The sun was descending over the horizon the yellows and reds slowly blending with the blues and purples that were taking over the evening sky. Rayne sighed to herself. Beautiful. Though she doubted her sister would have liked it as much as she did. Man, did she miss her sister, even the slightest things reminded Ray of her. Charlotte was just such a big part of her life then so it was no wonder that her disappearance saddened her so. It felt so unlike, when they were together they couldn't stop fighting but now that Charlie was gone, Ray couldn't help but miss her. Things just didn't seem right.
So many things had changed since her father came back. Her parents were busy with each other and with her sister gone, it left her to her own devices. Which were starting to bore her. It was one of the many reason why she was searching these lands, to bring her back. But so as was expected Charlie had probably already moved on. So here she was, in a new land. Alone. Tired. And thirsty.
So what was an attractive mare like herself to do in a situation like this? Ask for directions from the first Soquili she sees? Probably her best bet at this point. She heaved a sigh, flipping her silken hair from her face.

(Blurble sorry for the wait I could have SWORN I had responded to this @A@ )
Yawning softly after having watched the sun set, Wenopa rose from where he was napping and stretched himself out. He cracked his neck slightly as he shook the leaf cover from his antlers and shuttered a little, but felt less stiff afterward for the momentary snap of pain, his antlers glowing faintly in the deepening shadows. Tonight would be a good night for observing the stars, he decided, tasting the air, Should be clean, crisp, and clear. And dark. Pity I cannot see the stars when the moon is full, but she shall return to shine her beauty upon-
He then paused mid thought, ears swiveling around as he caught the sound of someone sighing. He cleared his throat, tilting his head to the side cautiously, peering out as he stepped closer to the sound, "'Ello? Anyone ther-" He halted abruptly as he passed the rock that was blocking Rayne from his sight, his voice catching on itself.
His nearly tripped over his own hooves, eyes widening slightly, and wondering if he had interrupted the spirit of the moon herself -- there was not another explanation he could think of at that moment to explain the silvery beauty shimmering before him, "Ah... I apologize if I am interrupting... I wasn't expecting to see a moon spirit this evening.."

Jolting in surprise Rayne stared at the brilliant dark blue stallion. Her smokey eyes roamed as she took in everything from his glowing antlers to his glowing cloven hooves. It might have been a little vain of her, but he was definitely a grand look male indeed. Did he just call me a spirit? "You must be mistaken, I'm definitely not a spirit. I just seem to have gotten lost. Actually I was looking for someone like yourself, to help me." her smile was sincere and warm as she slowly made her way towards him.
She had to remember what brought her here in the first place. Her sister. "I don't suppose that you've seen a black mare around with red skulls on her side, have you?"
But there was something in his eyes that seemed to drag her attention back to him. Perhaps it was the fact that they glowed with the brightness of the sun or perhaps it was the way that he looked at her. She smirked. This moon spirit talk was doing wonderful things for her ego.

Wenopa sighed softly, shrugging off his mistake as he chuckled, "Sadly, no I haven't seen a mare fitting that description. "
He moved closer to the mare with a soft smile, "Is there anything else I can help such an unwordly beauty with?"

Rayne nodded slightly at his answer to her question about her sister. It would probably be a while before she actually located her, especially considering how they're family was known for their travels.
Shrugging off her disappointment she gave the male a smooth smile. "I'm not sure, do you know this area well? I might be in need of a guide. That is, if your time isn't already filled by another mare..." she stated suggestively. Not that she would mind at all. A little fun was alright with her.

"Not a soul" Wenopa mused slightly, smiling, "I've been leading a fairly solitary life, despite my love of social niceties and company..."
He eased himself closer, chuckling softly as his tail flicked upwards, bouncing a bit as he stepped, looking merry as his decorations swayed slightly, clearly happy to have the company -- being mostly nocturnal, it was challenging at times to find individuals to entertain, "I know the area well - I've lived in the area for almost a year now... Haven't met that many soquili.. But then I'm mostly a Nightwalker." He lifted his head, looking up at the stars, "Though I spend some time in the day as well, putting my herblore to good use, healing blokes."

So he wasn't taken. Just yet.. Although, she probably wouldn't have minded anyway. The thought of some healthy competition was always welcomed. Especially since she had the ego the size of, let's say, an elephant. "Aww... How sad.." Her smile widened. "Well, now you have little 'ol me to keep you company."
"How very helpful you must be..." Rayne added cutely. "I usually keep to the evening hours myself. I don't like the early morning all that much. And I'd really hate to miss the stars and moon glow at this time of night. Though, true, it doesn't get kind of lonely at this time." Which why she hadn't met many other soquili herself. That, and she was permanently attached to her sister before now.
