I just came to the realization that I'm an adult and its your fault, Gaia.
Seriously, when the ******** did this happen?
I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh cards and go biking with the other kids in the neighborhood.
I used to spend hours and hours just bullshitting with some of the best friends I've ever had here on Gaia or on MSN.
I remember my first kiss, my first girlfriend.
I remember when I decided that I would never cut my hair again.
I remember the first time I got caught doing something really stupid.
I remember highschool clubs and ******** vocabulary tests and timed multiplication sheets.
The first time I fell in love.
Where did that go?
I used to be LITERALLY carefree.
No responsibility, no trouble.
Just childish naïvety and freedom.
Damn.

Personally, I hate half of that trivial teenager bullshit, and I'm pretty excited to be an adult. sweatdrop I feel like my life hasn't really even started yet.

I'm still a teenager and I feel like my life is over.
What is there to do next in my life, really?
I already work full time and worry about things like rent.
I'm just getting older, and dealing with this planet is getting more and more difficult as time goes on.

Life can always get better.
I've been trying really hard to teach myself that life is about the good times we have.
Really, we all have to work and do things we don't want.
We need to try to make memories with our friends and loved ones when we can.
I think that might be why I have been feeling so nostalgic for this place.
Some really amazing memories come from Guild sleepovers and such.

I don't really have any irl friends to hang out with; I spend a lot of time by myself now. I wish I had people here to have good times with. The best I can do for myself is Friday nights with my friends from work.

But I also feel pretty nostalgic about this place, I remember a lot of great jokes and fun times typing my hands off, and all of the good advice and all that. I liked whiling away my free time on Gaia. I haven't been on here in like, six months!

Personally, I think it's just corporate bullshit ballhogs stealing/defering monies that's ******** us all over

I don't have friends here in this craptown, as I don't make friends easy irl
I get restless+hopeless here when I'm home and I have a car but have no one to do anything with BESIDES MY MOM or go anywhere
The cool~~ thing to do here is go to Wal-Mart.. which I loathe

I'm in roughly the same place, though.
I don't have many friends here in the real world.
Most of them are back where I used to live and many of them have turned into real losers.
I haven't really gone out with friends in almost two years now.

The two and a half years I've lived in Vegas I haven't hung out with friends of my own, on my own, in all that time.
Even before that, I spent a year or two back home without seeing friends much. We drifted, and I never bothered replacing them.
