i want o to make this thing as big as possible but at the same to i dont want to have empty sub-forums.

You should have a list of people corresponding to time zones. That way, everyone knows at what time they can talk to each other. Just a suggestion.

Could we have a sub-forum specifically for all the "People (such and such) invited" threads? I think there's getting to be enough threads to where it'd be logical to have a sub-forum for them. That's my opinion though.

i think it's a good idea, but i may have to rearrage the sub forums slightly.... like in this order:
~✿~ The Charity ~✿~
~♦~ Questing Forums ~♦~
~☆~ Gifting Forums ~☆~
The Market Place
Competitions
[Word] games & Fun stuff
Chit Chat
Role Play (turn this into the invite thread thing as no one uses it)
Gaia Tips & Tricks
TekTek Corner
► Guild Polls ◄
Guild Suggestions (Q & A's)
Levelling System
Crew Only forums
Archives
coz other wise the forums are just going to be all over the place, but i may need help to do it?

Onacafeenhigh What would you need help with? I am down. I like the idea. basiclly we lock up two threads at a time (as crew only) and move everything between the two etc (i'ma number them so we know which goes where before we start XD
