Havin serious issues studying. I'm fine drawing my own stuff bt when it comes to reading and studying anatomy, proportion, etc., my brain is like blah blah blah and I hav to get up. I feel so ADHD rite now. Any suggestions???

You should probably get a book that explores different ways we take in information and evaluate what's best for you. I learned that I'm tactile. (Which helps in art.) I write notes or sketch notes and I remember things. Some people are auditory and saying the stuff aloud helps. Some people are visual and just need to see things.
Either way, it's up to you to make yourself study. Just take one simple concept and work with it until you know it. Then move on.
Structured learning like a class may help. Or peer learning with a group so you can help each other stay focused.

I can only hope this is a troll, because this is some s**t-stupid advice.
And that's being generous. UNLESS there's some other definition of "trace" you're using that I don't know about.
Regardless, his issue is that he doesn't know how to focus himself to study. Tracing won't do s**t for him no matter how you decide to rationalize it.
