There has been a call for volunteers from several of the arger houses in Menzoberranzan. On the noerthern edge, several scouting parties have failed to return. Further research has revealed the cause to be not large parties of gnomes as was originally thought but rather paladins and clerics of a yet unknown deity. The volunteers are to be sent to find out why these people are in the Underdark, get more information about how they operate, and engage them if need be.
