Located between the fire and wind Countries, here the desert starts to become less harsh, showing signs of light vegetation closer to the Fire country side as trees can be seen in the distance. The ground is still desert, but it's a much more lively desert, with more green as the landscape would slowly role for miles and miles until finally turning into the lush green lands of the Fire country.

Memories of his transformation still plagued his mind as he continued taking the trip step by step. He continued wearing the weights his father had given him. If nothing else, he would be slowed down by them if he does transform again. He didn't want to learn how to control this thing, nor did he want to learn how to wield it. He just wanted it gone...banish it. But he knew it would be impossible. He cursed his older brother for giving him this curse. As he continued traveling, he began to see a change in the landscape...something that he rarely ever saw...the color green. The dessert seem to have an abundance of plant life as he continued his journey. After walking for several hours...he reached Fire Country.
He stopped for a moment, reaching at his back for the bottle of water tha he had packed. He drank half of it, trying to conserve it until he knew there would be a water source nearby. After quenching his thirst, he pressed on, traveling under the hot dessert sun. Part of him was glad, to be starting a brand new journey. The other part was missing the sand village, and his friend. He wondered what Atsu was doing...maybe he'll run into him. Would he even want to see him? Only time would tell.

Atsureki made his way slowly through the rolling dunes of the harsh desert, only the thought of the green country keeping him moving. His thoughts eventually wandered to Haseo and what he was doing. It was true that he was a demon host, but, as much as Atsu hated to admit it, Haseo was also Atsu's friend, one of the first real friends he had ever had in Sunagakure. Is there some way to seperate a host from the demon? Wouldn't that be better really? After all Haseo didn't ask to be made an abomination... at least I don't think he did, shaking his head Atsureki sighed at the thought, sure that it was nothing more than a pointless hope.
But what if it were possible? If the demon can be sealed away, couldn't it also be unsealed?, a small smile crept onto Atsureki's face at the thought, I'll find a way to free Haseo from that monster, I'll give him back his humanity... and then we can laugh together once more.

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninPassing from fire to Sand in his travels, Sai arrived near the borderlands in a gust of wind as he was about to perform the wind instantaneous jutsu once more. The skill itself did not have infinite range, and as such, if often took multiple uses of the skill back to back to reach his intended destination. still, it was much faster then walking or running ever would be so long as the user had the chakra to sustain it, which was not a difficult task for Sai. Just as he was performing the seals however, he sighted someone walking in the distance and immediately dropped what he was doing, and moved into stealth to avoid detection.
Figuring that there was no hurt in investigating, Sai was pleasantly surprised to see that the one he had sighted was actually the Hyuuga he was traveling to find. Following him quietly beside, as he watched what seemed like a troubled look linger on his face. as they were nearing the border however, Sai decided that now would be best to appear as he found a large rock right on the path the Hyuuga was on, and suddenly appeared, seemingly fading into view from nothingness as he leaned up against the rock.
"A long journey for a Sand ninja to make from the village alone... I thought the Kazekage didn't like anyone leaving his village and traveling this far away without supervision... especially the Genin."

At the appearance of the strange man Atsureki jumped back immediately falling into a fighting stance. Eying the man suspiciously Atsureki almost spat out the bitter words, "I don't follow the law set by abominations." The thought of the Kazekage and his talk of a partnership with demons caused a burning in the back of Atsureki's throat. But Atsureki couldn't dwell on that now, he knew that Sunagakure had enemies, and despite him no longer having his headband... wait hadn't he already thrown his head band away in the desert? "How do you know I a... was a sand shinobi?", Atsureki said suspiciously, glancing around for an easy escape route. He didn' t know how strong this man was, but he didn't want to risk a fight if he could avoid it.

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninSai grinned evilly at the comment as the young boy would have no idea that Sai had seen him previously and made note of his unique background. He was however glad to see that he harbored a hatred of the Sand village..."This could prove to be rather valuable..." Pushing himself off the rock, Sai placed one hand in his pocket as he took up a confidently relaxed position in front of the Hyuuga despite the boy's defensive positioning...
"Well, it's not every day that one sees a Hyuuga in Sand, so far away from their homeland. One tends to notice these things when visiting, though you would never have known I had seen you. Abominations you say?... don't tell me that I've run into someone who dislikes the Sand village as much as I do. Is there one particular abomination you are particularly upset with, or is it simply the whole miserable lot within the gates?" Sai couldn't be sure of course, but when the word abomination was spoken, his mind instantly imagined the Jinchuuriki of the village and how they were commonly perceived as such. He could only hope that they were the cause of the boy's anger.

Taking a few steps back at the man's approach Atsureki answered in the same bitter tone as before, "The Kazekage is a demon host... and what's more he's made a compact with the creature. But he isn't the only abomination in the village... the one in leather and..." Why was Atsureki answering the man? Of course he did seem to hate that tainted village as much as himself. "And... Haseo, but its not his fault, he would never willingly become one them... I know it," the words were more to reassure himself than anything, but for some reason Atsureki felt good talking to the man about it, he felt good sharing his hate with someone. "Why do you hate them though?", Atsureki asked once more becoming defensive as he remembered that he knew nothing of this man.
(btw are you wearing the traditional akatsuki attire?)

Knowing that it probably wouldn't take much, Sai went to work spinning his web... "Well, I don't dislike the village per say, excepting the fact that it is a village which lives to serve only it's own needs, even at the cost of it's citizens. Your young friend knows of what I speak... the Jinchuuirki are made as tools and are regarded as such... it's a despicable situation that makes them pawns of their superiors. they use them to start wars all in the name of village pride and peace... but it's all a lie."
"They will all see in the end though. the very creatures they use to create their security will be used to oppress them into cooperation. Tell me kid, how interested would you be in helping my dream come true? I see a world where order is maintained at all times. Order which is created by the very power the village seek to control and use for their own benefit now. How interested would you be in helping me hunt down the Jinchuuriki and relieve them of their burdens for the shinobi world's benefit?"

(alright then)
Atsureki's eyes widened, falling out of his defensive stance in surprise at the man's words. I could rid Haseo of that beast, give him back his humanity. Is this fate?, Atsureki thought to himself, this man's dream is so similar to my own. How could I pass up such an opportunity?!
"Yes! I'll do it, anything you want. Anything to see the hosts freed of their burden, anything to give them back their humanity!", Atsureki exclaimed, his voice almost desperate with his desire to see the world this man spoke of come to pass.
