Physical Description: See Picture [No Captain's Coat]

Personality:
From a casual aspect, Ryota may seem to be a bit out of touch with certain things. Having no visible sense of humor, and no sense of anger makes him hard to understand at times. Although Ryota does seem to be relatively happy, he seems to have trouble displaying that as well. He does have the ability to discuss things openly with people, but he seems to be a bit emotionally deprived at times. He is the bakers chocolate of personalities, appearing to be calm, but rarely relaxed. Talking with him is difficult at times, because something about his attitude is always tense, giving people a tensed feeling when they try to be casual. Though this has an opposite effect when he is in the middle of a stressful situation, bringing an odd calmness to those around him. This is due largely to his worst habit, bottling emotions. He has always had this issue, throughout most of his life and time in Rukongai. He seems to constantly be absorbing his own emotions, though this has a negative effect as well. Some emotional situations are sharper than others, and with the right pin p***k, Ryota is liable to grow unimaginably angry, letting his bottled up feelings explode in to a fit of rage. Talking to him in this state is near impossible unless you plan to assert authority, any without authority over him however will find him to on edge. Fortunately, this has never been a common occurrence with him, a fleeting one seen by only select few.

Around authority, Ryota reserves himself even more so than before. He lets them make commands, and backs off of any perch he's on to make room. He's good with people above him in the chain of command giving him orders, knowing that there is a system for a reason. Ryota accepts responsibility for his actions and tends to keep himself on a short leash with misbehavior, avoiding it at all costs. With that as a personal goal, Ryota often earns and shows a great deal of respect to any equal or superior. Most find him quite formal, even when it's not necessary. The issue with this though, is it makes getting to him as a friend become difficult. It always seems like he addresses people distantly, like a stranger might, regardless of how long they have known each other. It's a leash that Ryota keeps to short, much like his emotions. This however, does not bottle up inside of him, instead it helps to relieve the stress of bottled emotions. It lets his mind think more freely when he lets himself see that there are people who outrank him, or meet his rank. Ryota is always more comfortable alone, but finds no discomfort from being among the people he addresses so highly.

People that are outranked by Ryota will find that although he has a strict side to him, it is always balanced by a fair reason. Ryota is the type of person who would never give a command that he has not or would not do. This is however not good for slackers under him, as he is a very hard worker when he has work to do. Those who avoid following his commands will find that he is a frightening person to cross, and will not back down or let up, as it is a sign of weakness. Although he never seems to smile or frown, he does tell people if they do a good or poor job in their task. Ryota realizes that this is the only way for people to know if they've succeeded or not. Although Ryota has trouble expression himself visible, verbally he is adept at explaining his opinion, should the situation warrant it. Ryota is not the type to insult his subordinates. Rather if he finds people can not complete a goal, he is humble enough to assist, even if it could be seen as a humbling activity. Ryota never thinks of himself as to good to assist people with a task that he gives, and would only stand by and watch if it is a test, or he knows it can be accomplished without him.

The few people who find themselves close enough to Ryota that he comes around to referring to them as friends, find that he is very loyal. He does not abandon friends, and is willing to help them however he can. This is largely due to his desire for friends, but his unwillingness to make them. Ryota is good to his companions, doing what he thinks is best with them. He may not seem like a friendly person at first glance, but if someone were to get close enough, they would find him an insightful and interesting person to work with. These same few people who he calls friend, are the rare bunch who might see the rare smile. This is proof that Ryota does have emotions, but they are usually tucked away deeply, allowing his mind to think more clearly. Friends of Ryota are often people who he has spent much time with, and it does not seem to matter about their rank. The only time Ryota would have a friend and still refer to them in a distant manner would be with a superior. He does not lose his respect by becoming friends, but rather he is more open with the superiors who he finds himself in a friendship with.

[ Zanpakutou Information ]

Zanpakutou Name: Metarikku Amora [metallic amorphous]

Zanpakutou Spirit: Here [Like this but completely silver and metallic looking]

Inner World:
Now, the actual home of Metarikku Amora, like her look and attitude, is amorphous. Depending on the situation, the zanpukuto world can range from many different things. The one thing that always stays the same though, is that everything in the world is silver, except for Ryota of course.

The basic state of the zanpukuto world is a beautiful silver forest with silver trees, grass and a sun. When she is calm, the world is nothing but an ocean. She stands upon the water like Jesus and a light breeze blows her silvery hair as she looks at her master ever so gently. When angered, on the other hand, the location is that of an island; storms are brewing ever so dramatically; silver thunder strikes the land and hail of all sizes fall; volcanoes erupt a gooey hot silver, and the earth shatters indefinitely; Ryota does not like this world. Not. At. All.

Sealed Form: Here

[Obtained] Shikai Name/Release Phrase: Flow, Metarikku Amora

Shikai Description: Here
At the utterance of the shikai phrase, ‘flow,’ Metarikku Amora, melts in a way, into a silvery, metallic substance and falls to the ground, immediately forming a large puddle of silver, metallic goop.

Shikai Powers/Attacks:
Amorphous:
Can use the liquid metal to form any type of weapon or weapons imaginable. [Limited to 15ft volume]

Metallic [Kanaaji] Overload:

This is a very tricky technique. Ryota can only use this technique on three people at a time at the level he is at. The ability works like this: Metarikku Amora, in her liquid form, jumps into an enemy through some sort of medium, taking over the body temporarily and having full control of them for the maximum of the three post. There are many requirements for this; one is that whoever she jumps into must have low spiritual pressure, meaning non-seated officers are probably the strongest this will work on; two, they must be incredibly weak-willed; and three, they must be susceptible and easily swayed or changed, meaning they somewhat have a weak mind and in turn a weak body.

Biography/History:
Biography Before Death:
Not much is known of Ryota's human life due to his own inability to recall most of the events. All he remembers is the end.

Crawling on all fours in the weakest state imaginable, was a young man better described as the spirit of a young man. It had been three days since his death at the underpass of the local highway. The pain he had sustained for the last three days was unimaginable to those who had not gone through the same process. Fortunately, and unfortunately, for Ryota the end was near.

As he crawled towards the end of the underpass, the transformation began. His soul chain had finally reach it's end and the next stage of pain would finally set in. Releasing a blood curling scream, the lights on the roof of the underpass flashed wildly as an unknown white mass erupted from the hole left by the now disintegrated soul chain. Launching straight out of the hole in his chest, the white mass attached itself onto Ryota face muffling his horrendous screams of pain. As more of the white mass poured out of the hole, the young spirit would become swallowed up more until half of the spirits body was engulfed by the hollow mass.

Luckily for Ryota, a passing Shinigami could sense the hollowfication process commencing and rushed to the spot in which the young spirit had begun the grueling process. Not wasting any time, the soul reaper raised his zanpakuto and stabbed through the now hardening hollow mass and retracted the blade. Having cracked the white mass, the soul reaper would break it with the hilt of his blade and perform the Konso before the hollowfication process was complete.

As the hollow mass slowly retracted into the hole, Ryota would stare in awe at his savior forever remembering him as the man who had stopped his seemingly eternal pain.

Biography After Death:

Southern Rukongai, District 55...

It was not the worst of places, true... But not somewhere to raise a child... Kenkyoumou Ryota was re-born on March seventh, a day that would be remembered for its beautiful full moon, and the death of his mother. It would take years for Ryota to shrug off the guilt behind his mother's death at childbirth, as his father did not lash out at him, but made it dreadfully clear from the very start that it was his fault that he had no mother, that his father's was the only support he had. Without that mother figure, he never learned the value of emotions, instead, he learned only of battle.

Ryota's father, Kenkyoumou Suuji, was a cold man, years of service as a shinigami having left him an emotionless bringer of 'justice'... or death, depending on one's point of view. Under that man's guidance, Ryota mastered the art of swordplay, leaving only his raw abilities lacking. This was unavoidable, of course, simply because of his age, but it was a limit that Suuji was determined to break as a last achievement before his death. As a former Shinigami, Suuji could not have been a greater teacher for his young son, even going so far as violating Soul Society regulations and entering the human world to hunt hollows on their own.

It was on one of these outings that Ryota noticed something was different. They were being watched by someone, or something, even before they left Soul Society. There was no one to be seen, and Suuji had not noticed, so Ryota went along quietly as he always had, walking quietly into the night of the living world. It took a lot to understand the relationship between the living and the dead, being born of Rukongai, but Ryota was a hunter and that was all he needed to be. This time, however, their target was more than they could handle. Just as the pair were advancing on the Hollow's position, it unleashed a blast of fire in Ryota's direction, a feat seen rarely from those of Hueco Mundo. In the moment of shock from the sudden attack, Ryota's eyes widened...

...and his father took the blow...

It was heat of the moment, Suuji's shunpo was enough to get Ryota out of the way, all but his left arm. Suuji himself took the full brunt of the attack, leaving him viciously burnt and, within a few moments, lifeless on the ground before his son. The act was something that Ryota did not understand, as he was suddenly feeling so much emotion that he had never been exposed to, things that had been cut out of his life by his training. He could understand this feeling, though, anger, and more than enough of it. In a barbaric rush, he took the monster by surprise, his father's old sword piercing the Hollow's mask before it could even react.

As the hollow dissipated, Ryota fell to his knees, only a young teenager and already without parents. Not only that, but he was now trapped in the human world without protection. He was a fighter, but with the spirit of his father's Zanpakuto passing on, he was a sitting duck to be picked off by the next passing hollow. He sat helplessly and, over the body of his dead father, lost consciousness from the pain of his burning arm. When he awoke, he was laying on a hospital bed in a place he had never seen before. Gotei fourth division headquarters.

The story Ryota was told was that the presence he first felt before entering the human world was a second division member, sent to observe unrecorded travel between Soul Society and human world. It seemed as though if his father hadn't been killed on their trip, he would have been apprehended and punished anyway as they returned. But as the shinigami watched Ryota fight, he saw potential in the young teen and brought him to Seireitei rather than let him die. The same man approached him in person and explained who he was to become, and the next day, he walked into Shinigami Academy a new Ryota, stronger and determined to best even his father.

Six years passed in the shinigami Academy and Ryota flew through even his Kido classes, proving a natural talent even though he preferred the chaos of melee combat. He never needed the strength of his Zanpakuto, no matter how hard his challenge, so through all his years in the Academy, he did not once communicate with it. He graduated still not knowing the name of his weapon and entered into Sixth Division, to uphold the laws that he had so naively broken those years ago. This caused a few strange looks at first, as all those around him had been practically pushing him toward a place in Eleventh Division, but despite his skill in combat, he still moved to Division six, leaving many to wonder why.

In the few years that he worked under his captain, he shot up the ranks of shinigami at a remarkable rate. Challenging those two or three seats higher than himself for their positions seemed to be a hobby for him, but each time he would emerge victorious, and when he didn't, he would disappear for weeks, even months, then return and overpower his opposition.
