So you thought you were safe from harsh ratings and judgments here in Fashun, did you?Think again!Here we are, seven Fashunites and Fashunistas here to give you our opinions on the avatar arena's winner circle.I ask very little, just obey these:
Don't get overly upset with poor rates. This is in good fun. You have the right to respectfully defend yourself though!
Raters, don't flame people. No accusations of paying people for votes or down-rating. We already know it happens, let's keep it out of Fashun.
Don't give Fashun members better rates. They're in Fashun - they should know better! Besides, it's good to have constructive feedback.
If I say to calm down - do it. We're talking pixels here. Breathe and mix up a margarita.

 Who are we to tell you what's a good avatar?! Well, even if we don't have much experience, I can assure you that we all have eyes... or braille monitors. o.O

Been done before - and been done better. Monochrome avatars are typically unoriginal by themselves, but this also uses a theme that is common with them, haha. It's not a horrible looking avatar, but there definitely needs to be something more original about it.

This is so unoriginal it's not even funny. She didn't even do a good job at being unoriginal. The top is really light and the bottom is really dark. That /might/ have worked if she didn't toss on that ridiculous cape thinggy. I've only ever seen like two people pull that hair off well. The art style of it is just to different from most items. Blue eyes... why? I wonder if she turned off comments before or after she won.

Talk about no originality, I hate monochromes. If someone's gonna do a one-colored avi, then at least they have to make it stunning.
Miss Blissy 2/7 First off: I hate it when people don't allow comments. It's just cowardly and admitting that your avi is so bad that people will critique it. This is unoriginal, boring, and I'm pretty sure it uses a set.
#2. Kappa the Water Sprite Bottle 6/7
I'll rate this as if it were a cosplay, since that's what it is. Isn't there a skin that makes that kind of mouth? I dislike the beak. This is very accurate, and well thought out. The sack was a nice touch to add to the character.

Um... isn't this a cosplay? For a cosplay, yes it's good. For an original, it sucks. No matching, no appeal. Overall, just an eyesore.

It got a point for effort. This has the quality of an "everyday" avatar. Nothing's special about it. It's plain and the shades of pink don't really match.

For anyone who didn't know, this was a group entry paying tribute to the Lyndexer's Journal. I was actually going to join myself, but I didn't have the funds to make an avatar that was arena suitable. ; ; I really loved this one. Anyway, a few of the shades are off, but it over looks nice.

I'm so happy that some of the war hero's won this week, I was looking forward to seeing all of them. I like this avi a lot (Of course you do Raz, it's brown!) Shut up okay! I think she could have chosen better hair. I like the blues, I like the face expression, I like the description. I hate how people say make up makes girls look like sluts, no it doesn't D; it creates personality in the face. stfu you trolls.

She used Lyndexer's Journal twice which pretty much made up half of its creativity. The hair didn't match the other browns and I read from one voter that she looks more like a whore than an Air Chief Marshall which is true. xD
Miss Blissy 6/7 I really like the colors on this one, and the face is great. I only wish that the torso was more spread out and the feet had more blue. But it's really a lovely avi.
#5. Philophobia Bottle 5/7
I took off one point since the theme didn't fit the avatar at all, haha. It's quite a neat avatar, but it seems you could just put that theme with any female avatar. Thing I don't get is, why does this girl wear makeup and eye shadow if she's uninterested in attracting people? Anyway, I think the avatar itself is lovely. Just a couple tiny flickers I'd change.

Grats Mini! I'm sad that this was the phobia that won. I don't think it was the best, but I'm glad that someone won. It's very appealing and I actually like the how the hair is used. If she's not looking for love, why is she so fancied up? She looks like she's got a really bad tan going on in the face too, a bit orange if you ask me. XD

The avatar's totally off-theme, she could've picked Eremikophobia (fear of sand) or Drakonophobia (fear of dragons) instead she went with an idea that didn't match the avi, which sorta took away its creativity. She also used a set (Crimson Tatsu Scale armor) which many of us dislike.
Miss Blissy 6/7 I like the overall idea on this one, and the background really works. I actually like the use of that hair. It is a bit unoriginal in the way of colors, though.
#6. Dare to Spy A Dragon Bottle 3/7
This seems a little unfinished. Though, I like where it was headed, there seems to be something missing. The color of the vest is killing me. Some nice item combinations in this one though.

Grats Fae! Hmm, I haven't decided if I like this one or not. (Omg Raz doesn't like a brown avi? ;OO) Well I do /like/ it but, it's not special in any way. Just an average steampunky avi with a new background thrown on. I don't like what was done in the torso either. I do like how the avatar is connected to the background though.

Very neat, but not near as good as his Barbary Corsair. It's nice to see some unique item combinations, but they seem pretty out of place. The flow is pretty broken up, and there was no attempt to balance colors and clutter.

I have a really hard time liking Social's avatars for some reason. I enjoy the personality that is conveyed in them, but they just aren't... pretty? Idk... I guess it fits the theme. I just find myself having to really think about things I like about it, and that shouldn't be what I have to do.

Added a point for the descriptive setting. :3 Nice to see a really unique color scheme. Who would have thought argyle socks, gym shorts, and a work harness could go together? It's a little plain, but I woudn't want it to be overly crowded given the theme. Fine work.

I like this one way more than the color clutter tattoo layered avatars we have been getting. There's a few colors in it to tweak. Why the Magical Girl's wand? I'm happy to see that most of the items used worked well together.

* seizes* Hmm, I don't like it. Looks like she fell in a box of melted crayons. There's a bunch of every color but nothing really matches. Not only that, but the textures don't even match or even go well together. It looks better with a white background, who do people use anything but white arrggg.

I'm being a little biased, but this is my favorite Pokemon cosplay of all time! It's original and fresh (and old and wrinkly). I'm glad it's wasn't a Pokemon (legendary or not) or main protagonist. Generic trainers need love too ; A ;

I hate that she used a hybrid of two reference pics, and I totally don't remember what happened in the movie, but I do know this has placed before. Mushu being in there is fine, but using the Fallen Wish is pushing it too far; it doesn't look anything like the cricket. The fan is acceptable since the only yellow fan on Gaia would look way out of place. The blue part of her sash should extend a bit farther down.

It would have looked great if it was a male base (I tried it out). Male bases need some love too. Gray Torque top would've looked nice too. There are pointier shoes than those too. I've been in the arena quite a bit, and I know what I like in an avi. It pretty much has to match, and I'll love it a whole lot more if there is some sort of theme, and not just a bunch of random items of the same color thrown on. I also look for balance and creativity - if I've seen it before, I'm not gonna like it. I like to think that I rate things... semi-harshly? I'm not going to hesitate to say if I hate something, at least. But I won't hesitate to say if I love something!
