to post here for the state exam your rpc must be 18 or older. if you wish to become an alchemist of the state you must post here before doing so. to join you must post an rp at least 1 paragraph long(5 sentences) of how you use your main element. if accepted change your rpc rank to alchemist.

Seto comes walking out to the open arena with his head held high. *I am so gonna pass this thing* He thought to himself. Positive think was one of his strong suites. *Here goes nothin* he thought. He pulled a pair of black gloves out of his right back pocket and slid them on to his hands. They appear to have silver transmutation circles embroidered on the palms. Seto claps his hands together and presses them to the ground shoulder width apart and starts to stand up. As he is rising, two Katana rise out of the ground with him. As soon as they are completely formed he grabs one in each hand and starts to swing them around as if practicing. as soon as he gets done with the sword display he takes them over to the judge to examine. "The should be almost perfect to the original structure." He informed the judge. "Thank you all for your time." He spins on his heal and exits the arena.

Dogs of the Military Kairu General Kairu the Flame of the Military  Kairu entered the building not wasting any time starting his left hand on his right side he swiped is index and middle finger to the front of him, as his hand moved a flame circled around his body taking the form of a dragon with its mouth opened. Kairu left it to stand there as he flipped back wards in mid air and while he was upside down he created a bird made of fire behind the dragon. Kairu then ran through the flames pulling his katana out as he did so the katana was covered in flames Kairu swung the blade and the flames dispersed and Kairu sheathed the blade. As Kairu walked up to the Examiner he extended his fingers forward the dragging them in a circle as he put his palm towards the celling a butterfly fluttering its wings made of fire sat upon his palm, the fire was not stronger but it would display the control he had over his element. "Was that good enough or should I do more, I have plenty more tricks." As he said this the butterfly disappeared and Kairu stood there awaiting an answer from the examiner. ((sorry for the short RP Sample im trying to work on my RP post layout for my RPC))

 "Burn baby!" "Don't look so gloomy."Joshua Ambrose Christopher King Blowing excess air out of his mouth from a deep inhalation, the brunette stretched and folded his arms behind his head, glad for the relaxing atmosphere. A soft breeze pricked his skin every now and then, and blew the pure white clouds across the clear sky. The man awaited his turn in front of the spectators, and marveled at the flame alchemist who went before him, as well as the earth based techniques that was shown first. Unshaken by the pressure and competition, the cocky beach boy shook out his limbs and let out a sigh.
"Bring it on," Josh muttered to himself, a grin forming. Silver flame-based cyclones, meteors of sparks, and small showers of his element of choice were really not a problem. It was focusing on a target where the conditions were extreme that threw him off. Luckily, the terrain where the alchemist stood had some form of aid to whatever performance he decided to create.
Stepping forward as the man before him passed and left, Joshua grinned at his spectators. He was wearing a fairly form fitting white muscle shirt with straight legged, dark wash jeans and black shoes. His tattoos were showing as per usual, and he was confident he was going to do well enough for at least consideration. Slipping on his transmutation gloves, the brunette tied up his hair and began to make a fire transmutation circle on the ground, planning his actions carefully. Stepping back four steps, mindful of his distance, the tanned man slowly brought his right hand up.
Snapping his finger, the cloth reacted quickly with the circle on the ground as well, sending a cyclone of flames straight into the sky with small white fire figures swirling and moving around with the current of the wind. At the top of the cyclone, the fire flamed out into several small phoenixes and finally a larger one. Dimming down, the cyclone crawled along the ground before dispersing into thin, light gray smoke. The wind blew by once again, pricking the hairs on his arms, and finishing the lasting smoke and transmutation circle. Nerves were starting to get the best of him, but Josh refused to show it. The fire grew at least six inches from where it was to be contained, but most evidence of him losing control was taken away by the wind. "Done," his thoughts were coated with satisfaction, as he drew away from the center of attention, awaiting his verdict."Imperfection is what makes it so beautiful.""You know, you could try to help while you're here..."

Jas entered the building looking around with his usual expressionless look, he gave a sigh ,looking completely uninterested, and he lightly tapped the the top of his right hand. then slowly moving his hand forward ice particals began to gather eventually taking the form of an ice blade. a smirk crossed his lips as he waved the blade gracefully in a circle, the ice began to brake off into smaller shards sending off in all different directions. and as soon as the blade was nothing more and the shards of ice were in the wall, he did the same motion except this time instead of a blade it was just a normal piece of ice and with that he threw it up in the air. using the same motion but quicker this time another blade formed. jumping up in the air he spun his blade around cutting the ice in half. then throwing the blade into the ground, he went into an air borne summer salt, landing in a kneeling position. he caught the tow pieces of falling ice. smirking he stood up, dropping both pieces and left the building s small smirk crossing his lips.
(ugh sorry if the quality isn't that great at the moment my comp is freaking out to day)

Aneri enters the examination room and nerviously looks around then sighs and closes her eyes. She stands there for a minute seeming to be spacing out but then kneels down to touch the ground. She inhails then exhails and there's a huge amount of alchemical light as the temperature in the room begins to drop. She stands again and as she does a layer of ice begins forming under her feet. The layer becomes layers on layers which extend upward forming a wall of solid ice with Aneri standing expressionless at the top. She then bends over to touch the ice and as she rises an ice spear follows her hand from the ice. She grips the spear and holds it over her shoulder and stares at the wall she has made. "...Better clean this up...,"she whispers and kneels down again to touch the ice. There's more light and she stands once again then jumps off the top of the wall and lands feet first on the floor below as her ice wall evaporates behind her.
(I know I said lance as a weapon but I got the 2 mixed up. Sorry bout that.)

walks in with a blank gaze on his face. looks at the area with no thought on his mind. As he pulls his rifle out..the side of the rifle lights up with a bright blue glow and as he fires into the area..The gun fires flame bullets that explodes on contact with the target..then he transmutes his fire sword and slash with a massive surge of fire into the bullets with causes a massive explosion in the area. AS the flame sets there is no physical damage to the area. He sits on the ground thinking about nothing like always..

sarah walked into the room her face full of nothingness the judges announced"time to begin!" sarah looked up "yes" she leaned over slowly touching the ground as she did a crack apeared and flames shot out as this happened somthing afire rose from the ground as birds aflame soared around it it formed into a scythe as it arose she grabbed it andwith a single swipe the hole was pulled back together. the blade glew a bright red and chunks of the ground flew up and she sliced them just with a touch of her blade
