This is kind of old news but I rather archive it here.

She is suffering from fatigue and no matter at what age, that could pose as a serious problem.
It's also makes me tear up to see her dedication to her fans. She was suffering there for her fans and that is very admirable.Most music stars would give two-shits about their fans but Lady GaGa still puts on a show even though she is close to passing out.That is dedication.But despite this, I rather she take time off then literally kill herself.
I'm assuming she is relaxing in between the transition to the North American Monster Ball Tour.
In response to this, a twitter page was made by her fans to help her get the message that we want here to rest.

She seems to be doing a tad better. Haven't heard about her having any real issues.Guess she's taking a break with the whole transition to the NA Monster Ball Tour.

There was an interview video I saw of her answering some questions .. A question was asked that pertained to how fatigued she was and she said, "I'm really not that tired." Haha.

In all honesty .. I just can't help but admire her haha. In the end, we'll always be side-liners/fans and we'll probably never understand how much strength it takes to do what she does.

Her smoking is really and truly only mildly relevent to her fatigue.
And she claims to not do it too often(none of that chain smoking or a pack a day s**t) because she cares about her voice.
It's a vicious circle.
She can't slow down otherwise she won't be happy, but if she doesn't slow down she won't be able to do what makes her happy for longer.
Let's just hope she knocks out on the plane rides, considering how long they are.

She had a lupus test, but there was no information on whether it was positive or negative.
She said that her aunt had it, and that she just wanted to make sure so her fans wouldn't worry about it.
