 CLOUDEntering the arena, Cloud the Dream Homunculi looked about, his shiny grey eyes gleaming. He was usually the more adventerous one who would get himself into trouble, but you know what they say about Dream Homunculi; they can be vicious when need be.
"Alright! Who's going to be my opponent!?" he snarled slightly, even though he sounded like a young boy.

And Shadow Firenight the Susikoira entered on the opposite end of the arena, smiling and looking fairly cute. "Hi, fluffy! What's your name?"
Yeah, Shadow sounded like a hyperactive sweet little kid. But she was equally as vicious as anything could be.

Cloud ruffled a bit and growled when the Susikoira called him "fluffy." He was aware that he was flufy, but it was degrading on his end! "Who you calling fluffy, dog!?" Cloud was about to lunge, but then decided to scoot back a bit. That wold was a LOT bigger than him...

"Hey, do you want me to call you kid or something? It's easier to talk to people when you know their names. Call me Shadow," the black Susikoira said earnestly. "We have to fight, yeah? Well, I bet you can fight better than I think you can!"
With a sweet smile, Shadow Firenight retreated into the shadows of the arena, breathing out fire until she was only a bit bigger than Cloud himself. The exaled fire hung in the air near the shadow...was it a theme for this group of Moonlore? Whatever.
And the now child-like Susikoira lunged for Cloud...

Seeing the Susikoira shrink to his sie made his ego inflate again, but when he saw Shadow charge for him, he made sure that when she hit... POO! Like a evaporated cloud, Cloud himself disappeared! then reformed again farther away.
"Haha! What was that!? My name is Cloud then, if ya wanna know!" he sneered. While the Susikoira was bust wondering where Cloud was, he ran up behind and jabbed her with his horn. POKE!

"Owwwwww," Shadow pouted, "why does everyone get to dissolve? It's not fair!"
With those words, the tiny black Susikoira charged towards her opponent again, aiming to leap onto Cloud's back and attack him from there.

Crushed suddenly under the wolf's weight hurt, even though he was soft and paded. Squiggling out from under her, he yeped slightly as part of his tail was pinned down; e couldn't escape her! "Let go of me!!"

"No~" Shadow giggled, bashing her paw flatly down on top of Cloud's head. "We're supposed to fight, and if I want to beat you, this is a good way to do it!"

"Gaaahhhg!!!" Cloud could feel his head being stepped on, he felt like his brain was going to explode! "Gggghhhg!" But no matter how much he struggled, the poor thing couldn't get free. But suddenly his horn began to glow, and he was able to throw the Susikoira off him and ram himself right into her! "Take that! Meanie!!" He had used up his overdrive, but damn it felt good to get revenge for her stepping on him!!

"Augh!" Shadow screamed as she was battered by the horn. Her HP was going down, and the fire on her eyes began to die out.
"Hey, I'm not going to be nice on you now!" the susikoira snarled angrily, stepping back into the shadow and returning to her full size. "That was really mean!" And with a growl, she charged for Cloud, slashing with flaming claws.
(Pffft, does everyone have an overdrive or just dream homunculi?)

"Like I wanted you to be nice to me in the first place, mutt!! I didn't ask for your sympathy!!" Cloud shouted until he was cut down by Shadow's flaming claws, causing him to roll acrss the field.
(Everyone has a overdrive when they hit 7 :3 But it can only happen once per battle. So don't worry!)

Without waiting for a second, Shadow speeded forward again and slashed with her claws.

"My names Cloud, jerk! Get it right!!" he barked back at her. She was a lot bigger than him though, so it wasn't much fair. But at least he had powers she didn't! Though he was nipped by her claws again, he bit down on the paw that almost got him the 2nd time around.

Shadow hissed in pain, rearing up and flicking her paw to send Cloud flying across the room. "You've got fangs, Cloud," the Susikoira teased. "Not a vampire, right?"
With that, she blew out a stream of fire, sending it heading straight the dream homunculus.
