STORY.

The land of Dorania was once a beautiful and peaceful land ruled by the noble and just queen Beatrix , who prided herself on her ability to love and protect her people as though they were her own children.
Then the event she had been dreading all her life occurred, a sorceress by the name of Morgause. using the powers she had gained from from a demon named ragor took control of dorania by killing the queen and taking her throne. For the last 50 years she has ruled dorania creating an army of dark creatures and humans she uses to quell any uprising by the people.
A prophecy was once fortold that tells of a woman who will be born into a family of low social status who will rise up and become one of the greatest warriors of all time. Protecting her people from the menace that is tearing her world apart at the seams. She will have the power to control all four of the elements, although she does not know it until the time is right.
finally the time has come for the prophecy to come true. The paladin will soon begin to unite the people, ready for the war to end all wars.

so whose side will you be on? will you side with the fabled prophecy? or does your true path lie with morgause?

~character explanation.~

humans- simple enough really, there race is divided between morgause and The paladin. they do not have the ability to control an element but have other abilities and can use magical weapons endowed with an element.

elves- These creatures are elegant and peaceful, they are renowned healers, and are well known for their use of light and earth magic.

dragons- are legendary creatures that have the ability to control one element, they are able to change between their dragon form and a human form of their choice. they tend not to get involved with conflict, but some may decide to fight to stop their race from being slaughtered as well..

humanimals- is an animal with the soul of a human, expresses the same traits as humans but are stuck in their animal form, they are able to talk and have no elemental abilities.

dark elves- are a race of elves, consumed by power and greed, they are in the service of the sorceress morgause.

any other mythical being you can think of, within reason of course.

Name: adrienna moore.
Age: 19.
Race: human/ the paladin.
gender: female.
Side: good.
element/ abilities: control over earth, air , fire and water. telepathy.
Weapons: katana.
Bio: adrienna was born into a low status family, she lost her parents at the age of 15 after they where killed by morgause men. ever since then she has been determined to gain retribution on the men for their deaths. when she was 17 she discovered she had the ability to control all four of the elements, something that no one else has ever been able to do before. now she seeks to gain an alliance with the other races in order to end the suffering in dorania.

Bio: morgause took control of the kingdom of dorania by killing queen beatrix, the last rightful ruler to the throne. since then she has been gathering her forces, spending the last 50 years spreading darkness and disspear through out the country. she uses magic taught to her by the demon ragor, to creat dark creatures. as well as make herself look eternally youthful. she has heard about the prophecy and wishes to prevent it from becoming a reality by finding and killing the paladin before she has chance to unite the people.

Bio: Lee is adrienna's older brother, when the soldiers attacked their home he was captured and taken before queen morgause. morgause put a curse on him to keep him under her control before sending him after his sister.

Bio: He Grew up well before this time, he never seemed to belong to a family. After hundreds of years past he found out what he was, a lych. A corpse that is not living or dead, but keeps young with the life of the people near him, using this he had torn down kingdoms, slain kings and was once worshiped as a god. Soon forgotten after christianity he seeks to take his thrown again and become the god that they all have feared.

Weapons: Human: Katana/ Dragon: Claws and fangs
Bio: Aisha used to belong to a small colony of dragons that remained neutral in the dispute against the two forces but when her own colony was wiped out when she was away, she smelled the scent of demons and determined that she would get revenge. She has long heard of the paladin prophesy and now wanders, searching for the paladin so that they can defeat the dark forces and get the revenge that she desires.

Adrienna.
Adrienna woke up suddenly and looked around her, she could hear people screaming and shouting. standing up she saw a group of soldiers moving into the village where she lived with her parents and brother. Her eyes widened as she watched the soldiers slaughter anyone that tried to resist them. she couldn't do anything as her father was killed by them as he tried to stop them from getting her brother. hearing a scream she ran downstairs and saw her mother cowering begging the soldiers. she could do nothing as they killed her mother in front of her, she could feel her anger increasing as they turned to her. a flame appeared in her hand as she stared at them before releasing a blast of fire at them and fleeing from the house. she ran towards the nearby woods, running too scared to look back.

Morgause.

Morgause rose from her seat beside her scrying bowl and sighed as she thought about what she'd just seen " it seems that i have a problem after all. There is some truth behind the prophecy that was foretold so long ago." she said to herself as she walked over to her throne and sat down " i have to deal with her before she get's too dangerous. I should have done it when i first found her."

Felix.

felix flew up into the air and headed towards the village, he could tell that something was amiss and just hoped he could get there in time to help adrienna. if anything happens to her it will be my fault i'm supposed to watch over her, he thought as he flew towards the burning village.

Aisha cringed from a distant treetop as she saw the smoke rising from the village. It had been such a peaceful town, one she visited often to simply talk and have a home made meal. A small growl escaped her throat as she recalled finding her own colony slaughtered. She had been away gathering ingredients for their next meals, and when she went back...She shook her head to get rid of the memory. She didn't want to remember it, but at the same time that memory served to heat the flame in her heart. She would get revenge against Morgause and her army of demons no matter what it took. Her nose picked up the scent of a human, and she spotted a young girl fleeing the burning village, entering the forest that she currently inhabited. Jumping down the branches, she landed on the ground and headed in the direction of the girl. She was in her human form, so she wouldn't likely be taken for a threat, but in case any soldiers pursued her, she had her katana ready to strike down any who got in her way of protecting the girl.

Adrienna.
Adrienna continued to run through the trees, hearing a noise behind her she turned around to see a group of soldiers right behind her, she cried out as one of them ran forward and tackled her to the ground taking the sword she carried in her hand and throwing it to one of his comrades.
she screamed as he grabbed her by her hair and hauled her to her feet, her hand came out and hit him in the stomach setting him on fire.
she scrambled backwards as he let go and one of the other soldiers came towards her, putting her hand on the floor she watched as vines rose from the ground surrounding the soldier completely. two more came forward and pinned ehr to the ground hitting her across the face hard.

"Haaa!" Her roar echoed through the forest, sounding as ferocious as her true form, though coming out of a small mouth. She charged out of a nearby trail and while the soldiers were more surprised than afraid, her roar still had an effect as she quickly closed the distance between her and the soldiers. Drawing her katana, she slashed upwards, slicing the first soldier near the girl before she spun her sword and thrust it through the chest of the next. While it was a nonlethal pierce, her hands began to glow as they burst into flames and the fire shot along the sword and engulfed the man at the end. The other soldiers were more weary now, and she had a chance to look around. Fire..earth..could it be? Glaring at the soldiers with a new fire in her eyes, she said. "Fall back if you value your lives!"

Adrienna.
adrienna sat up and leaned against the tree behind her looking up at the girl that had jsut saved her from the soldiers. she lifted her hand and sent a blast of air at one of the nearest soldiers, the air hit him so hard that it sent him flying backwards hitting the soldier behind him. " how am i doing this?" she sid softly looking down at her hands.

Felix.

feilx heard the roar and flew towards the source quickly, seeing adrienna sat on the floor she flew over and perched on a nearby tree watching the events unfolding below him.

Her eyes grew wide as she saw the man being blasted back by a powerful gust of wind. No way, wind as well? Could it really be possible!? Her attention returning to the soldiers again, her grip on her katana tightened as it erupted into flames again and in a slash on the ground, a wall of fire rose into the air in only the area where the blade touched, and it was low enough to not burn any of the local plants. This forest was practically her home, and she knew better than to put it in danger. Separated from the soldiers for now, she said to the girl. "We have to get out of here! It's only a matter of time before my flame dies down and they come through!"

Adrienna nodded before slowly getting to her feet , her hands shaking slightly as she moved towards aisha. " were can we go?" she said as she began to follow her moving away from the men quickly.

Felix.

felix flew down and landed on her shoulder " come on, you need to go. i'l explain everything after." he said softly sighing slightly when he saw her jump.

She nodded and then looked back to the fire wall before she said. "I found a fairly large cave that we can hide out in. I believe it has multiple branches in it, so if we are pursued, we can lose them deeper in." She hadn't fully explored the cave yet, but the parts she did explore was more than enough to make an average soldier lost for days. Running down the path now, she made sure that the girl could keep pace, and she periodically looked back to see if she was still following. A few minutes later, they arrived at the mouth of a large cave. "Here we are. After you, um..Forgive me I never got your name. My name is Aisha, Aisha Hikari."

" my names adrienna. Adrienna moore." she said softly as she entered the cave. " don't ask about the powers i used before, i've never used them before, i don't know where they came from." she added looking down at her hands again.

felix looked down at her " i think it's time i told you who you are. your the paladin the person who can control all four of the elements." he said " i've known this since you were born and so has queen morgause."

"It's nice to meet you Miss Moore, I'll do my best to keep you safe." She was rather calm until she heard her companion say that she truly was the paladin. Her heart skipped a beat as she realized she could finally take revenge for her colony. Revenge against the ones who had cut down her friends and family so suddenly. She clenched her fist for a moment, but then relaxed it as she ran in front of the paladin and dropped to one knee, her head lowered. "Paladin, now that I know who you are, please allow me to act as your guard. I won't allow the dark forces get a hold of you, and together we can raise the banners of the other races and fight back against the dark queen!"
