This is pretty original....

But...

Cammille tea
, it works like magic, wether it's a flue or just an ordinary cold, or being depressed, or just not feeling well.... if I drink camomille tea I feel instantly better, so I think it deserves a place here.

(DISCLAIMER: It can't heal everything of course, if you are seriously sick or depressed, go se a doctor or shrink, whichever one is needed)

Oh, I love natural recipes! Me and my Grandma are pretty much fanatics about oldschool remedies. c:

Diluted Tea Tree Oil - Excellent for treatment of acne. I have extremely sensitive skin and it's reacted with almost every name brand facial scrub but not with this and it gets the job done pretty well.

Bananas - Alright, alright hear me out on this one. I have digestive problems and the potassium in bananas are really good for settling your stomache.

Although there isn't really any tips I can share, I've always wanted to try homeopathy. >3<;; I get sick a lot and I have strange urges and emotions when I am sick, so I think it might actually help. But my mum says no since I'd probably have to buy it online :c Anyone here who have tried it? whee

i don't really believe in homeopathy
it just doen't work with eveyone...
i prefer naturopathy, more accurate e 3e
althought you have to not be dependent on toxic medication since a bit
like if you take aspirin all the time
your body will ask for very powerfull drugs to feel better
but if you get a "clean" organism, naturopathy and homeopathy
will have better chances of working!!

For a deodorant that costs less and is better for you, you can use rubbing alcohol. Simply find an empty body spray bottle that has a fine mister, add fourteen or so drops of your favourite essential oil, and fill the rest with rubbing alcohol. Spray it on after showers or whenever. Because alcohol evaporates quickly, it shouldn't be too much of a problem for staying wet. Now, people with sensitive skin may not find this very useful, as it can be painful (kinda like how people with sensitive skin cannot use all facial cleansers).

Although this may work for some people i have to say i really think it is a bad idea as any form of alcohol is extremely drying and not good for the skin. there are lots of types of all nartural deodorants out there. Although some things may be a little more expensive, your body absorbs 60% of what you put on your skin, so its worth it.
