Any ideas that will spice up the guild? recruit more people? make this guild a little bit better?

Well first of all, We should have a thread request area, that way when users want to create a new thread, they don't have to make a thread asking permission to make another thread and stuff. It just makes the group seem less professional (even if this guild isn't about business and work] and a bit messy.
Next, we should have a role play area. Like Ichiraku Ramen Bar or Training Grounds.
And, resulting to that, there should be an area where people either tell about themselves, or the person there cosplaying. It should include their age, name, background, and maybe even a photograph, if they want to. I can expand on that later on...
Excuse me, I shouldn't be saying 'should'. Rather, 'could' would be a better word to fit in my suggestions.

I feel that one village is enough for the whole guild. I dont really know what you guys think. But i think one is enough. Because when you start adding more villages then the guild gets kind of messy and hard to navigate. What do you guys think?
And Roleplaying. Anyone have any suggestions? Sometimes i find it hard to understand what the other character is rping about. Proper grammar would make things a little bit easier to understand. Anyone got issues with rping?
