Lauwiliwilinukunukuoioi hid in the shadows of one of the many stalls in the street. The festival was in full swing now. Humans were everywhere, buying various goods and foods. Lau didn't really care what was going on. He was only excited about all of the interest in this festival. With everyone so distracted, no one would see the kunifish, allowing him to practice his ninja skill on an unsuspecting victim.

Kiari skipped through the isles, joyfully browsing through the merchandise as she went. The pale blue Kuniku had an eye for style - especially accessories - so it took her about half a second to decide whether or not she liked something. Most of the items on display were definite "no"s, and she was starting to lose hope of finding something pretty to add to her fashionable collection. But then... ooh, yes, that color, and those spots... what a cute necklace! With a cheery smile, she bounded over to the booth. But - wait a sec, that's no necklace! It's a neat-o fur pattern! "Hi there! Did you know that your blue spots would make a fabulous necklace?" Kiari was never the shy type. :3

Musubi just loved festivals, and the Onbashira festival was probably his favorite of the year. The coming of Spring, the freshly blossomed flowers... not to mention all the tasty foods in the stalls that were just about everywhere! Musubi walked down the street, fully intent on finding the next delicious snack. "Let's see. I've already eaten pickled plums and dumplings. Next on my menu... Natto." Musubi rounded a corner, about to continue down the street when he stopped abruptly; what was that peculiar smell?
Looking around, Musubi frowned slightly. That was very unusual; why was there a fishy smell in this district? The fish market was several blocks away, and it would be quite a walk for someone to carry a fresh fish this far. Musubi sniffed and followed his nose in the direction of an alley, but only to see a pale blue Kuniku talking to as shadow. He opened his mouth, about to ask the girl what exactly was she doing when, oh! There was a Kuniku there in the alley! "I knew something was out of place here..." He said with a happy laugh, his tail wagging as he approached the other two. "What're you guys doing over here in the dark?" Musubi asked with a friendly tone.

When Kiari noticed Lau he shot at least 5 feet into the air. He turned and face the blue kuniku that found him. "How did...Was my head wasn't it...Spots?" This continued as Musubi walked into the alley. "Another one!" Lau took a deep breath and sighed in shame. He turned to Kiari to answer her question, "No, no I didn't." Lau then turned to Musubi, "I was hiding." The kunifish kicked at the ground sheepishly. He didn't want go into details about his failed ninja attempt.

Kiari smiled as a third Kuniku came over. "Oh, I was just admiring this boy's fur pattern," she told the newcomer. "You could market it, you know!" she added, snapping her head back to face Lau. "I could make a fine piece of jewelry in that pattern with the right stones..." Her lips curled up slightly at the thought, and she failed to notice Lau's embarrassment.

As the three Kuniku are getting acquainted; something large and dark moves in the shadows behind the stalls, making a sound that could be either a growl or a groan. It could be a terrifying demon or it could be something harmless. Either way, the nearby humans are all unaware without that Kuniku’s hearing to alert them to possible trouble.
Do you...
A) Jump forward to investigate B) Investigate, but let somebody else go first. C) Don’t budge from your spot. D) Attempt to hide behind the closest solid object E) Charge at the shadow yelling a battlecry
And if you put the letter of the one you've chosen at the top of your post it would be a big help.

"Hey, is there someone else here?" Kiari asked after hearing a low sound of some sort. It was hard to make out what exactly it was. "Come look at these pretty patterns; don't you think they'd make a great necklace?"
Her voice trailed off as the blue Kuniku rounded the stalls to see for herself. Kiari was the sort that believed all beings had good in them, so she had no thoughts of being harmed.

"Market it? What..." Lau's voice trailed into silence. First he was discovered by two kuniku while trying to be hidden and now this girl was pointing out his horribly bright spots. He just wanted to crawl away and practice his technique. Lau took a small step back when he heard a strange noise. Curious, Lau circled around to the other side of Kiari, making no sound. Lau wanted to know what made the sound, but if could surprise the creature as well that could salvage his ninja pride.
(edit: A then)

Lololol, Musubi picks choice B. Those two can run on ahead, he'll just follow along because they're going.
"Um, what? A Kuniku can't sell anything..." Well, Musubi guessed one could if they meant for a trade, but of course Kuniku had no currency; only the humans did. Musubi was just about to open his mouth and say something when his ears pricked forward, alerting him to a strange sound. "What as that?" A frown fell onto his muzzle. He was considering what to do when all of a sudden, Lau and Kiari immediately went to investigate. "Oh." Well, if they were going ahead then Musubi guess he might as well just follow behind. He was curious as well, and also wanted to see what this potential beastie was.

The creature stumbled towards the Kuniku, stepping out into the light. Oh! It’s the town mayor and it appears he’s been enjoying the festivities a little too much. He’s so drunk he can barely stand! But he is also quite ecstatic to find some Kuniku and half hugs, half collapses on top of being Lau and Kiari with a hiccup and a grin. So...? For Lau and Kiari: Quote: A) Try and struggle free of the human's grip B) Try to give him a hand by moving him into a more upright position C) Simply freeze on the spot and hope he rolls off For Musubi: Quote: A) Give your fellow Kuniku a hand and try get the man to let go of them. B) Ew, he smells funny. Sit on the sidelines and ‘cheerlead’ from a safe distance. C) Run off in search of some human help.

Hmm, it was the town mayor making the noise she heard. Weird! He looked pretty darn intoxicated, too. Uh, oh, incoming!
OOF!
Well, now, the mayor is partially collapsed atop her and the pretty-patterned Kuniku. Uuh. Okay then. Let's try to get this guy to sit up on his own...

When the creature revealed itself to be the mayor, Lau was a little disappointed, it would look bad to scare the mayor. He was about to turn and leave when the man collapsed on top of him. "Oh my Gods, he is heavy." Lau muttered. The kunifish saw Kiari trying to get the mayor to sit up and he decided to follow suit. Lau started moving and pushing the mayor, none too gently, off of him.

Musubi picks choice B as well.
Musubi almost gagged at the smell of alcohol and sweat on the mayor. His paw immediately lifted to cover his nose, his ears and tail lowering. "Oh no..." Due to his very sensitive sense of smell Musubi was pretty much useless for the moment. He steped backwards toward the entrance of the alleyway carefully, still only using three legs. "I'd help you guys, really but... I can't take the smell. It's worse garbage." He genuinely felt bad for the two being squished, but alas, there was just nothing he could do.

The mayor hiccups and laughs, hugging the two Kuniku as best as he can. With Musubi watching, eventually Lau and Kiari manage to get the silly man upright but he's weaving rather precariously back and forth as if the slightest wind will drop him on his face again. Of course now that he's up, you need to figure out what to do with him. For all: Quote: A) Time to get human back-up! B) Decide just to watch over him for a while and make sure he doesn't fall on his face. C) Try to get him out of his drunken stupor by smacking him in the head.
