A - I believe so. <3 But it's a girl so...xDD Tahja probably based her off him, but to be honest I've only seen so much of the series...I don't know who he is.

Personality: Despite the fact that she was bred to be a killer, and is, she is an extremely friendly person. She likes almost everyone she meets and has no problem with being friends with them. However, at time she can be very lonely because few can understand her. Those who she feels are evil, or unworthy of life, are not tolerated under most cercomstances and she usually removes them from this world without hesatation. If anyone were to ask about her killing, however, she might sound rather cold, for she was raised on the thoughts that lives were easily ended and it was not a huge deal.

Far to the East, among the mountains and dry forests is where the story begins. Though the land here was the vast, the amounts of prey was small. Wolves often fought over borders and hunting grouds and each new generation learned that this was a normal practice. To go without fight meant the land you held was worthless. Power shifted from one pack to another through the years. The weaker packs would always rise up again to gain more access to food. Then, now that they were strong, another pack would attack just as they had and try to take it from them. The cycle was unending.

One year the pack to the North East had taken control of most of the good hunting grouds. Their numbers were large and their wolves were strong. Other packs eyed their lands greedily and waited for a sign to show their decline. One spring they got their wish. The alpha of the North Eastern pack, called Lucus, had had a litter with his mate. However, both grew uneasy at the sight of one of the pups. She was black as midnight, with gray streaks in her pelt and a strange symbol upon her forhead in silver. What brought about their caution, however, was the fact that she opened her eyes far too early and survived an attack by a mountain lion while the adults were away. None of her siblings made it.

They called her an ill omen and possessed, for no one would could ever have eyes like that nor live through such a thing! For her eyes were now blood red with an extra circling puple in one. The other packs, they knew, would pick this up and think it their change to overrun the place. So, Lucus did with a hard heart what no parent should ever think of doing. He decided to cast her over a cliff and into the river and hope for his and his pack's sake that she would drown. The young girl, Donoma, had no idea what was happening until she was hurled into the air. The pack went back to the core of their lands, thinking their problems ended and resolved.

However, due to the threat on her life a special genetic ability was triggered within her eye once again. She was able to react quickly enough to fall within safe waters and get her small body out of the dangerous current. The event shook her and scared her down to her core. So off was she that a strange crow took pity on her, recognizing her potential and what exactly she could be capable of. He told her what she should do and how to do it. So, she set out to take lives just as easily as hers and been tossed aside. That was when she vanished from those lands for two years before returning again.

However, her return was not a pleasent one. She returned in the wisedom of adulthood and within the knowledge of her long years spent away. Her eyes caused a stir among all the wolves in the lands, even those in power. Both were crimson with three extra pupils and little room for mercy.

Shanti is unlikely to join any pack, for she doesn't understand why wolves would live together in great numbers.

Blinding Dusk - Blinding Dusk is Shanti's constant companion. He helps her in tracking, scouting, and keeping her secrecy. She knew the bird since she was a pup, and though she does not speak to him, she does not mind when ever he chooses to talk verbally with her.

Starla - A distant cousin of Shanti's. She doesn't know anything about her, though, nor does she even know she really exists.

Ieshia - Another distant cousin, her knowledge of her is the same as her knowledge of Starla. If they were ever to meet, however, the resemblence would be noticed easily.

Ekundu - A male Shanti met one day at his den, having slept there without him knowing. Shanti really likes this male, for he doesn't question her silence and understands her body language almost perfectly. He dubbed her "Quiet Bird", which she finds to be a very cute nick name.
