Intro: When you start roleplaying as a new player (not a transfer from NFS1), you begin posting here in the Ninja academy. This allows us to see how well you are at role playing, and to get you used to counting your posts towards training.
The academy is not one place, rather it's many places and your character is in one. When you post at the top of your post please place a village name in parentheses before the rest of your roleplaying. This will let players know "which" ninja academy your in as every country has their own.
Required Training: You must post out a minimum of 20 posts, or in other words 100 lines. You may spend these on stats however you like (however it is recomended that your get your intelligence high enough to earn "at least" a basic Jutsu or two. Remember you unlock a basic Jutsu every 5 Intelligence.)
Rewards: Once you graduate the Academy you gain a few items depending on the "type" of ninja you want to be. These are the very generalized and most common of ninja types, your free to customize your character with more gear and stats as you earn the resources to do so later. You may pick from:
---Combat Nin--- Kunai, Shuriken, Smoke Bomb, Soilder Pills
---Medic Nin--- Kunai, Med Kit, Shuriken, Smoke Bomb
---Sensory Nin--- Kunai, Shuriken, Smoke Bomb, Tracking Tags
Example Post:
Quote: (Fire Country Academy)
Role-playing text goes here, something about you training, doing tests, or just studying, whatever works. We just need to see how literate you are so we know how to help. Etc... Remember a post is 4 lines, so 20 posts is not necessarily 20 separate posts, 1 post with 80 lines would be the equivalent of 5 posts with 16 lines each. You simply must have a minimum of 4 lines per "rp post" you submit, to avoid 1 liners.

Hidden in Sand Hatsuma rested her head on her arms laying the other two across her chest as she lay under the sun in the sands at the outskirts of the village. She had been refining her ability to scale things bare handed and without the use of constant chakra control via the webs she could create so well through her body. The sun beat down gently upon her, though to someone not native to the lands it would certainly be an overbearing amount of heat; as usual nary a cloud passed over the orb like furnace in the sky. Hatsuma had drifted off after some time. The sun having lulled her to sleep seemed to bring with it some strange visions. Not strange to Hatsuma of course as she had them often for as long as she could remember. Visions of a past life or perhaps future events in her own. regardless they always felt relevant to her in some way. Hatsuma found meaning behind everything and her dreams were no exception. "Certainly you can't think this a good idea, we haven't thoroughly planned this mission out and it seems rather irrelevant to be out this far besides..." Hatsumas voice echoed out in the dreamy forest the greeted her sleeping sight. "Of course we've got to be here, all part of the plan, it'll be fine trust me." a silhouetted figure chimed out in response. "The time is almost near for our mission to finally reach it's end." the shadow person finished looking to Hatsuma to see her reaction to the words spoken. "This just doesn't seem to be beneficial to our goals that's all..." Hatsuma exclaimed bringing a hand to rub at her temple. A rustle in the trees caught her attention as her eyes darted to the treetops. "I think we were follo-..." a sharp pain seemed to reach into her chest from behind. Glancing back she saw a toothy grin on the silhouetted form as the dagger was pulled free and held in it's hand. the dagger seeming to be the support for Hatsuma now free allowed her to fall to her knees. "Oh I know we were followed, after all, we completed our mission... farewell..." the silhouetted figure and it's unnatural grin began to fade to black, to white, then to red as Hatsuma slowly opened her eyes to the sunlight. Sitting up she brought a hand to her face and rubbed at the drowsiness that accompanied naps. After a moment she got to her feet and approached the wall of sunagakure and began to easily scale it as if she were a six legged gecko. Swiftly she was over the wall and on the ground of the other side. Hatsuma proceeded to walk along the streets ignoring the less frequent but still apparent gaze of villagers who seemed to still feel uncomfortable of Hatsuma's appearance and nature.

Hidden in Sand Oasis wandered about the streets of Sunagakure for awhile, it wasn't time to go into the academy just yet, it was a nice day, she wasn't completely sure maybe she was supposed to be in the academy now. She tipped her head to the side some as she noticed someone she hadn't seen before, or maybe she had. She wasn't completely sure though she was sure she would remember seeing four arms, so she probably just hadn't noticed her before. After awhile she took note of the people watching the strange four armed girl, which made her more interesting to Oasis. She got moving along a little bit faster and made her way over to this unfamiliar stranger. "Hey there!" she calls out energetically waving a hand high in the air hoping she would respond. Several people turned and noticed Oasis, not many people around here knew Oasis like they did back at her home at least. Though with the blue markings she had on her arms and legs it was hard to not be noticed, and likely remembered. "Are you going to the academy?!" she questions in the same boisterous voice as she closed the distance between the two of them with more of a skip than a run.

Hidden in Sand It was a bright morning like it always was in sunagakure, but Fuyu had no idea about that. It was always difficult in the mornings to figure out where everything was for him. His eyes opened widely, revealing completely bloodshot eyes. Like normal he couldn't see a thing, but that never stopped him. While still laying down, he reached out and felt his bed and the table beside it. There was always only two things on it; His cloth which covered his eyes, and a glass of water in which was on the far side of the table. His clothing were always in a certian place to help him remembering where it was. He grabbed the cloth in which covered his eyes and wrapped around his head. THen he sat up and put on his normal gear. They were a loose set of white pants in which some precision holes helped cool his legs. His shirt was white undershirt with a white long sleaved shirt with the same type of holes in his shirt that was in his pants. The only reason that everything was white was to make sure that he would stay cool in the normal heat in the village. As he stood up, Fuyu shook his head so that his long light blue would cover his face mostly. Now from his house, Fuyu had memorized his route out the door and once out the door his ears did the rest of the work. He continued down one of the main streets, in which his ears made sure that he didn't run into anything. He'd been training his ears for a long time and could hear two female ahead of him. They seemed to be just meeting, so he thought he'd not interfear. There was a problem how ever... he didn't know where the accademy was... He continued to head for them and woundered if they'd think he was rude. "Um... excuse me ladies... anyone know where the academy lays? I should know this by now but I've kinda lost my way...."

Hidden in Sand Not often did people approach Hatsuma to speak with her. she turned and looked to the rather flamboyant girl who questioned her. Hatsuma raised a finger prepared to answer before the other stranger approached, a young man, clearly older then the two. Sighing she decided to answer the both of them at once. "if you are looking for the academy you may follow me, I'm headed there right now..." She stated bluntly before continuing down the street towards the academy. if they were students they should at least have a vague idea of the village's layout and the location of the academy, but then again not everyone seemed to be as studious about their training as Hatsuma. Regardless of whether or not they followed it was of little concern to Hatsuma since her days in the village were spent in training of some sort, whether it be in the academy or along the streets and outskirts of the village, there was little more to Hatsuma's day then that.

Hidden in Sand Oasis grinned from ear to ear, only her second day here in Sunagakure and she had two new friends, whether they knew it or not. She nodded her head and then took a better look at the two of them, the guy who approached them, he was sure big for an academy student then it hit her, he had NO EYES "...WOAH!" she states suddenly as she turned around and looked at the tall academy student "...You have no eyes?" she states cocking her head off to the side and pointing up at his face, it made sense to Oasis at least. Whenever she saw someone wearing an eye patch it was because they had lost their eye in some fashion, so it went without saying that if someone was wearing an 'eye patch' that covered both eyes that it meant they had neither eye. "Sooo, does that mean you have like superhuman senses? you can like smell a ninja coming from a mile away and other super-ninja'y stuff?" she questions as she followed Hatsume to the academy, her attention was a fair bit short as she looked over to Hatsuma. "...Hnnn, ya know I bet those come in handy alot huh?" she states making perhaps a not overly obvious, but all together lame pun. "So... like where are the two of you from yea?" she questions adding yet another statement to a string of odd topics, perhaps this one made the most sense however.

Hidden in Sand Fuyu turned his head to the sound of Hatsuma's voice while she spoke. She answered his point quite well, and noticed her walking away. He bowed slightly in thanks and follower her, then another voice chimed in. This voice was loud at first but then leveled out, into a question. He turned his head to her and listened to all her questions before answering. "No... I do have eyes, But I'm blind for the most part... Birth defect... As for superhuman senses? my hearing is better then most... and I can normally feel my way around. If need be, I can see... but it puts a lot of strain on my eyes in which after I stop I loose the funtion of my eyes for a while, depending on the length I was using my eyes for..." He sighed and lifted his cloth just enough to show his completely bloodshot eyes which looked in Oasis's direction, but not directly at her. Then he placed his cloth back over his eyes knowing how much it made normal people uncomfortable. He continued to follow the quieter female while finally answering the other girls question. "And as of where I'm from, last thing I remember was living here... but I haven't been outside all that much due to my.... condition."

Hidden in Sand "Desert nomads..." Hatsuma stated simply, not bothering to look back and instead focused on the direction she was going. listening to the two converse about the man's eye's, it reminded her of formalities that should have been in order when they met. "My name is Hatsuma Kidomaru..." she stated not bother to ask the others knowing their names would surely follow shortly. she continued walking onward the large academy building was visible now to those who could see. The building was massive and a earthen brown like many of the other buildings; the dome like shape added with the windows and holes in it made it seem like an insects massive lair.

Hidden in Sand Oasis nodded slowly as she thought about it before it fully hit her what he was saying she blinked at his eyes and then shook her head "Woah... that sounds rough, so like, seeing hurts? or is it like light?" she questions as she walked backwards still following Hatsuma. She paused and entered a strong backflip landing infront of Hatsuma she wobbled from side to side before regaining balance "Neat, so your arms are bloodline yea?" she states with a wide grin "Oh oh, names Oasis!" she chimes energetically thrusting a hand out to shake hands with her newly named comrade. She rocked from side to side some looking past Hatsuma to see if the blind guy was still headed in the right direction, she paused and sniffed the air a little bit, maybe there was some water training in the academy, she didn't know how much water it was but she could feel water nearby.

Hidden in Sand He continued to listen to everyone conversation, The more serious one being raised by Desert Nomads. It was something that he couldn't fathom, so he had no comments to make. It was when she stated her name that he forgot how rude he was being even though he wasn't trying to be. Then the more bubbly girl stated her name while asking a few more questions to both him and Hatsuma. "Well..." He paused for a moment, still following everyone. "I'm currently not using my sight, just the refractions of any sounds to guide my way with both of you. When I do use my sight, it hurts alot since a lot of pressure is placed on the optical nerves due to the focused chakra there. Light doesn't bother me, the reason for this cloth is to not up-set most people. They get really upset when I don't wear it, and I can see through it but only from this side... it's interesting." He was rambling off for some reason... not like he had any friends... Fuyu shook his head and bowed his head while still following everyone. "I'm sorry, forgot to introduce myself... I'm Fuyu Masato." He felt the earth change under his feet and figured that they were at the accademy. "And thank you for helping... It would have taken much longer if I didn't hear you two talking about the accademy..." He bowed in thanks again.

Hidden in Sand "Yes they are..." Hatsuma respond glancing at the other two as they entered the large building. "Good luck to you two on your assessments today by the way, I plan to clear them and become an official shinobi today." She explained unsure if the two even realized it was assessment day or not. The boy seem like he might have the aptitude to know but the hyper girl didn't seem to be shinobi material, though Hatsuma could be mistaken. Giving a courteous bow she turned away from the two and made her way towards the assessment room she was assigned the week prior to this. After a few moments she found the properly marked door and stepped in ignoring the looks from the students who hadn't been in classes with her. Hatsuma quickly proceeded to her assigned chair that was between two empty seats beside her. She was surprised that she was one of the last students to be entering the room, the nap coupled with the two strangers seemed to have thrown her off her schedule.

Hidden in Sand Oasis nodded energetically "I will pass this time for sure!" she states loudly as she pumped a fist into the air. She paused for a moment and looked around, thats right she needed to get to the assessment to take the assessment. This time she wouldn't fail for not being there for certain. "Oi... Fuyu you aren't gonna have trouble findin the right room are yea?" she questions before losing interest and taking off. Oasis took off down the hallway and headed for her appointed room, she was showing up close to last but she didn't miss it this time at least. "HAHA! I'm here on time this time!" she shouts triumphantly as she stepped through the threshold into the class room. Several students turned and looked at her only to shake their heads, "She must have failed last time by sleeping in huh." one of the boys states to another at his side with a light chuckle. After giving some stink eye to a few chosen people Oasis found her seat and dropped into it and looked around to see who was at her shoulders, and lo an behold her new friend Hatsuma was there. "Wow what luck!" she states with a grin as she leaned kicked back and leaned her chair onto two legs. There was still one seat that remained empty however. "Hnn, hehe someone is later then me for once." she states pointing over at the seat and grinning broadly.

Hidden in Sand As Hatsuma said good luck, Fuyu bowed to her not knowing that she was bowing ether. "Thanks, and good luck to you too." His head turned towards Oasis as she started speaking and asked him a question on whether he was going to make it or not. "I'll be fine... but thanks" He replied as he heard her leaving. She was an energetic one, that's for sure. He walked down the hall, moving his head from left to right and looking at each door. This wasn't helping... With that, Fuyu focused his chakra into his eyes and after a few seconds, he could see fine. It'd been a while so distant things were fussy but he was fine none the less. He continued to walk down the hall until he found the room in which he was assinged to. He opened the door, and moved his head around looking at everyone there. It looked like he was the last one, but teaching shinobi there yet. He knew that this was a bad thing to be but none the less made his way up the stairs. He could hear murmering around the room as he walked up the steps to the back of the room. One of the kids stuck his foot out, hearing rumors that Fuyu was blind. These were true, but not at this moment. When close enough, he perposely stepped on the kids foot and put all of his weight on it, then as he walked past could hear something else from that same kid so he smacked him lightly in the back of the head to shut him up. Fuyu shook his head afterwards as he made his way to his seat, ignoring every other word and letting his eyes rest but releasing the chakra from it as he sat in the seat. His eyes were stinging quite a bit now but his face showed no pain as he was use to this type.

Hidden in Sand Hatsuma looked towards the door as the recently heard but easily remembered voice echoed throughout the room, the girl Oasis seated herself in one of the empty seats next to her. Fuyu entered after clearly standing apart in height and age from the majority of the other students who were here. "quite a turn of events that we would be in the same assessment chamber." Hatsuma stated to the both of them as Fuyu had taken his seat next to Hatsuma and Oasis. Hatsuma's attention went to a door opposite the one they entered at, it opened and the man who was likely their proctor stepped in. the man looked to be in his 30s a scar reached from his brow to his jawline across his gray left eye; the other eye was covered under a black eye patch that matched the chuunin attire he wore. All in all the man seemed serious and rather dull. "today we will be going through some tests that will determine whether you are suitable to be a sand shinobi and what field you will likely specialize in." The mans voice was rough and gravely, he paused momentarily to eye around the room before continuing. "unlike many academies we will not have any written portion but rather an extended practical portion as we believe that actions are more effective then anything you could copy over from scrolls and text books..." he glanced around again before his eye rested on Oasis. "you seem energetic you'll be up first, stand and present yourself accordingly." he finished and awaited Oasis actions to move into the large circular part of the room that was clearly large enough to proceed in a practical examination.

Hidden in Sand Oasis watched around the room in a bored fashion for a bit before the door opened again, and her new 'blind' friend entered the room. "Booyah not last!" Oasis called out as she looked back at Fuyu and grinned even though that expression would be lost to him and she was even more pleased once he finally sat down beside them. She turned and watched as the proctor entered the room she sat forward and propped her elbows against the desk. A long smirk spread over her features as she listened to him go on about what the test today was going to entail, though about partway through she got lost and bored. She blinked again when he made it clear he was talking to her. Oasis popped up out of her chair and planted a foot on the desk "Ooohyea!" she shouts with a big grin on her face "Oasis had got what it takes!" she states before tripping on her next step and essentially running down the length of desks and seats to stand in the area near the proctor. "...eheh... Yea, so like... what am I supposed to do then?" she questions curiously. The proctor groaned and rubbed his forehead for a moment "You didn't pay attention to a word I said did you?" he states in his thick gravely tone, Oasis responded with a resounding 'yup' and a nod. He sighed at least the girl was honest, though that wasn't exactly a very ninja way to behave. "Right, like I said at the beginning, this is a practical test... If you have gotten here you must have learned enough from your classes to have some sort of skills, just give an example of your practical skill, on the table behind you is a number of kunai or shuriken in case you are a more weapons focused student." he explains keeping his tone of voice maintained at a droning dull tone. Oasis nodded a few more times "Wait, wha? practical, oh yea, so like I could show off something that I have learned yea?" She states as it hit her as to exactly what he meant. The man nodded and at the same time groaned. "Alrighty then, how about my special skills then." she states with a wide grin a small build up of chakra welled in her mouth and throat. After a few moments she opened her mouth, a dribble of saliva shinned her lips as she prepared her technique. "...So what kind of technique are you going to be showing us then... get on with it if you would." The proctor states as he stared at Oasis curious as to what she was trying to do, he hadn't seen something quite like this technique before. "Ooooh- dont worry itsh really amashing." Oasis states her voice slurred and awkward sounding from a mouth full of thick water. After a few more moments her cheeks puffed out and she looked right at the proctor before letting a massive blast of water out of her mouth the unexpected blast covered the man in what was more or less spit. At first the proctor looked like he was going to be pissed however once he got over the initial disgust he realized that the goo made him feel sluggish, of course his talent level made it such that the technique had no real effect on him. "... ... Right Oasis... While that was a most disgusting experience... I can see its practical use." he states as he shook some of the saliva from his arms before a pulse of chakra covered him and heat swirled around him for a moment for the most part removing her saliva from him, though it really mussed his hair quite a bit. "Yea, and thats not all it can do." Oasis states with a big smirk. "So, like... did I pass or something hn?" she questions curiously, the proctor tapped his head lightly. "Thats not quite how it works, you will find out if you passed after the rest of the assessments are completed. Please return to your seat, I would like... ah, yes. Fuyu to come down here and partake in the assessment next." The proctor states still a bit shocked by the technique she decided to use on him.
