The Northern Air Temple was one of the four temples of the Air Nomads, and one of the two, the other being the Southern Air Temple, exclusively housing male Airbenders. It is located in the upper reaches of the northern Earth Kingdom. Its population was however wiped out at the beginning of The War during the Air Nomad Genocide. During Sozin's War, the temple was home population of Earth Kingdom refugees, led by The Mechanist, who had settled and has created a large amount of technology there.
Now, thanks to Avatar Aang and his consort Lady Katara, Airbenders have once again taken over this place of tragedy and history.

(I have a question... do air nomads live at this temple or is it home to the mechanists?)  ~Prince Damien - Son of the Earth King~
Damien looked at the mountains and then at the map, "Okay... we past over the edge of mountains about half an hour ago so that means that we should be getting close to the North Air Temple.

Argent yawned as she woke, "Whadya say?" She sat up and looked at Damien. "Geez, must be close. It's cold."

Damien nodded, "Yeah... we should be getting close..." He said feeling the cold air but basically ignored the cold.

Argent shivered slightly, "Way warmer in the east... I don't have any warm clothes..." She muttered.

~Prince Damien - Son of the Earth King~ Damien walked over to where he had his bag. [Im just going to say that Elena threw it over while Argent was asleep] He looked through his bag till he found a thick jacket, "Here, use this." He said handing the jacket to her.

~Prince Damien - Son of the Earth King~ Damien tossed the jacket to her, "Ill be fine... I don't mind the cold as much and you look like your freezing." He said after seeing her shiver slightly.

~Prince Damien - Son of the Earth King~ Damien was looking around at the mountains till he saw a large structure in the distance, it was on the tip of a mountain, "Check it out, were here!" He said turning to Argent. He waved over at Elena to signal her to head towards the temple. (Im allowing for Bluemoon to follow)

Argent ran forward and steered Suta towards the temples. She locked arms with Damien and grinned. She held onto the saddle and let Suta shoot down as fast as he could. Argent cackled and held tightly to the saddle.

~Prince Damien - Son of the Earth King~ Damien first grabbed his hat with his free hand but was glad that Argent locked arms with him because he could have flown clear off the saddle. He wasn't really scared but he still wasn't use to flying.

Argent felt her grip slipping, so she adjusted herself to where she was holding onto Damien's wrist. She placed his hand on the saddle and nodded to him. "Just incase... Suta slow down!" She shouted reluctnantly. He slowed himself and evened his balance.
