 "Hey, pal! Wait a sec!" Soleil called out, a determined look on his face as he galloped after a far off hare. He'd given the little thing a head start in their little race just a moment ago, wanting to get rid of the pent up energy he had that late afternoon. "Oh, come on. Not fair..." Letting out a huff as he lost sight of the creature in the brush, he started to slow down to a trot, grumbling softly under his breath. Nature made them too damn fast. 'That little bas-.. Oh?' His ears perked up at the sound of something nearby, a grin slowly coming over his face as he spotted his little 'rival'. Just a patch of his fur moving through the tall grass, that is. Brows turning downward to give a determined look once more, Sol' gave a snort. He'd find that little guy and finally have that race he‘d been wanting!
"Hm.. Hm, hm, hm~" Soleil chuckled as he started to push his way through the grass, lowering his head into it to get a better look for the small hare. 'Where, oh where, has that little hare gone?..' The strands of foliage getting stuck in his curled mane and tail mattered not to the hunting stallion as he slowly looked about.

 Estrello resting in the edge of the woods sheltered by the trees sniffed enjoying the smells of spring starting to bloom. She then caught a whiff of a rabbit, she then craned her neck around and saw a blue stallion slowly making his way in the grass. She snorted at the thought of why. Then she saw a hare and motioned at the little thing.

Letting out a soft huff in growing annoyance with his search, the stallion raised his head up from the grass. "Where on earth did it go-... Oh?" Blinking his blue eyes in surprise at the sight of what looked to be another Soquili, Soleil simply stared at the mare for a moment. How interesting and.. and pretty she was! Those accessories certainly suited that darker pelt of hers. 'They make her look at one with the woods around here.' He thought, then snapping out of his short moment of thinking when he saw her motion at something.
Could it be the hare? With a devilish smile crossing over his lips, Sol' made his way through the brush, towards the hiding animal. "Aha!" He cried out, taking a few steps forward before leaping at the hare. Nearly scared out of it's skin, the little creature darted through the grass and off into the woods. "A-.. Oh." Sol' flicked his ears back in mild disappointment before looking over at the nearby mare and putting on a polite smile. "Hello there."

Estrello fought back a laugh " lose something?' giving him a devious smirk.
She looked over him thinking how blue he was, but cheerful, what an odd combination!

"Well.. I do believe I did. Seems I've found somethin' else, though! Rather.. someone else." Soleil replied with a grin coming on to rid him of his previous smile, amused at the comment she'd made. "Who would it be that I have the pleasure of meeting this 'noon?" He asked, giving a slight motion of his head towards her. Then, taking the moment to properly see what this new mare looked like, Sol' let his eyes take in her appearance. 'How interesting!' He thought to himself as he looked her over, observing the set of horns atop her head, the tassel at her neck, and her leonine tail. The way those feathers of her's popped out against her coloring was what caught his eye the most, though, especially the two tucked behind her ear.
It gave her a sort of wild and dangerous look! How neat~
"My name is Soleil. Feel free to call me Sol', though." All of his family called him by that nickname, so why not let everyone else do it too?
