The 2 things I have aganist Sonic 4 is 1 there still calling him Dr.EGGMAN instead of Dr.Robotnik and 2 I heard Tails isn't going to be in it.

yeah,I wish they would of put tails in it. He wont be in till episode 2 of it. I dont mind eggman too much,but it would make more sence to call him robotnik. This is around the time they still called him that.
