Get your map to a land of Pikachu! Here, using your Pokewalker, you can get Pikachu that know Thunder, Volt Tackle, Helping Hand, Surf, and even Fly! Each holds a decent Held Item, and many great items, like Light Ball, Thunderstone, and many Berries, can be found here too! In order to get this map: Turn on your game until you go to the "Continue" screen Scroll down until you see "Mystery Gift" (Thank goodness you don't need to unlock it!) Select "Receive Gift" Select "Via Wifi Connection" Get near a Wifi access point and download your map! Go to a Pokemart once you continue your game again and pick up your map! Save your game "Yellow Forest" will now be available on your Pokewalker!
Any questions, post them here. Source= www.serebii.net twisted Devil Pikachu!

First, to get this out of the way...YAYZ! First Post! OMG!!!
Ahem! In any case....
It becomes an in-game map? Wow, I was wondering how the event would work. Now we know what to expect for Champ Path and any others that may come in the future. I am so ready to enter the Woods of Endless Pikachu. I even have an electric type to send there (Raikou 3nodding Entei is being stubborn...He's at one HP and asleep! And I'm using level/nest balls while Slasher is out! Geez...). Rant aside, it should be fun biggrin .

2 attempts at the flying Pikachu, he's evaded me thus far. I've gotten 2 surfing pikachus though.
4 Miracle Seeds also razz
Shame that the spike eared pichu and the pikachu coloured pichu aren't catchable here. But we can dream + 3 +

Well, the Pika-colored Pichu is basically a Shiny Pichu with an awesome bonus attached to it. Still, dreaming does open the mind.... *sighs* what if there was a chance to find a shiny in the Pokewalker, regardless of what pokemon you captured? That would be very interesting......

Wow, unlike the Jirachi announcement thread, this one's a little empty...the last post is by me, and it's the third...making this the fourth...which makes this thread practically empty. Wow. Not much excitement over the Yellow Forest (Forest of Endless Pikachu), huh? At least, not much in this thread.

I most likely won't be downloading it until I get home sometime tomorrow morning. So yeah, that alone is hindered my Pikachu hunting.

I nabbed two Surfing Pikachus and a standard so far. And those are among the first ones I've caught (they are the first three I transferred over. I caught two others before hand that I replaced with (likely) the surfing 'Chus). I nabbed them as a Tier 2 and a tier 3 catch.

Just curious, but do the amount of exclamation marks pertain to which pikachu it may possibly be? because I keep failing at the 3 and 4 exclamation ones, plus i rarely run into those >.<

4 exclamation? There should be a max of 3. it goes 1-1-2-3, with the either the surfing or flying Pikachus showing up at Tier 3 (Group A). You wanna have 7500-10000 steps on your Walker (During that day, and depending on the pokemon), if you want the Tier 3s to show up. Serebii will have more specific info, Nitrox even has a link set up in the top post. Hope that helps.

Yes, yes it does!
The first ! has Group C
The Second ! has a chance of Group C or Group B
The !! has a chance of Group B or A
The !!! has Group A
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Yellow_Forest
Therefore (for example) if you only want Surfchus and Flychus, your best bet is to only catch !!! pikachus. But !! could also be them.

Okay, thank you very much for the explanation. And Itachi, I was playing in the dark kinda so it seemed hard to count the amount of exclamations for me, i could only really tell if they appeared or not.
