spirit-kun definitely. Not just because as shinigami himself has said: "You are the only one who can actually call yourself 'Death Scythe'.", but also because he just looks so epic! I love soul's scythe form, but spirit's is so much more intimidating and beautiful in my opinion ^^

if i had to chose i would pick marie chan because as you can see in this anime girls are more suopioir then the boys (ex: maka chop)
