RP log between Pink Myth's Kana and nessiaings Hinekiri
Light purple eyes fluttered open slowly from a nice long sleep. She yawned loudly as she stretched her little limbs trying to wake them from their slumber. Once on her feet with no fear of falling over from ler legs not being awake the little lioness stepped out from her dune den and into the sun.
She let out a loud pleased sigh as she closed her eyes letting the warmth replinish her body. She opened her eyes as she grew excited today was the day she would be meeting her little sister for the first time. she let out a loud squeal before bounding off to sneak a look at her handsom man. she smiled and sighed heavily seeing him all curled up alone in his den. She thought about going to see him before to tell him she wouldn't see him today but giggled softly turning quickly before she woke him.
The little princess at least in her adopted mothers eyes was bounding off back to her den where she began pulling on her different things her anklets that made lots of noise and her necklaces and headgear. She looked stunning. She then left her little dean as she began to prance to the place her mother had told her to meet her. It was in a small den a bit of way from the pride but still with in it. She came to the den sniffing around curiously. Yup that was Momma's scent alright odly though she wasn't there. Kana tilted her head before moving into the den she could hear the little one inside atleast maybe Momma just needed to g get food or something of that manor. She moved closer inside before she stopped looking at the cub. "MOMMA!?! WHAT HAPPPANED WHY ARE YOU A CUB!!!" She squealed out in a loud whisper not wanting to wake up anymore cubs that had been in there.
The tiny blue cub had been in a peaceful slumber, her and her mother had traveled a fair distance from her father's home to her. She was very proud that she had made the journey, though of course her mother helped her out most of the way. Hinekiri loved her mother a great deal, and was very proud that she was the only one that had come home with her, it was a great honor in the eyes of the little cub.
The little cub stirred when she heard another entering the den, she had originally hoped it was her mother bringing some breakfast, but upon opening her brilliant orange eyes, was surprised to see a gray lioness standing before her. The lioness was older than her by quite a bit, but still not an adult like mom was. She purred inquisitively at the other.
When the other one asked her question Hinekiri found herself looking around trying to distinguish who she was talking to. As far as Hinekiri could see though she was the only one awake, and the lioness she was looking right at her. The poor little cub was so confused, who was this gray female before her and what was this nonsense she was asking.
Kana frowned as she laid down infront of the little cub watching her closely. "Hmm you don't quite smell like Momma...She smells more of the sun and desert where you...your more rain and wood." She said before giggling softly.
"I see now! Your her! You my little sister.' She said giggling as she rested her head down between her paws as her nose touched the little cubs nose.
"Hi there...I'm sorry I mistook you for Momma. You look so much like our pretty momma." She said sweetly smiling before looking around getting a little nervous. "I don't think Momma suppose to be gone this long but not to fear I'm here!" She said proudly before she pulled a cloth from her back letting it fall onto her little sister.
"Hee there now what do you think I think white is a pretty color on you." She giggle watching the silk cloth rest ontop of the little one. "Okay then big sister duty starts now!" she said proudly as she moved a little closer placing her larger forearms on either side of the cub to let her know she was safe.
Hinekiri listened to the old lioness talk, trying to follow everything she said. When she laid down and put her nose to Hinekiri a little giggle escaped the cubs mouth, she liked this female, she had a great energy and was all around a great deal of fun.
"I do look like Momma." Hinekiri announced proudly. She was VERY proud to look so much like her mother, others were often amazed by the similarities between the two, and the little cub couldn't be happier about it. She thought her mother was one of the most beautiful creatures ever.
"Momma will come back she always does." Hinekiri said softly, she understood her mother and to do things to keep them alive, and Hinekiri did her best to behave herself while her Momma was gone, staying where she was told and keepign quite. One day though she hoped she would be able to follow her Momma and do whatever Momma did.
"Big sister?" Hinekiri asked in a small voice. As far as teh little cub knew all her siblings were the same age, and this lioness didn't look anything like her other siblings. She had remembered her mother talking about two other siblings, but she hadn't been listening to carefully then.
Kana smiled softly nodding as she began to groom the little cubs. "that's right I'm your big sister you have a big brother too but he won't be around much." She said softly as if a little upset about her brother leaving but she never admitted it to him.
"I'm going to really miss him." She said with a pout before smiling a little atching the little cub. "Oh well I have you Momma and Tele." she siad as she blushed thinking of her handsome male.
"Anyways. Tell me little sister how many babies did Momma have? There you and I'm sure others right? My brother had said there where more but heh...I wasn't really listing Tele walked past and I kinda just zoned out watching him." She said giggling before shaking her head clear of her Tele no must not get distracted now she though.
Hinekiri smiled listening to the other one talk, right there was the boy that was there when she was born that was her brother, and this one was her sister, it all made sense now. Hinekiri could only vaguely remember the purple male that had been there when she was born.
The little one was happy that she was mentioned in the others that her sister had. It made her feel important, her sister was someone else she would know well that her siblings wouldn't, and evil laugh echoed inside the little ones head. She liked feelign superior. She made a mental note while her sister talked to find out who on earth Tele was.
When she was asked how many others there was Hinekiri froze and tried to think, "There is six of us all together. Four girls, and two boys, I am right in the middle." she said with an heir of pride in her voice.
"I am the only one that REALLY looks like Momma though." She told her sister. "Everyone else has lots of purple, and no one has as much as Momma's pretty light blue like me." she smiled proudly.
"Is that so?" She said giggling seeing the little spitfire female made her think of her mother. She was always proud and never took back what she said. She sighed heavily. "You know what little sister...I kinda wish Momma was the queen she would be better at it then the stupid old grumpy man and that white female that always so depressed." She huffed softly as she nuzzeled the little one.
"Anyways I'm sure momma loves you most cause you can be her little copy cat." She said laughing softly. 'I think that why she liked our brother so much he was a bit of her shadow there for awhile always following her learning from her." she told the little one as she moaved to lay out on her side get more comfortable.
"I hope Momma dosen't get in trouble for what she did...Letting all the babies she had stay with the daddy...I hope the pride dosen't get seen as a good idea for a raid I think that would break Momma's heart having to go in on her own cubs." She said her mind starting to wander dangerously.
Hinekiri frowned not liking the thought that her Momma had had another favourite. "I will be just like Momma" she said strongly not wanting to get upset, she always wanted to be happy. Momma liked happiness, and Hinekiri never wanted to do something that Momma didn't like.
"What does it matter that she left the other ones at the other place?" Hinekiri asked shaking her head slightly, "She brought the BEST one back... ME" she said with a giggle. She looked into her sister's eyes almost daring her to challange her.
"Momma is a good speaker she wont get into any trouble." Hinekiri said without a doubt in her mind, she couldn't understand why the leaders would care at all. Thinking of the leaders got the little cubs mind going, "Why is the white lioness depressed and the king old and grumpy? Who is Tele? Where is our brother going? Whats your name?" the questions poured out of the little cubs mouth quickly, they were all the questions she had saved up during there encounter and now she didn't want to wait any longer to find out the answers.
Kana stared at the little lioness a moment before giggling nodding softly. "Slow down slow down." She said with a smile. "Okay now lets see Why is the white lioness depressed? Well becuase she'sa meant ol bat you see ran away from her family and the male that loved her only to find the old grumpy male and be told all sorts of lives and foolishness. So the white lioness did something...did something to make herself heart I think...atleast that what it looks like tome." She said shruging a little.
"The grumpy male always tells her what to do and stuff to he tells us all what to do...I don't like it." She admitted softly frowning. "Anyways...Tele's." She said giggling softly her mood instantly changing. "Tele's is my Tele's. He's handsom strong and has a white coat with these black markings on his back and rear." She said giggling thinking of his backside. She never would admit to Tele's but his markings is what attracted her to him.
"He's...well...he is...Mmm...well...I don't know what the word is really." She said giggling and blushing as she rested her head beside the cub. 'I really like him though." She said honestly.
Hinekiri nodded listening to what her sister was telling her. The depressed lioness, was depressed because of her own doings, that was simple enough. Hinekiri moved on in her thoughts not wanting to rest on something that was said and not fixable.
The grumpy man was in charge, and bossy. This was unfortunate, Hinekiri didn't like grumpy or bossy others, this could be a problem for her but she would have to work on that if she was going to live her. And of course she was going to live here, this was where her Momma was, and Hinekiri would go where ever Momma went no matter what.
Tele was her sister's.... her sister's something. She wasn't sure what that something was but she could tell that her sister cared about about the male quite a bit. It made Hinekiri smile when her sister giggled while talking about Tele's backside.
Hinekiri sat listening to everything, waiting to hear the answer to the last few questions she had asked. She was a little embarrassed about her rapid fire questioning of her sister, but well Hinekiri knew even now at her young age that patients wasn't something she really possessed.
she smiled softly as she nuzzeled the little one. "Ahh I feel better now that I've told you pretty much everything about me." She said as she stood looking around curiously as her ears flickered before smiling.
"I think I hear Momma!" She said as she licked the cubs cheek before going to the den entrance. She looked out smiling her tail flicked behind her a few times. "Hello Momma!" She yelled out seeing the blue lioness walking closer to the den smirking seeing her daughter.
"Momma momma! Guess what little momma is so cute and cuddly I told her everything there is to know about me and I think she likes me!" She said proudly as Mizu chuckled softly.
"Kana you little sneak I thought I was suppose to come get you." Mizu said smiling at her before rolling her eyes. "Though thank you i was worried about leaving Hinekiri to long." She said looking into the Den. She smiled proudly seeing the litlte light blue bundle.
"Ahh my girls." She said her heart filling with warmth as she moved in with Kana to greet the little cub.
