Hmm... That's a very good question. I'm not sure, but I would think so. Oral sex is still sex, and it was forced, so it makes since to me that it would still be rape. Okay, maybe not rape, but molestation?

Sexual harassment is when they're just touching you inappropriately, not when they're doing more than that. It wouldn't really be rape either because it was oral and not intercourse. If they tear your clothes off then have sex with you,that's rape.
It's sexual harassment if they keep bugging you to have sex with them or they touch you inappropriately. o.o

it's rape if the person doesn't concent. it doesn't matter where or how he's raping them. as long as the person doesn't concent to it, it's rape.

rape: the unlawful compelling of a woman/child/man through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.
i would say sexual harassment.

Rape: any unwanted item and or thing insterted, forced into any oriphise of another persons body
