One, where I may actually be able to afford all the firepower that I want and can reasonably expect to be able to attain. It's a pretty good feeling.
Anyway, the shopping list I'm looking at, over the next few years.
First, and foremost, my dream of a parts-built 6.8mm SPR, based on a KAC SR-15 lower. Then a handgun, because, well, I need to get some concealable carry. Probably a Taurus PT99, because I like the M9. Really. Chase that with a Springfield or Kimber 1911, and life is good.
After that, in no particular order: A Repro Garand, so I can do a dirty thing to it and put it in a Sage EBR stock. A Taurus Raging Bull in .454 Casull, because I've wanted one since Freshman year of High School. This is a long time ago for me. A LaRue OBR, because the AR-10 is the s**t, and LaRue is too.
A Bushmaster ACR SBR, or two, in 5.56 (14.5") and 6.8 (10.5"). Assuming it's ever sold to the public.
Discuss- your dream arsenal, realistically.

Other than what I already have now...
1911 an underfolding AK (may get this november) biggrin Remington 700 or some sort of decent bolt action Saiga 12 some kind of muzzleloader rifle sks
Other than that, it's mostly stuff that's way out there or illegal.

I've ben looking at an SKS, but my want for it could be better pushed towards an Arsenal Saiga 7.62, and a Mosin.
Saiga 12's, though... Sexy. Goddamn, Soldier of Fortune has an article on the Krebs Tactical one this month. It's pretty sexy.

Tier One OPERATOR A Repro Garand, so I can do a dirty thing to it and put it in a Sage EBR stock. I could be wrong on this, but I think CMP will sell you a Garand barrel/action set, from old rifles with destroyed stocks.

Don't worry. mrgreen Got to hold one out of the 25 that have been pre-released to the public and the only one in CA-$3000 Aren't they supposed to be expensive as ********? Something like $1400-1500? I know the one a guy won at the AAC Silencer Shoot is going for $16k, and still rising. Hadn't met the reserve price.

Well, according to the offical website, the current MSRP is three grand. That one being auctioned is so expensive because it's the first. And only. Right now.

My (realistic) dream arsenal?
- S&W Model 500 with a 10" barrel. I don't care what you think, I love the 10" barrel version. - M1 Garand, real or repro - Either a Colt, Springfield or Kimber 1911 - a Red9 C96 Mauser - either a Mauser or Mosin-Nagant - AK-47/AKM - FAL/L1A1/StG 58 - customized AR-15 - either a Remington 870, Mossberg 500/590, or Ithaca 37, preferably with a pistol grip

Tier One OPERATOR Adjusting fire, I'm now looking at the USP Compact in .45 I still think you're nuts. MAYBE your fingers are short enough to work the safety, but there's no way in hell you're working the slide release. Also, if memory serves, USPs are ******** THICK.
