Can I get you something to drink or eat? Please make yourself at home." Eira began putting her stuff away in their proper places.
