Why he was here, Marco was unsure. He had a sombrero on and a Captain's cloak, though the number was ripped on the back. Actually, the entire back was in shreds. There was no red though, which meant he was perfectly ok, if not shaken up. Apparently, monkeys like sombreros and tiny men sloshing through mud. Odd.

Ducking under a fallen log, the Sou-taicho looked around, his senses on high alert. He was not going to get molested by another monkey. Both of his zanpakutous' were on his hips today, which was odd for the small man. He usually carried one on his back, though thinking about it now, he was glad he had put them in different places.

"Ay...ay, ay, ay, ay, I have a fancy sombrero~ Ay, ay, ay, ay, ay, my hat makes me look all the cooler~" He belted out these words with no care in the world. He was in the middle of a swampy forest thing; who was going to tell him to stop?

Not as equally confused as the Sotaichou, was Fuma Akira, formerly a Captain of the Kidou Corps and even before that, a captain to the Second Squad, something that had probably never happened before, he'd escaped out of Soul Society, due to the complications of being a Vizard and the risk of being discovered. He was marked off as MIA, with no known reason for his sudden disappearance. What he knew of Soul Society now was from his new position as both bartender and an information broker for Shinigami, Shun Shun Rikka and Vizard alike. He was an extremely neutral party, barely every fought and it was just his luck that he'd managed to find and come across while on his one week vacation in which he'd somehow managed to WANT to move around and enjoy the sights, instead he'd been forced to now have a goddamn random encounter with the person who had the lowest probability of being here, the highest probability of recognizing him and was accompanied with the skill of most likely being able to tear him apart, were he to be unprepared. The ex-Fuma clan member sighed, unheard as he waited for the man to get the crap out of his range. As days went, this one could DEFINITIVELY get worse. And he was having such a relaxing time as a 'human'. At least he'd left the weak shell of a body back in the hotel, sleeping. Oh and did he mention that that little song of his pissed him off? He REALLY wanted to tell him to stop.

"Ay wey!" Two other monkeys had tried to grab at Marco before he finally sent out a wave of reiatsu that knocked most of them from their perches. Moving quickly, he caught the almost human creatures and lay them back on random branches, hoping he hadnt killed any. After only a few minutes of playing Catch the Primate, the Mexican man realized that he was not alone. Someone was here, though who it was didnt ring any bells to the Sou-taicho at that moment. He wasnt super familiar with the signature coming from within the forest, which was odd. He had made sure to get familiar with almost everyone in the Soul Society!

"Yoo-hoo~ Where are you~?" He used a quick set of Shunpos' to bring himself nearer to his could be opponent. He couldnt see the person, but he knew to be on high alert anyways. No weakling would go into a dangerous forest just for fun. "Come out come out wherever you aaaaare~ Por favor?" His left hand came to rest at the hilt of his zanpakutou, just in case something came out of no where and attacked him.

Akira sighed a sorrowful and almost dramatic sigh, had they not been alone surely he would have gotten away with this too if it weren't for those meddling kids and that stupid do-.........oh wait wrong show, ahem, anyways surely he'd have gotten away with his deception had there been many more people around him and had he not pulled that little maneuver. But at least monkeys and their feces would not become a future problem......he hoped, then again hope was a pretty stupid thing to have at the moment. He wondered if having good luck was only for the higher social classes. He pondered this theory, rubbing his chin. He also wondered how he could have this much inner monolouge and thought crammed into mere seconds, or even nano-seconds. He made a mental melodramatic sigh, which he kept to himself as he went down to meet the Soutaichou. He at least wanted to attempt to not have a massive fight with the..........admittedly bad singer. "Can I help you?" He asked, hoping the man's stupidity did indeed kick in like a horse kicked a man who stood behind him. Oh.......and the bliss of having stopped his song, yes that was most pleasing and he could almost kiss himself if he could clone himself.

"Hands where I can see them villain." It was all he could come up with on such short notice unfortunately. In the back of his mind, Marco was taking the man for every ounce he was. He didnt look dangerous, though in Marco's eyes, rattle snakes looked like house pets. Maybe that's what this man was. "No really though, I need to know who you are. The Soul Society hasnt sent back any reports of Vizards around these parts." Though his tone was light and almost joking sounding, the Sou-taicho's stance would be able to relay the message that he wasnt going to take a no for an answer. He didnt want to resort to violence, but he also didnt want this man to slip out of his sight and do something wrong.

At the sound of a rustling branch, the short Mexican man jumped. The monkeys really were getting to him! "I mean, if you dont tell me, I could always act like those American police and 'rough you up'." Being the lame man that he was, he used air quotes on the phrase. It wasnt really a threat as much as it was a joke, though he sort of wondered how the other man would take it. This would be a test, a test to see if a sense of humor lay dormant inside the Vizard.

"I see you hold a strong grudge against villagers, tsk, tsk. A man of your stature should know better" He said once he'd completely gotten out of hiding "It's shameful of you not to remember me, though I guess age does make you forgetful. My name is Akira Fuma, former Captain of the Kido Corps and former Captain of the Second Squad before that, it's a pleasure to see you again Soutaichou. Though I never expected to encounter you on my one week vacation." He said giving a disappointed sigh. "I do hope you're happy, this was the first break I've had in years down on earth" He complained to the shorter man "If that's all, may I simply go now? Fighting isn't in my to do list"

To say he wasnt shocked would be a little far from the truth. It had been a while since he had been talked to like that. He ignored the old joke completely, feeling it unrewarding to reply to it. "Hmm.. Fuma. So this is what's happened to you? I have to say, I expected a bit better of one of my ex captains." he paused to stroked his imaginary beard. His tone sort of darkened as he said his next words, and his chocolaty eyes narrowed at the other man. "Watch your tongue. Though you are no longer under my direct orders, you should be mindful of your sharp tongue." he crossed his rather short arms over his chest and frowned at the ex captain, his mood much worse than five minutes before when he was being chased by monkeys.

He wondered why Akira would choose this place of all to vacation. It was hot and dangerous, though being a Vizard, he should have been able to easily handle threats that came his way.

"Unfortunately, us Vizards don't get too many retirement benefits you see, so I had to settle for what I could get, so regardless of your expectations I am doing pretty well all things considered and I'm not as out of the loop of the on-goings back home as you might think" He said, ignoring the male's tone. "Though I'm curious, what brings a man of your stature down here of all places? Don't you have an entire city of minions and lesser pawns for that?" He questioned the one thing that had bothered him from his encounter with the Sou-taichou. "I'm sure it can't be just recon and fighting's out of the question too........though not as much as recon. So it's either a fight or something else entirely"

"You Vizards...shouldnt even exist to be honest.I'm sure you've already figured that out though." Marco said in a rather calm voice, though it took him a minute to get it like that. "But since you do, and I still respect you to some degree, I'll answer your question." It seemed to the man that their roles were becoming more and more reversed by the second. "Maybe I too wanted a vacation?" he replied slowly, his arms unfolding and going to his hips. "Soul Society is changing Fuma." It seemed as though he was going to say more than that, but the Sou-taicho sort of bit his tongue and said no more. He wondered idly if he really cared about his old home. Marco knew that if he had ran off, he would defiantly miss his old place if he was forced to leave by stupid laws. Laws made out of fear, and lack of understanding on higher ups's part.

"Che, you've no idea what being a Vizard is like do you? Once you're changed into this thing, all you'll ever have anymore are enemies. You'll be hated, excluded, hunted down and in the end, no matter what you do, no matter how long you run, your fate is to die the death of a dog........or worse. As if the battle inside weren't enough." He ran his hand through his hair "As far as I go, to you, I'm no better than a Hollow..........no, I'm worse, because the way you see it, I've descended from Shinigami and become a concious monster, am I right?" He smirked in a slightly arrogant manner, filled with antipathy "Even if you ARE right, Soul Society won't change fast enough. The council can barely swallow it's own pride and policies, admitting they're wrong would be admitting weakness to them. The King is nothing but a figurehead, hell I'm doubting he's even actually real and worse people are allowed to run rampant through the place as those without spiritual energy to become shinigami are thrown away like trash. How do you justify that? I've WORKED in the Maggot's nest, I know how everything works in Soul Society, from the rules to it's treatments. I've been from the middle, to the top and to the bottom, can YOU claim the same?" He said, this time a bit irritated at the words the man had uttered.

A powerful surge of reiatsu surrounded both men as Marco failed to keep his temper in check as he soaked up all of the words. Leader of the Soul Society or not, he could only take so much. How dare this outcast insult his home, his people! "Do not speak ill of the people you once swore to serve under!" he boomed, one of his blades out and pointed directly towards Fuma's throat in mere seconds. The Sou-taicho was no longer trying to keep peace between the two different races. In Marco's eyes, Fuma wasnt just a monster with thought process. Or at least he wasnt before. He could now see that this man was changed. In the back of his mind, he didnt want to do this, but the prideful Mexican, and the leader of an entire people was rising up in the front, and telling him to put the Vizard in his place.

"Swore or Forced, hmm? You forget it's either that or death to those possessing Spiritual Energy." Said the Vizard, re-assuming his calm disposition, allowing the man in front of him to waste as much Reiatsu as he wanted in his fury. He drew his sword in one fluid unseen motion, his skills hadn't been diminished at all it seemed. "You say Soul Society has changed, yet you view me as a lowly creature, undeserving of an individual opinion. Isn't it sad when words fall flat on their face" he said mocking the man's every word. There was something to be said about being an outcast that Akira DID like, and that was the freedom to do whatever the ******** he felt like doing at any one time. And with that freedom, there came into view quite a few revelations about his old life where everything was ruled and lorded over by others.

This is hardly worth fighting for

All of my fights are over in three hits:

Ignoring most of the words, the man began speaking again. "I view every race as equal, unlike leaders before me. You are a special case Akira Fuma. You deserve to be looked down on. Deserve to live a life as a lowly creature." his words were snarled out, not a care in the world to the hurt they could be causing. If anyone else had been around to hear these words come from Marco, they would swear they werent his, that he was being possessed by some demon. He never treated people like this. "Do not act as if you know everything about your old home, because you dont. Under my guidance, the Soul Society will become a more forgiving people! No longer will wars start over stupid things like differences! You fail to understand that...and it is sad to see what being away from us has caused."

Moving with a deliberate slowness, Marco pulled his blade back towards himself, then slashed in a downward arc in an easy motion. A wave of reiatsu, exploded from his blade, if if Fuma did not move out of the way, he would be leveled to charred little pieces. He knew that this would not be a death blow. The ex captain had too much experience for it to be. At least, Marco hoped that was true. If not stopped, the wave would continue for several hundred feet, taking out trees and rocks alike. He jumped back after that, awaiting some sort of response.

The ex-captain withdrew his sword quickly and brought a hand foward "Ryubi no Jomon" he said as a gigantic white wall, blocking the attack completely as it came for him, avoiding the forest's destruction. "My my, willing to destroy an entire forest and it's animals just to get to me? It looks to me like the one who doesn't understand his place is you, dead Sou-taicho. You're still a bit young and naive though aren't you? Stop wars? Have people understand each other?" He let down the kido-made wall "You shouldn't live in such fantasies, boy, we live in the real world. I already know you won't listem to me, so words are useless at this point.
