Sephiroth's was longer and a bit cooler.....but only by a bit.

Sephiroth's sword is based off of the masumune katana so it is definately longer however cloud has the coolest swords.

OMG! dragon_sword, that picture of cloud is from kingdom hearts (By the way, I'm talking about the one with cloud holding his buster sword that's wrapped in cloth, and cloud has a wing.). And my opinion, Sephiroth has a longer sword and he is tight, But cloud's sword is cooler and he is tighter than sephiroth. lol (Stealth ninja!) ninja

OK here it is.
Sephiroth does have the longer sword ( swords people not that. come on know get your mind out of the gutter) and in the game Seph has the cooler sword. Clouds is all beat up and crap.
Potential spoiler....
But in AC... Clouds Sword is Kick a**!!! I mean come on it looks kool. You can put it in a bike. O and did I mention it can break it's like ten swords which he uses to kill sephiroth and his small sword!
... Woops talking about the wrong sword again....

Sephiroth's sword is definitely bigger but onlyby a little bit. And if you look at him you can see he isn't compensating for anything. Although I like Cloud's better it's just kick a** and huge.

Clouds sword in AC is 7 swords. (of course)
As for length of the swords, Sephiroth's Masamune is longer. it measures about 7 feet in length from tip to hilt. Clouds measures 5'4", the size of a broad sword.
As for the cooler one... they all rock so I cant decide!
