So we had a concert festival yesterday.
Well, we were watching another band perform and I saw an instruemnt i didn't recognize.
This thign was huge. It looked like a bass clarinet, but it was more of a basoon. Except it wasn't either. It was too big to be either of them. It was so big the guy had to sit on a tall stool, and it was almsot touching the ground. Anyone know what this is? i would put a picture, but I can't get a picture until i know what it is.
If you think you know, post it here, preferably with a pic so I can confirm it is the same thing.

Contra bass flute is too fat, and it didn't have the bell like the contrabass clarinet.

Even the contrabasoon doesn't look like it. This si really annoying. it is the magical nonexistant instruemnt that soemhow exists>.>

It may of been one of those weird kinds of Saxophones. I've seen instruments I've never seen before at orchestras before too.
