This is Third Squad Captains Office. The Captain can be found here doing may different things from filing paper work for the the squad if he is not out on a mission or at meetings. Other than that, you can find him around in other squads or areas if he is not in his office.
The Captains office is a bit smaller compared to the Head Captains Office. It has a large desk and a office chair similar but smaller than a captains office chair. The Room itself has a window behind the chair and desk. On the walls are Poetry form the Edo Era of Japan and many Japanese ink paintings. Near the office door is a small palm tree that. In the middle of the room is a low table with six cushions around it, where the Captain eats and serves others.
There is a sliding door that leads to a small room where the Captain sleeps or rest during the day if he or she has time . If the Captain is Resting please knock loud to wake him

His spiritual pressure suppressed to that of a lower seat , Diesel stepped through the door to the 3rd Squad's Captain's office with a distracted air and his fingers drumming a rhythm on the bottle at his side I'm curious that Ryuta didn't tell me he'd gotten a captian for this squad. We'll have to have...words later. he wandered the office then sat, arms crossed as he waited for the captian to appear but quickly got tired of waiting How annoying. I'll go find Ryuta. That little punk is always fun to be around...

Eizo appears in his office with a new change of clothing on. He than moves behidn his desk and begins to fill out paper work and other squad 3 documents that need to be done. "I wounder..." he asked himself a she looked at the key Head Captain gave him and than the book that contained an amazing amount of information that was on the left corner of his desk. "Why of all people did i have to be chosen for this..?" he asked himself as he than just sighed and continued to do work on his documents and paper work, while squad members ran about the build working, cleaning, and other important matters around the third division area.

Eizo was working as he could feel that there was something not right int eh world of the living, but he also felt that other captains have gone to handle it. "I should take this chance to gather data..." he said as he stood from his desk and quickly flash stepped to the Central Intelligence and Data Room to contact the captains to and make a request form them.

Eizo walked into his office and began to read through the book the head captain gave him. "I see so that's the reason for his powerful spiritual energy." he said as he began read on about the other current captains with there status and powers. "I must not underestimate the squad 12 captain if I'm to request things from him..." Eizo said with a sigh as he than stood up and began to walk over to a bookshelf that held the history of Soul Society on it and began to read. "I see, so the books have been edited to seal the truth from the people..." Eizo said as he than throw the book he was reading in the waste basket and looked at the key tot he Grand Library around his neck. "I must find out the truth, even if that means breaking my promise..." he said to himself as he knew the other captains would be busy and not notice him missing for a bit.

Eizo stopped and looked at himself in a mirror that was hanging on the wall and punched it. Breaking the glass mirror and making his hand bled. "No, I have orders and I must follow them..." Eizo said a she relaxed and regained his composure and than looked at his bleeding hand for a few moments before he grabbed a cloth to put if on the cut on his hand. "My I need to find better ways to calm myself..." he sighed as he was about to walking out, but his secretary walked in with a first aid kit and had a worried expression on her face. "Sorry, you saw that didn't you?" he asked her and she nodded yes before she walked over to him and began to treat his hand, putting antibiotic on the wounds and wrapping it in bandages. "Thank you, I must goo now..." Eizo said as he than walked out of his office to find the Head Captain.
