His ear looks too high to me... it should sorta connect to the end of his jawline. The folds on his clothes look weird, especially near his shoulder on the raised arm. The collar of his shirt doesn't seem to wrap around his neck, and it makes it seem like his neck is pretty thick. Could maybe use a bit more substance at the back/top of his head, or move the jawline on the left more to the right.
