Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped cherries
- 1 cup of rice crispies
- a little bit of cooking oil
- parchment paper (waxed paper)
Directions:
*during steps 1 and 2, stir constantly.*
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler (you can use 2 pots - the bottom one with water, and the top one with the chips)
2. When completely melted, add just enough cooking oil to give a really smooth consistancy.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in the chopped cherries and the rice crispies.
5. Drop by the teaspoon-full onto the parchment paper, and let set.
**I don't refridgerate or freeze, because it takes away the crispiness.**
