Since the fair was more or less for Lucifel her sister Victoria got to pick where they were going today for their family out. There were a lot of places that she wanted to go to but had yet to visit. Remembering the zoo and how much she liked the animals she decided she wanted to go to a place with animals. Her sister also like animals... So hopefully they would keep the brat occupied and she could enjoy herself. She'd just about made her mind up when her dad started talking about the local aquarium. And thus to the aquarium they went.
Her proving that she was a responsible person at the fair gave her the advantage at the aquarium. She was again aloud to wonder about the place all by herself. She was more than glad at this because she didn't have to deal with her sister...
Victoria had wondered on over to the tunnel that was surrounded by water. She was situated in the exact middle of the tunnel looking up. Currently there was a large shark passing overhead.

He had come with his Guardian but for the moment he had wandered away to follow that shark that was now swimming overhead. He swore that that creature had stared at him funny and he was going to get at it or at least follow it and glare at it while making a deep growl in the back of his throat. Damn thing was lucky that he was outside of the water and that he couldn't get in there. He rolled up his sleeves a bit and positively bristled with annoyance at the creature that was swimming along.
Quint was so enthralled with the shark above he almost bumped into someone else but luckily he stopped short because he smelt her scent first. He took a couple of steps back and stared at her for a long moment before he tried to move around her, "Excuse me, going to try to get at that son of a b***h," he pointed up at the shark swimming above.
Such a foul mouth...

"Your going to get a what?" Victoria asked as she looked in the direction that the boy was pointing. "Oh," she giggled as she caught site of the shark. "You're currently 'chasing' after a Blacktip Reef Shark that is currently about 5 foot maybe 6 foot long. They are quite common and that is about as big as it is going to get."

"About to be a five or six foot dead shark in a minute," he grumbled as he paused and stared down the hallway. It was taking too long and talking to this girl was starting to dampen the steam of his rage which only seemed to add to his annoyance of the current situation. He stared up at the shark and glared as it now swam away, " "Next time I'm just breaking the damn glass to get to him." He informed her and a change in his posture occurred as if daring her to even think of stopping him from going through with his plans.

Victoria put a hand on her hip as she made a tisk tisk sound. Her body moved just so along with her curls as her eyes settled directly on the boys eyes. "You know you'd not only kill yourself but everyone else in the process of trying to kill that shark... Which by the way that shark didn't do anything at all to you."

His eyes didn't waver from her face as she made eye contact with him. The shark-boy bristled a bit at her words. "Yeah well it deserved it!" he said petulantly and shoved his hands in his pocket but he did not slouch his posture. He was still trying to look at least a little intimidating and strong.
"It looked at me funny," he corrected her claim about the shark not having done anything to him as if that was the biggest crime any creature could commit against his person, either way the point was now moot and the shark was gone. Quint huffed a small sigh as he stared at her, "Why'd you come here anyways? Got some sort of interest in fish or something?"
..At least he was trying to make conversation.

Victoria took a step forward. There was now just inches between them- she never lost eye contact. "So," she slid a finger under his chin. "If I looked at you funny you going to chase me to?" There was an almost purr like tone in her voice.
Her breathing was very subtle as she listen to him question her about fish. "Fish are pretty I suppose but boys are so much better," she chuckled and gave him a wink.
Sure she was a 'kid' but she was just a hop skip and jump away from that classification and it showed now more than ever.

He had gotten careless as she approached and then slid a finger up under his chin which caused him to utter a growl and snap his teeth before he quickly back peddled away from her and ended up pressed against the glass wall looking a bit wild-eyed. His breathing was not as subtle but it was a little more panicked.
Quint had somehow lost control. He hated that loss. He even resented it a little. He listened to her response and furrowed his brow, "......" He couldn't come up with a response. He tore his gaze away from her and moved to watch the fish.
So dreadfully confused he just stood there in silence. What would Kay do? Probably do whatever the Hell she did right back at her, but he wasn't Kay. So what would Quint do? Apparently cower and be confused.

Victoria brushed the few stray strands of curl from her face. There was a pout on her face- not that the boy could see it... He seemed more interested in fish than her.
"So why are you here? You like fish?" She asked as she came to stand next to him. She wasn't exactly sure which fish he was looking at or else she'd have spouted some fact about it.

He quickly moved to where he could always maintain a certain distance from her despite her standing next to him he took a step or two away from her so as to make double sure. It wasn't that he disliked her just yet but he wanted to regain control and he also didn't want to bite her on accident or on purpose just because he lost control. Quint stared at her with more than just a little distrust for her actions.
"Yeah, fish are alright," Quint replied as she asked him the question. His eyes flicked up toward the ceiling at a school of fish as they swam by above them. Should he just walk off on her? Should he introduce himself? Augh.
Quint reached up and ran his hand through his hair, "So. Um. You collect boys or something?" he asked lamely. It was the only thing he could think to ask her considering her earlier action.

"You're silly," Victoria chuckled as she spun around in place and looked up at the fish swimming over head. "Whores collect boys," she looked over her shoulder and winked. "Make you pay as well for a good time... I'm nothing like that at all."
She looked back up at the fish above. "So, you collect girls?" She asked with a giggle in her voice- she was simply teasing him for being so 'innocent'.

"I'm silly? I'm not the one spinning in place," he retorted somewhat waspishly. Not that he meant to be rude to her he just didn't like being told he was silly. She managed to regain a bit of his respect by not being shy with her words so he calmed down a bit though he still felt very much on edge with her and he didn't quite understand why she was all winking at him. "Something in your eye?"
He stared at her quietly in a 'what do you think?' sort of manner and shook his head, "I don't collect girls. I don't collect boys. I don't collect squat," Quint responded quietly despite her tease. He really didn't really collect things just yet other than his aquarium but right now he was very much content with what he had and thus hadn't bothered to get more.
The shark-boy rubbed the back of his neck again feeling awkward around this girl he was alone with, "I'm Quint," he murmured grudgingly.

This boy named Quint really was clueless about girls. She held back her sigh as she turned back around to face him once more. Her attention on him.
They appeared to be the same age... But, then she remembered that girls did tend to mature quicker.
"I'm Victoria Ann Maria Song. But most call me Tori," she smiled. "I collect trinkets, books, and sheets of music... There are other things but they are trivial."
She paused for a moment. "I do have a sister for sale," she off course was just kidding and her giggle told on her.

Man, she had a long name. He wasn't certain he'd remember it all at this point but whatever. He watched her quietly as he shifted from one foot to the other somewhat restlessly. He really didn't care to know her hobbies or what she collected but whatever he supposed since they were trivial he could totally forget what this girl said since apparently they didn't matter. Why this Victoria girl decided to list trivial things was beyond him.
Quint raised an eyebrow and actually smirked a bit. He shook his head, "No thanks, I got enough s**t to deal with thanks to my brothers," he replied relaxing a bit now that she wasn't so close. He flicked his gaze off to the side as he tried to ponder an excuse to leave.

"Alright then," Tori said in a voice so soft it was nearly haunting. She batted her eyes and giggled. Simply put it was to much fun to tease him and watch him squirm.
"There's your shark," she grinned and pointed above them. "Just remember he has four nicks in his tail fin and a scar on his right side... presumably from a fight to show dominance."
