The office of your Captain. A fairly large room with a lot of floor space. An assortment of chairs and couches line up along the walls. Large wooden cabinets built into the back wall line up behind Emily's desk, a robust marble table. Several small stacks of papers and piles of dossiers litter the table, a captain's haori draped along the spine of her chair. Towards the right side of the office are sliding wooden doors that lead to her private quarters, consisting of only a fairly normal looking bed, a wardrobe, and a small desk and chair set home to the rest of her personal necessities.

Sadon walks through 2nd Squads gate and shows the guards his papers. The main guard points him to the headquarters building and bows with a smile. Sadon returns the bow and follows the path to the headquarters building. Climbing the stairs he makes his way to the wooden sliding doors and opens them.
Sadon takes off his straw sandals and leaves them outside of the door and steps in. Closing the door behind himself, he walks up and drops his bag over by one of the walls out of the doors way. Sadon looks down and fixes his uniform and makes a mental note to see the supply officer for a 2nd Squad uniform before the end of the day. Satisfied with his appearance, Sadon walks down the short hall to the door marked Captain’s Office on it. Having his new orders in one hand, Sadon reaches out with his free hand and knocks firm and hard on the door and waits for a reply from his new Captain.

A quiet day. Not much is going on... Should it be like this? I figured things would of been more busy. Emily thought to herself. It being only a few days since her promotion, she still wasn't too sure how to act. She sat up from her bed, combing her back with her fingers. Her gloves were finally off for once, the feeling of her hair tickling her skin was comforting. She took a deep breath and stood up stretching a little. Pulling a sheet from her bed and wrapping herself with it since she wasn't exactly clothed, she went towards her window and looked out towards the gate, noticing someone had just walked past the guards.
He must be one of the new recruits, finally some of the subordinates begin to show up.
She smiled a little as she pulled the blinds down, opening the wardrobe to get her uniform. Tossing the sheet aside, she quickly puts on the uniform, praying it fit well enough for her to move about in. The uniform itself looked pretty similar in design to what the previous captains of Second Squad wore, its main difference it that there was no hakama. Instead a tunic was made in its stead due to the functionality of her zanpakutou. She did wear small cloth shorts to avoid any looks from those of the perverted variety. Which also led to her wearing no sandals as well, going about barefoot since the only reason she would see going and wearing some form of footwear would be for something important.
Tightening the Tenugui around her waist, she grabbed her gloves, holding them tightly in her hand as she slid open the doors to get into her office. She had assumed that her new subordinate would be coming to meet her soon so she would have to at least look like she was doing something.
It wasn't long until she heard a knocking at her door.
"Ah, that must be him!" She said, a little louder than she had hoped. She hoped he didn't hear her. She shook her head to regain her composure. She grabbed her haori, putting it on quickly as she skipped over to the door, opening it quickly.
"Yes?"

Sadon was surprised when the door slid opened and standing before him was his new Captain. Looking her up and down Sadon says, "Oh, I'm so sorry ma'am. I wasn't expecting you to open the door." Sadon bows deeply and says, "I'm use to Bull-Sama's yelling rather than a Captain opening the door herself. My name is Sadon and I am a transfer from 7th Squad. I was their 5th Seat and Kidou instructor. Here are my papers ma'am." Sadon hands the papers to her and then says, "I requested the transfer ma'am. I was informed that you were a little short handed and felt that my experience would be able to help you and the Squad."
Sadon looked over the Captain's shoulder at her office and it's decor. You can tell alot by a Captain's office ....

"Ah, no need to explain about it all. Different squad, different formalities. I worked for Bull for a good while as well, so I'm all too familiar with it." She looked over the papers for a moment before looking back at him, noticing his eyes were astray, looking towards her office.
"You should keep your eyes directed at your superiors Sadon. But anyways, lets take a walk." She said quietly, trying to keep a mature tone with him. She had a slight smile across her face when she glanced at him as she passed by him, proceeding down the hall. Even if it was slight, she was a little taller than him. She couldn't exactly tell whether she was heavier though, but she had all the time to find that out. If it weren't for him having a slight tan, she would of assumed he was albino. But, of course the likelihood of that was pretty low.
She stretched for a moment before moving along the hall.
"Don't fall behind now. I would like to know my squad a little before we embark on any missions.

Sadon followed behind his new Captain saying, "No ma'am, I'm right behind you." This was going to be all new for him. Sadon was use to Bull-Sama's hard ways but, this one was far different than Bull.
Smiling Sadon said, "So ma'am, where are we headed? and do we have a mission already? Seems kind of soon to be giving the 2nd Squad a mission while we are trying to get back on our feet. But, orders are orders and I aim to please!" Sadon was always up for a good fight.
Following his new Captain gave Sadon a chance to look her up and down. She was taller than him but he had her by weight. Sadon guessed that she had seen more battles than him but, how good was her hand-to-hand combat? Shaking his head Sadon snapped out of his daze and followed her. It wasn't his place to size up his Captain nor to question her abilities. It was his place to learn everything he could about her and from her to be an effective part of this team.
Sadon grabbed up his bag as he made his way out of the headquarters building following his Captain ....

"Well its good to see your enthusiasm, Sadon. The eagerness I can do without, however your willingness will be noted." She said, a slight giggle escaped her lips. They stepped down a couple flights of stairs before getting back outside. She adjusted her haori as she walked around the side of the building, leading him to the area. It was a subtle little area composed a pond, and stone walkway leading to the other side of the building. The remainder of it was filled with sand, very warm to the touch thanks to the sun.
"Your first mission is this: Spar with me for a moment. No zanpakutou or anything of the like. I want you to show me what you can do without it. Being that we're both previously from Seventh Squad, you shouldn't have a reason to object, no?" She stopped after she was a good few paces in front of him, stepping onto the warm sand. She dug her feet into it, to let the heat warm up her toes. Tucking her gloves farther into her tenugui. She moved her right foot back, setting herself up into her stance. Both of her hands raised up with her palms facing towards him.
"Please try not to break anything."
((It'll just a quick 3-4 post fight. I'll be doing this with everyone. No worries.))

Sadon dropped his bag and his Zanpakutou next to it. Looking at her he says, "Ummm ma'am, are you sure you want to do this? I mean, I am fresh out of 7th Squad and my hand-to-hand skills are very different then any others. I wouldn't want to hurt you or cause any problems between the two of us. Frankly, I have grown fond of you thus far ... you don't yell like Bull-Sama and that is a relief if you know what I mean." Sadon smiles at her .... But Sadon could tell that she ment every word of what she said ... she wanted to fight and it looks like he has no choice but do what his Captain has ordered him to do. Sadon looked down and shook his head from right to left before taking up his basic TKD fighting stance. The warmth of the sand between his toes felt good and he could tell that he had a good grip in it.
Slidding his Kitsune mask down onto his face sadon could be heard wispering something under his breath but it was too soft to make out. Then without warning he leaped forward and shot out what looked like a basic front snap kick....but it wasn't. Just before impact, Sadon changed direction to a half cresent kick which would catch his Captain in the left side of her face if contact is made .... Not to mention that Sadon's eye's seemed to have changed to a deep crimson color just as he attacked.

She slowed down her breathing focusing only on his body and breathing. She didn't have any formal training like he seemed to have. All she under her belt was what her sister taught her and what she learned on her own. She smirked as she figured with what her zanpakutou was, it would be in her favor to learn some form of martial art. It didn't matter anymore, she could probably pick up something from him anyways.
As soon as he moved, she forced herself not to move, hoping that what he would do would be a feint. Something she noticed with more experienced fighters, is that they love to bait people into getting hit. With grace and skill, he fluidly switched his kick to that of a crescent kick. She stepped into it, directing his kick downward, moving on down until she flipped over his leg, whipping her legs towards his face using her hand to balance herself.

Sadon smiled under his mask as he knew she would take the bait. He was expecting her to counter and that left her open for what he was about to do.
As she flipped and her foot approached Sadon's face he raised his right hand up to block it and wispered, "Tsuzuri Raiden" .... when her foot comes in contact with Sadon's hand an electric current flows through Sadon's hand and into her foot. This allows Sadon to lead the electricity down her leg and damage the whole side of her body rendering everything numb on that side as if she had a stroke.
Sadon jumped backwards after the attack because the kick was hard and hurt his right hand when blocking it. He was in shock that she could kick with such force for a female.

As she he whispered his incantation, she could feel reiatsu forcibly entering her body through her feet. She bore her fingers into the sand, letting the current run through her body and disperse out into the sand. She flipped back up, moving her legs a little to shake off the numbness.
"Heh, maybe you should use your zanpakutou, Sadon... That was mediocre at best." She smirked, building up her reiatsu around her legs. In an instant, she disappeared, leaving a wave of sand behind her. In that same instant, she reappeared behind him. A small skip, she was in the air, rolling into a powerful roundhouse aimed at his head once again.

Sadon watched as she recovered from his attack and then without warning she was gone. The kick up of sand told him what her next step would be. She used her shunpo and it was obvious that she was going to appear behind him to attack. Dropping to the sand in the splits allows Sadon to look above him in time to see her roundhouse attack. "Your counter attack was readable. The movement in the sand told me the direction you were going. Your hand-to-hand skills are good but not good enough for me to draw my zanpakutou. Besides, you know that a member from 7th Squad would never use their zanpakutou in a hand-to-hand fight. That wouldn't be honorable."
Sadon waited until the roundhouse kick cleared his head and then tucked his legs back in and rolled backward into a defensive stance a few feet from his Captain. Sadon holds back his counter attack to see what his Captain's next move will be.

She landed gracefully, adjusting her uniform. She turned around to face him with a fair smile.
"Alright, we can stop here. Good work, You're definitely what I'll need for the Squad. I do hope that you'll depend more on yourself than your zanpakutou. The both of you will have to be in top form, no matter what." She pulled her gloves from her tenugui, putting them back on.
"You're dismissed until further notice, Sadon. Good work though, hopefully I'll be able to see your actual skills put to work..." She wiped the sand off her feet as she went back inside, making her way back to her office.

Sadon watched as she walked away. Once she was inside her office and out of ear shot Sadon said to himself, "Ya, hopefully I'll be able to do something to show you that I am worthy of my Shikai training and then you'll see something!"
Sadon walked out of the sand pit and headed for the training grounds ....
