{Anyone is welcome to join. Keep in mind by no means is she here to be kind and friendly with anyone.}  It'd been far too long since Wisteria had visited the Hidden Leaf or the Country of Fire for that matter. She'd been far younger in those days and much more accepting of the Konoha nin. However due to bitter relations between the previous Kage of Iwagakure and Konohagakure it seemed that Wisteria still carried the metaphorical bruises of a broken and battered heart. The barrier that was put up between the two villages also barred her from visiting the only man she'd ever loved. She had been too young in those days to understand anything other than the fact that Konoha was being stubborn. Wisteria was convinced of that and continued to spite the Hidden Leaf and the Hokage, dispite ever having anything to do with those difficult times.
Standing in the center of small square the disguised Tsuchikage quickly took in her surroundings. It seemed that during this hour few would wander the streets, perfect. Standing silently she began to charge up her chakra. Wisteria's hands began to dance with precision and speed, the jutsu she was performing was one she she was rather familiar with. Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake, "Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide!" Before her, in the center of the small square the very ground split in two, rose up, and slid away revealing a gaping whole. By doing so Wisteria effectively caused minor damage to the shops and homes on either side of the square and also made the very ground shake. Her presence would now be known.

╓──────────────── __ﻬ _Chancey Hyuuga Only a few moments ago, Chancey had been wandering the street of Konoha, looking for the Ramen Shop to get a bite to eat. There had been a rupture in the street, a giant crack down the middle. The stores on the sides were damaged. Luckily, Chancey had jumped onto the roof of one of the buildings and wasn’t hurt. A little shaken at what had happened, she glanced around, still on the roof. There was an older lady standing near the entrance with a odd expression on her face. Anger? Vengeance? thought Chancey. She pushed up her glasses to see better. The stranger seemed to be the cause of the minor earthquake. Her eyes narrowed suspiciously. A ninja from another village! Chancey fumed silently. Well, she wasn’t about to let someone attack her village, afterall, it was her job as a ninja to protect the village. She jumped from roof to roof to get closer, then stopped. She slipped her fingers into her kunai bag on her thigh and pulled one out. Taking a deep breath, she jumped down from the roof and landed 3 feet behind the intruder. Her landing was noisy, and she panicked that they had noticed her. Her initial idea was to attack the stranger, but now she was getting paranoid and held her kunai out in front her and called out, ”Who are you and what do you want?”

She smirked. While Wisteria admired the young Genin's courage and quickness to defend her village it would be impossible for her to do it alone. "It doesn't matter what I want sweety. What do you want? Do you want to kill me? Protect your dear little village? Prove yourself to your peers perhaps?" Her voice was low and quiet, just audible in the calm night air. "Tell me, do you really honestly believe you can harm me?" It wasn't her intent to kill the young Konoha Kunoichi, in fact, she couldn't help but hold an ounce of respect for her. Wisteria was simply trying to intimidate the girl for should a conflict arise then Wisteria would have no choice but to do away with her. Again, it was not her intent to slay the girl for such an act was beyond her capabilities.
Taking in the cool evening breeze the Tsuchikage turned slowly on her heels, her hands raised in the air. "Humor me, what is your name?" A glint of moonlight from the waxing orb in the sky shone on her eyes making them sparkle. A cutesy smile was laid upon her soft plump lips and Wisteria gave the girl a quick once over. 'Shes young, and several inches taller than I. She seems well versed in the basics and those eyes of hers, they're unmistakable.' It was a quick calculitive and scuitenizing glance that gave Wisteria nearly everything she needed to know about the young girl before her.

╓───────────── ___ﻬ _Chancey Hyuuga Chancey stood to her spot, but her hands trembled as she gripped onto her kunai tighter. Someone please come! she pleaded frantically in her head. Her enemy’s words scared her as she began to doubt herself. She shouldn't have jumped into a fight. After barely training for 2 years, she shouldn't have expected to win anyways. What was I thinking? She thought angrily. I don’t want to die! Chancey bit her lip, then spoke. “I’m …” she hesitated. Why should she tell a total stranger her name? Not wanting to give away her identity, Chancey went with another tactic. “Can’t you guess who I am?” she said with a hint of sarcasm. Her shoulders tensed, fearing what she just said was a mistake.

It was uncontrolled and she actually felt bad for doing so but Wisteria couldn't have helped but laugh. "The fact that I don't already know your name means that it does not matter who you are." Taking a few casual steps forward the Kage began to reveal the extent of her knowledge over the girl in just the few seconds of their confrontation. "I may not know you but I can tell you many things about yourself that I'm sure you know." She toyed with the girl a bit, creating a false sense of intimidation within her and teasing her with a vicious glare. "I can tell you that you are a Kunoichi who knows but the basics of being one. I know that you are from the Hyuga clan. What else should I know?" Tapping her chin thoughtfully Wisteria gave up after a few moments of suspense and simply shrugged. "Lets test your detective skills eh? Tell me everything you can guess about em!" It was an invitation into a conversation one that the Tsuchikage had not real interest in.

Maiko ran from the training grounds to the source of the tremor, spotting Chancey along with another woman who had to be the enemy ninja. Even from the rooftop where she was crouched she could tell that this wasn't an enemy she could fight herself. She gritted her teeth, wanting to help, but she wasn't sure how much good she could do in this situation. Her strengths lie with traps and caughting an enemy offguard.
By the sheer show of power it was obvious that she wanted to be noticed, so her power wouldn't be something to laugh at. She frowded a bit, knowing if she was to defeat this opponent she needed Chancey's help. She reached into the sleeve of her kimono and pulled out a length of wire and held it taut in her hands. Maybe...maybe if she was lucky she could wrap the wire around her throat and start to strangle her enemy before she notice.
She sprung off the room at the enemy ninja, hoping that she didn't do anything to alert her presence. I will defend this village! I will become stronger! I must! Even if she never trusted a single person, the entire village stood for something greater than herself. The village took her in and cared for her. It never betrayed her, so she had to fight for it.

╓───────────── ___ﻬ _Chancey Hyuuga Chancey winced as the lady laughed. As she advanced towards her, Chancey backed up a few steps, to even out the distance. In the dark night, she saw the silouhette of another person on the rooftops. Her eyes darted towards it, then back towards her enemy. Her face was sexpresionless and she held back her sigh of relief that help was on it’s way. Stalling for time to distract the intruder, Chancey took her time responding. “Hmmph, two can play at this game,” she answered with a slight sneer. “You are definitely older than me. You seem extremely confident in yourself, which probably means you think you’re better than me.” Chancey concluded. She spoke slowly, and forced herself to not look at the sky to give away that someone else was coming.

Wisteria cocked her head to the side in perplexity. "I think I'm better than you?" The Kage from Iwagakure simply could no long contain herself. "You're joking right?" Shaking her head in disbelief she was officially done with this conversation. "Time for talk is over. Allow me to demonstrate to you the powers of a Kage." At that point the woman's eyes flicked to life and slammed her open palms against the Earth before her. Almost immediately a massive tremoring began to shake the immediate area and rather quickly the peak of a mountain could be seen breaching the surface of the ground. Gradually the peak became the summit and then the entirety of a smaller mountain. Standing atop its peak Wisteria could now make out the images of two females. "Genin." Chewing on her lower lip she debated what exactly to do next and chewed on what exactly to do next.
Deciding not to kill either of the young Kunoichi and only wishing to show force Wisteria summoned eight Shuriken from the seals on her forearms. Each of the Shuriken had been attatched to a near invisible thread of wire and the Tsuchigake inaccurately tossed them at either girl. Four snaked past Chancey while another four coiled towards the other young girl, Maiko. "My name is Wisteria, the Tsuchikage of Iwagakure. Its a pleasure to meet two young Kunoichi of Konoha however I must say I'm very dissapointed." She was refering to their skills and tactics. It wasn't but yesterday that Wisteria had experienced combat with a group of Genin from her own village. The "surround and move in" tactic was a basic academy one that worked against the occaisonal opponent though typically that was due to their own arrogance. Wisteria was too smart for this. She was young for a Kage but she'd experienced lots of combat in her time and enough to know how to handle 2+ against 1.

Maiko couldn't believe it when a mountian sprung up from the ground, causing her to crash into the rocky surface. She rolled on the ground, but stood up only to feel the wire wrap around her body. She looked over at Chancey and saw that she was in a similar position. "Chancey, don't struggle! If you do you'll end up hurting yourself!" She could still move her hand a little so she thought of a way to escape her binds, thanks mostly to the wire she had hidden up her sleeves. She clapped her hands together as she shouted. "Ninja Art: Mesh Cage!" The wire in her sleeves snaked out and move under her opponents wire before expanding into a dome around her.
"Don't you underestimate the Genin of the Leaf Village!" While she shouted those words she couldn't help but to wonder how they were going to beat her. If she was indeed the Tsuchikage, there wouldn't be any way for them to defeat her without the help of more people. She looked over at Chancey as she pulled out a kunai, ready to run and help her out of her bonds.

╓───────────── ___ﻬ _Chancey Hyuuga Chancey glared at Wisteria. “B****, please!” she muttered angrily. She was really scared. KAGE? She thought, surprised. I'm gonna be in deep trouble! A mountain rose in front of her, making the Kage look more intimidating. Wisteria had thrown some shruikens towards her, but they seemes to be more of a test than an actual attack to kill. They seemed too easy to dodge. Chancey stepped to the right as the first two shruikens sailed by. But, the third scrapped her jacket, leaving a rip and a small cut on her upper arm. Surprised by the cut, she forgot the fourth shruiken, and its string bound her left with her body. In her right hand, she still held her kunai. She quickly sliced the wire away. Wasting no time, she put her kunai between her teeth and clasped her index and third fingers together and called out, “Byakugan!!” With the Byakugan, she breathed a sigh of relief, it made her feel safer. With her left hand, Chancey took the kunai from her mouth. Her other hand reached towards her belt, where she kept her gun. In it was her paralysis poison. The shruiken in her back pocket were aready dipped in it. Her hands grasped the cold metal. There was no need to take it out competely, so she left her hand at her side. Chancey saw Maiko a couple feet to her right.

Wisteria stood atop the mountain unphased. These Genin were surprisingly resiliant. How she wished someone stronger would come along and at least resist her. The Tsuchikage almost thought for a second that neither of the women here or any of the Shinobi in Konoha could strand a chance against her. With the death of the recent Hokage she knew that very few would have their sanity. Nevertheless She needed to further prove herself here to the two young Kunoichi. "This is how a real female Shinobi battles. Take notes." Grasping a pair of scrolls Wisteria tossed them into the air, a pair of smoke dragons dancing in unison. They twisted in the night air and as she rose between them tehy spiraled around her like ribbon.
Tiger → Snake → Monkey → Hare → Snake "Sōshōryū: Twin Rising Dragons!" Almost immediately after the Jutsu had been performed various tools of warfare began to rain down on the ground. Nearly any weapon you could imagine struck the ground with great force. Wisteria took careful aim not to impale either of the Kunoichi but she didn't exactly try to avoid them altogether.

Once again, Chancey noticed Wisteria's hesitancy to directly strike her or Maiko. Deep down, she was relieved, because today was definitely not the day she wanted to die. That made things easier for her. Placing her kunai between her teeth again, Chancey spread out her arms and let her chakra flow out of her pores. She began to glow. Hakkeshou Kaiten! She started spinning like a top, getting faster and faster, creating a whirlwind of chakra. The radius expanded, covering 3 meters around her and making a dome. With the Byakugan, she could see the weapons heading towards her. They deflected off the barrier she had created. The weapons ceased, and Chancey began to slow down. When she came to a stop, there was a crater around her. She saw Maiko out of the corner of her eye. Was she okay?

She was about to move closer to the enemy when she saw the weapons raining down on her. She felt a few of them scratched her as she tried to dodge them, but there was too many. She clapped her hands together, hoping her idea would work. "Ninja Art: Mesh Cage!" The dome of wire formed around her and she smiled as she watched the weapons either hit the dome and stunk or bounced off. If it could stop most taijutsu techniques then a few weapons would harm her. "You okay there, Chancey?"

Making a face, Chancey turned towards Maiko and muttered sardonically, "I'm fine,but you know, I think we might need some sort of plan instead of just blindly attacking to beat a Kage. Just saying." Chancey looked over at Wisteria. So far, she had used 2 earth style jutsu, and 1 weapon style jutsu. From this, Chancey can easily guess that she was a big fan of earth jutsu. "We need some sort of lightning attack to counter her earth jutsu. All her attacks so far were medium to long range. What should we do?"

While Chancey was correct, the only probably was beside Mesh Cage, the only techniques she had to use was taijutsu. She looked at Chancey, coming up with an idea. "She's keeping her distance. Maybe she's not good with taijutsu. We just need to get closer to her." She pulled out a kunai and held it in her hands, wondering if they would get some back-up before they got themselves killed.
