i would like to make a proposal for the Captain of squad 12. i know it will be hard to find someone that could fill Kaicho's shoes, but i believe this person would be close enough. it is Tysrta (my name is u know) from squad 12. he is the 4Th seat in Squad 12 already and i have seen him role play verry well. he has posted in Spars, Espada's Reign, and in the Mansion Rp. he has shown leadership on Esapada's reign and i believe that he will do a good as a leader in this guild.

I am not completely convinced on him, but there is more than enough about him from what I have seen to allow him captains-ship, so I say yes.

I say we have him type up a bible long post with detail. So far I've only seen him type up one sentence plus his speaking actions.
He is a good role player, I can say that. I'm just saying he can do a better job than what he's doing now.

Well on that note about his rp skills. I can give him a 1x1 session and help improve that. I did that for Ed (Hades Religio).

Ok, after the session is finished, I want to see him make atleast 4 to 6 posts that are at the very least one paragraph long each. More would be better, but I personally want to see this before we let him take captainship.

Aside from Rp'ing.. Do we know if he's done anything else?
Like, helped with members within his Squad? or contributed to ideas and other Guild-work, ect? Anything more than simply role play?
I think it's cool and all that he RP's a lot, but seriously anyone can do that. He's a nice guy though, don't get me wrong, it's just I'm not seeing too much that sets him apart from all the other members. There's more to being a Captain than just Rp'ing.

True. He did leave Ingfire squad without Ingfire knowing of it. Doesn't seem like loyalty, y'know?

well, Fireball, with the stuff with Ingfire's squad, Tysrta did pm Ingfire to allow him to know about him joining squad 12, but somehow the pm was lost, i have talked to him about this, not letting him know why i was asking, when Ingfire found out he had thought that he had known, and he apologized for it, and Ingfire said it was ok.
also, Tysrta helped me come up with the way to pick the names for my Rp that i am hosting, that some people are now enjoying as we speak.

I see, then scratch that then.
However, I do agree with Redd on his statement, and with Aylin's comment. This is Kaicho's Captain spot we are talking about. We'll need to get someone that will very much help the guild.

Hold it. Comparing the person we find to Kaicho is unfair and not acceptable. Each person deserves a blank slate when they join. They will learn and adapt to the that. If Tystra is chosen I will mentor him. I have no problem doing that.
