Switch was at home taking some well deserved rest. It had been a bit of a stressful day, and thus she left the shop in the care of Kay, who was more than able and willing to take care of things. The Shaman boy was sitting at the giant oak desk that Switch usually sat in, his bandaged feet up on the surface; after the little accident with Gera and Roxy the other day, the bottom of his feet were still all raw and sore. It felt nice to have them up, without any weight on them. All he had to do was watch the shop...how difficult was that? It wasn't, that's what.
Still, a lot of troubling things had happened lately; it was enough to make the usually loud boy a fairly quiet one.

It had taken Tireu some time to get use to all the people of Gaia as it was just one weird place for him. Well since he had grown-up in a small village of fire Vilgran dragons. He was half fire and half shadow a hated race by most of his race and was forced out of the vilage once he was old enought to be on his own. It had taken him weeks to get use to walking on two legs of his half dragon form. He mostly looked human except that he had darkish red skin, a tail talon feet and eyes that glowed a light blue.
He was just walking around town when he spotted a intersting shop that he hadn't seen before and deside it was worth takeing a look. Walking in the shop he found lots of different type of items around the shop but all of them looking old. As he looked around and made sure not to hit thinks with his tail.

Xbalanque stared at the new comer who entered the shop, barely noticing the colour of his skin...but really noticing the tail. That was...pretty cool! When he was sure the red skinned one could see him, the Shaman waved a dark hand in the air, grinning practically from ear to ear.
"Hey There! Welcome to Balcombe...I'm Kay, my Na owns the place but she's takin the day off." Ever since he was little, Xbalanque was the king of providing too much useless information. "If you need me, let me know! We have some pretty awesome stuff!" Because they did!

Tireu turned his head towards Kay and smiled. "Its nice to meet ya, I'm Tireu. This is defently a intersting place you have here. I haven't seen anything like it." he answered. "Ok I will, but I think that I will look around first," he said as he walked off to look at all the intersting things that were about, but didn't touch anything as he thought it wasn't polite to do so unless he was intersted in an item. So he started to head over another counter that had various different stuff on it.

"Nice ta meetcha!" Kay said agreeably, watching the man wander away and through the shop, rubbing his hand through his hair (and getting bitten by Nahual for stirring him). After a moment, he leaned over and poked the raw, bandaged bottoms of his feet. Well, it hurt, but at least it didn't bleed this time! That was a step in the right direction. For once he didn't have anything to say; Switch was always telling him to not harass customers in the shop, so he was being a good boy and staying relatively quiet.
For a while, anyway.
"Is it still raining out there?" He asked curiously; he was too lazy to look.

Tireu giggled slightly as the Kay was an intersting person, he had been a little shocked inwardly at how he looked but in a cool way. Tireu guessed that he would be shocked by how others looked here in Gaia until he was use to not seeing dragons all the time and then it would be the other way around the longer he thought to himself. As he spotted something that to him looked to be some kind of rocks and he just loved them.
Looking at all of the different type of items that were make of stone. "It stopped not to long ago, but it looks like it might rain some more later on," he replied as he turned his head in Kay's derection. Turning back he spotted a raptorclaw made of a blue stone and thought to himself that was something that he really wanted and it would look nice in his collections. Picking the item up and looking it over. He smiled as yes it was a very nice piece and something that would look good with what he had. Tireu took the item back over to were Kay was. "So how much for this?" he asked holding the item up for Kay to see.

"Aww man, that sucks. Too bad, it was beautiful yesterday..." Kay stopped poking at the bottom of his feet when he sensed something. It was an aura reaching out to another; a spirit latching itself onto something it wanted; an item that found it's guardian. His red eye lifted when the man came back into view, looking curiously at the item that apparently wanted to come to life.
"Hmm..." He pondered, staring between the item and Guardian...usually Switch found a reason to give them the item for free. But this one...didn't have much of a conversation to lead into the whole free thing. Instead, he made a show of grabbing a nearby book, flipping through the pages and occasionally stopping to drag a dark finger down the lines.
He settled his finger on an entry that read 'Aqua Aura Velociraptor Claw'.
"Actually, I don't have any record of that item here." He lied easily, sounding confused. "I guess someone left it here?" Making a curious noise, he closed the book and set it back in it's drawer so his lie wouldn't be caught. "So you can just take it. Finders Keepers?" Kay was grinning at the man, so wide it showed off his fanged canines.

"That is does, I was hopeing it would be a nice day as well," he replied as he was hopeing that he would be able to get more things into his home but he didn't want those things getting wet.
Tireu listened to what Kay had said and was thrown off by Kay saying the item was free, but was excited that he could add it to his hourd without haveing to use some of it to get the item he wanted. He knew exactly were he was going to put the claw when he got back home.
"That is odd some one would do that for something that is very beautiful," Tireu said outwardly not showing how really happy he was about it as his tail moved back and forth behind him. "Well ok then," he added and put the item into his pocket to keep it safe. "Thank you very much, Kay and you have a good day," Tireu said showing off his own toothy smile.
