Welcome to Octopus Town!
You arrive at the town of Octopus: a fairly large town on top of a rocky mountain that's shaped like an octopus's legs. Underground are the ruins of an ancient city where groups of pocket-picking girls reside.

takunta looked at the sign in front of him. he read through it except the bottom part
*beware of pick pockets
"how am i supposed to read that?" he asked himself.
he ran into the town, kicking up dirt, then got distracted by the smell of fresh bread. he smiled to himself, as he handed some coins over.
my first fresh meal in ages, sooo good he thought

"ugh...i hate my job!!! im out in the middle of nowhere hungry wit money to buy food and no town im screwed!!!"turns into my +anima form my ears twitch from the sound of talkin"people must mean town...and food!!!!"tsukiko runs towards the town"octopus town?great im all the way near the sea!!!awesome!!!vacation from my mercenary duties!!!"walks into town and unactivates my +anima and heads to a sushi bar"yay my fav!!!!"hands the guy money and chows down on 5 pounds of sushi rolls"oh yeah thats the stuff!!!"gets up and walks mor into town and smells the air"ah...the clean air of the sea...very relaxing"

"Get back here you little brat!!" Yelled a man running out of his shop. "I'll get you for this!"
"Hehehe" Paige chuckled running away from the shop that she had just taken some bread from. She didn't like stealing, but it was all she could do to survive. She finally stopped to rest and eat by a tree. As she rested, she started wondering what her life would have been like if she had stayed with her parents. At the age of 8 she ran away from home because her parents had treated her badly. Now, she was just a wanderer, roaming around just barely getting by in life. Where am I now anyways? She wondered. I've been traveling for so long that I've lost track of where I'm at and where I've been.
Paige sat up and walked over to a sign close by.

"Octopus Town? So that's where I'm at." Paige read aloud. What does it mean by pickpockets? She thought reading the sign again.(( @ koruke-gentsu --- Octopus Town is not by the Ocean. In fact, it's on the top of a mountain. Octopus is the town where the +Anima gang first encounter Nana before she joins their group. Later in the series they go to an Ocean town called Port Polly and Nana mentions that she's never been to an Ocean Town before. If you read the first post it does not say that it is. I would have mentioned it if it was. Can you please correct your post? ))

comment in 5...4...3...2...1... takunta looked with mild interest at the theft. counter unnatended? sweet, free bread he grabbed a few rolls, and left hurridly. he was about to sit by the tree he'd spotted earlier, but the spot was taken- byt the thief herself. octopus had a serious crime problem. wait she was the one that had stolen the piece of bread! he walked over. "hey thanks for the distraction, have a roll on me" he said. he felt he owed it to her, and she'd only gotten a bit of bread. transmission ended.

Paige looked up at the boy who had given her the bread. She was a little frightened of him. She quickly started eating the roll of bread he had given her like she was starving. "Well when you live on your own you have to do whatever it takes to survive." Paige said having finished her meal.

After finishing her meal, Paige got up and started secretly following the boy who had given her the roll. She felt like she could trust him for some reason, but she didn't know why. She watched as he walked down a close by alleyway and still continued to follow him in secret.

 Niah Sumi-Yada -- Dragon +Anima Niah went to the nearest point of the mountain, and pondered at the sight of the horizon. This place give me a strange feeling, I wonder why... Niah's stomach growled as loudly as possible, making her sigh. She reached into her coat pocket and pulled out a small white pouch, "I could buy myself some bread, to hold myself off until I get more money." Niah walked toward the nearest store, for which she knew held bread. She quickly handed the merchant the money, and left with her food. She then went back to her previous spot, sat down, and chewed on her bread slowly, to make it last. This tastes so sweet, this is really my money's worth!

comment in 5...4...3...2...1... takunta looked for a decent motel, then flicked his tongue. darnit, can't afford to do-wait a sec he flickered his forked tongue again. there were the usual scents, and now, the smell of bread despite the fact he was upwind of any bakeries. "i know your here little girl" he said smiling, he looked for her. he knew she was here but not the exact location, the one downside to his ability. however his eyes, worked with infrared. much more useful. he continued on spotting a motel boasting it's friendly staff and excellent prices. transmission ended.

Seeing the strange boy stop, Paige dove behind a trash can. As he spoke of knowing her whereabouts, a shiver began to run down her back. She heard this strange hissing sound while he spoke and thought of there being a snake around. She was scared of snakes. In fact, she was scared of lots of things. She noticed that he had began to walk away again, and continued to follow him.

sees people at the beach and looks for a place to be alone so i can let my +anima out wit out people knowing then sees a cliff wit a cave"perfect!!"runs to it and gose in and sees people in it not jus people +animas and i sigh and they throw a rock at me"hey wut the heck was that for!!!! im a +anima also!!!"a girl gets up and speaks"well u dont look lik one..."she looks up and down me"infact u look human"i tak my shirt off and activates my +anima and i hav fox ears and a fox tail"is this better?"she gose bak in the water"srry for the rock"i set my weapon down and gets dressed behind a rock and slowly walks in the water"its ok i didnt mean to scare u"smiles

 Paige stepped out from behind what she was hiding behind after the boy said he knew of her whereabouts. "I don't really know why," She said, "It's just... you kind of remind me of someone that I used to know."
Paige looks down while in a daze trying remembering events from her past. "Why are you laughing?" She asked hearing a chuckle in his voice. ((@koruke-gentsu- If you want to keep roleplaying, please make it so you can actually read what you have read without having to pause and re-read every sentence. Please fix your grammar!))
