This is the Squad Three Intellectual Department. This is where many of Soul Society's Data on information is stored on many different subjects and individuals such as Soul Reapers, Academy Students, Hollows, Arrancar, Vaizards, Bounto, Quincy, Humans, and Even More. This area is only acceptable to the Captain of the squad and a selected and well trusted few that can be trusted now to leak information or access forbidden information that only the Head Captain and this squads captain can look at and use.
In this massive underground chamber are computers, bookshelves, and even a massive storage area that is protected by the Squad Captains Specialized Barrier of spiritual pressure. The people that work here are now allowed near that room and can't even look at Mid-Class information without the captains approval.
