Kait struggled to keep a hold on Riina. The toddler squirmed and wiggled in her mother's grip, doing her best to dart away to look at all of the pretty clothes around her. Each one spinning new ideas into her head. Riina loved clothes, to be specific she loved to make them. Each masterpiece was wrapped tight and given away to friends. But for some unknown reason anything she made for herself deteriorated back into the sugar it was spun from. "Mommah. Can we buy mowe sugaw?"
Kait smiled down at the little witchling and nodded, her smile warm. "Of course. But first we need to get some clothes for you and your brother. You two grow way to fast." She silently cursed the Azoulai twins. It was something she found herself doing quite often. In fact it had become an almost daily ritual. Still, she couldn't imagine life without her darling Riina and Hunter.

Ivy walked behind her daughter, allowing the little girl to have some space. It was also because of an injury to the assassin's left leg on her last job that the woman couldn't keep up. Still, Eve needed new clothing that could handle paint being splattered all over them.
Eve skipped towards a department store, paint on her forehead and cheek. The little girl started experimenting with finger paint, so one hand was covered in dried bright green paint.
The ragdoll entered the store with her mother behind her, her eyes lit up at the black jeans and skirt and bright green shirts.

Riina darted away from Kait as the kitsune let go long enough to check the quality of a crimson dress embroidered in black. The little witchling wandered off in search of a new skirt. She had recently developed a fondness for bright, bold and often offensive colors. She loved being the center of attention.
With her eyes occupied by taking in all of the clothes around her she never noticed the ragdoll child that she toppled into. Falling over herself and Eve she hit the ground hard, the impact jarring her teeth. She sat up rubbing her chin. "Owwie!" She looked over and pouted. "Sorry."

Ivy started to tense when the little girl had bumped into her daughter, but relaxed somewhat as she knew her daughter could handle falling.
Eve was surprised when she felt someone knock her down, but hitting the hard floor made the toddler's knees hurt. Her knees took much of the impact. She started to tear up, but stopped as she didn't want to cry over a bruise. Her mother never cried when she was injured.
She slowly sat up and looked at the girl that had knocked her down. "It's all right. It was an accident."

Riina hopped to her feet and offered the girl a helping hand up. "I'm Faeriina. But mommah calls me Riina." The fall had hurt her quite a bit more than she planned on admitting.
Kait hurried off to find her daughter as soon as she realized the little witchling was gone. She cursed her mate for his curiosity having rubbed off on both children. What she found made her smile.

Eve smiled, accepting the help of the girl. Her knees were hurting a bit, but the toddler hid this. "I'm Eve. Nice to meet you, Faeriine."
Ivy watched from a few feet away, looking through the clothing rack that had gotten her daughter's attention. She could tell someone else was watching the children too and a glance at what might be the mother of the child talking with Eve.

When she was sure she hadn't hurt Eve to badly Riina pulled out packet of sugar from her pocket. Smiling up at the other girl she poured the contents into her hand and began to manipulate the tiny crystals. She felt bad for not watching where she was going. When she was finished she had a small ring with a pearl shaped glob of sugar for a stone. It was smooth and reflected the lights in the store fairly well. She offered it to Eve. "I'm really sowwy. 'Give me?"
Kait smiled warmly at the other mother and began to look through the rack of skirts nearby. as long as she could see her daughter from the corner of her eye she was fine.

Eve watched her for a moment, her eyes lighting up at the ring. She accepted the ring with a smile, "It's okay. I forgive you." It was beautiful to her though a few things were that way to the ragdoll. "How pretty."
Ivy smiled and picked out a skirt and shirt that seemed like something her daughter would like. She glanced towards the girls and walked over to ask her daughter if she wanted a pair of sandals.
Eve turned slightly, "Faeriina, meet my mommy." She introduced her mother and took the clothing that her mother handed to her.

"Thank you. I like making things for other people." She smiled back at the girl. She seemed like a very nice person and Riina always loved meeting new friends. She looked up and curtsied to the older woman. "Its nice to meet you ma'am." Her mother taught her to be very polite to her elders, making sure that she used pleases, thank yous, sirs and ma'ams.
Kait hid a smile and picked out a bright green skirt, checking to make sure that it was the right size. She added it to the growing pile of clothes in the basket. Slowly she approached the group.
Faeriina looked back and smiled wide reaching up to take her mother's hand. "Eve, this is my mommy."

Ivy smiled at Riina, "I'm Ivy. Pleasant to meet you, Faeriina."
Eve was glad her mother was trying to appear warm, but smiled at Riina' mommy. She waved as she was feeling a bit shy, "Hi, I'm Eve."
Ivy on the other hand took the ragdoll's hand, glad she was making friends easily. She had been picky about what to get Eve for clothing since the little girl would destory any satin with paint.

Riina turned a little pink and dug around for another packet of sugar. She frowned when she realized her pockets were empty. Oh well, she'd have to try and save something to give to Eve's mommy if they ever met again.
"It's wonderful to meet you Miss Eve." Kait smiled warmly and extended her hand to Ivy. "You must be the mother of this lovely young lady. My name is Kait."
Riina giggled and let go of her mother's hand. She leaned close to Eve and motioned to the paint all over her. "What happened?"

The dark elf took the other woman's hand, shaking it slightly. "Yeah, Eve's my baby. I'm Ivy. It's pleasant to meet you, Miss Kait." Ivy tried not to seem awkward like she usually did.
Eve on the other hand, smirked at the mention of the paint on her. "Nothing much. I was making my dress pretty when Mommy told me we were going shopping. She thinks I need new clothing when I have many colorful skirts and outfits now due to me putting paint on them."
Ivy sighed, "Eve adores painting and doesn't seem to like having white clothing that is without any hand prints in paint."
